4 bed 2 bathroom, beautifully appointed house with a large alfresco, situated adjacent to town, walk to wine bars and restaurants and a short 2 minute walk to the waters edge of beautiful, sheltered Geographe Bay. Bus stop across road to events and weddings .

Close to all attractions that the Dunsborough/Yallingup and Margaret River region has to offer - Wineries, restaurants, world class surfing beaches, mountain and hiking trails, Golf course and much more
Four bedrooms and two bathrooms - three bedrooms have queens size bed and the one bedroom has two single beds.
Tourist bus stop just across the road to take you to events and weddings.

We loved our stay. It was such a central spot being a walk across the road to town and a very short walk to the beach. The property was clean and well presented and Bev was very easy to contact with any additional queries we had. We had a great time staying at the property and would certainly return again. The only downside we had was there were 2 noisey dogs next door that barked non-stop for periods of time. that wasn’t the most relaxing for us, but hopefully it is a short term rental also and we just were unlucky with the time of our stay.

Great location, nice house, a/c only in TV room so bedrooms cold and I guess hot in summer. Lots of post it notes around the place with helpful dos/donts. Was very surprised to receive a message after departure saying that we had left dirty dishes in cupboards, disappointing.

Great house in a fantastic location. House was clean and tidy and well equipped for our whole family. Kitchen was clean and tidy, great alfresco dining area. Great amenities all in good working condition and Bev was more than helpful with checkin and checkout process. Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay in Dunsborough with everything within walking distance

We stayed for 5 nights to attend my sisters wedding. The location of the house is perfect with the centre of Dunsborough right at your doorstep and the beach a short walk away. Considering the location and the craziness of Dunsborough over this period, the house is so peaceful! The Alfresco area was where we spent most of our time (when we weren’t off doing wedding things) and the outdoor shower is an Instagram photo dream! The house is bright and airy and so comfortable. Thanks to Bev for a great house and stay and we hope to have another family holiday there one day soon!

So close to cafes and supermarkets yet beautiful gardens make you feel tucked away. Walking distance to shops and beach ,home is beautifully decorated and supplied with everything you could ever need. We will be back!

The house is modern, great design, well equipped and in such a great location - 200m to the centre of town and 300m to the beach. Whilst it was super close to town it was also quiet and secluded. The house was clean. It was nice to stay in a house that was so well equipped in the kitchen. A nice change to have a plentiful supply of cutlery and crockery so that you didn't need to run the dishwasher every ten minutes. Bev was an easy to deal with host and refunded our bond promptly. We would have no hesitation in recommending this house and look forward to returning.

This property is exactly like the pictures. It’s in a fantastic location in the heart of Dunsborough but secluded at the same time. An easy stroll to the beach. The house has a spacious feel and all the beds are comfortable. Lovely decor. We had a great stay!

Perfect holiday house. Walking distance to beach, coffee, restaurants and yoga but still a calm little oasis. Great kitchen and entertainment area to cook up dinners, eat and relax. Very secure with big fence and gate.
