Comfortable and welcoming stay

Staff were welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful They ran a boat trip which enabled you to take in all of the sights the river was just at the end of the street it was so easy.

位置很好，酒店有车可以接送机，还可以在一些景点接送，价格合理。工作人员都非常好，我们是夜里的航班还给延迟退房到晚上六点。

设施稍微陈旧了点，在毛巾里发现了很多头发觉得有点恶心

highly recommend it and will come back again.

location is good, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and one ked bed easy to fit 3kids 11,12,14 and 2 adults. the bed is clean and comfortable, the internet is good, the hotel has a van for airport transfer ( sgd$20 one way, and to Gadang mall change $10 one way) and the staff is very nice. I highly recommend it.

maybe BF has more Asia food choices. it is a bit hard to call a local cab unless you have to roam services to use the local cab app, Dart.

Comfortable, safe and relaxed

It’s comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to my concerns. We arrived after midnight and I was a bit apprehensive about our transit in Brunei. But their staff assisted me with a timely airport transfer that I felt very safe. They also gave me complimentary late check out as my next flight was later during the night.

There were ants on the desk.

A comfortable hotel with great services

The location of the hotel is well situated in commercial area of Kiulap. Walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. The staffs are friendly and well trained. The breakfast spread was good. I will stay again here in the future.

Comfortable hotel with very friendly staff

Exceptionally friendly staff. Everyone I encountered in the hotel was kind, smiling, helpful and professional. This is a very pleasant place to stay. The room was pretty large, perfectly clean and comfortable. A strong AC unit which did not make too much noise. The hotel also has a small gym on the first floor. Everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast featured some local dishes such as Kueh. Next door to the hotel is a large supermarket in case you need to buy something.

Great Hotel and absolutely Value for money

Excellent location, close to airport, big clean rooms with immaculate linens and towels. Hotel Staff are extremely friendly and very hospitable. Had breakfast at the hotel which was exceptional with locals delicious served every day. Would happily stay there again.

Great stay in Brunei

Nice, large, comfy room in a good location, close to many restaurants and shops and the city center. Yummy breakfast and lunch buffet. Staff was incredibly nice, helpful, and welcoming. I was allowed into the room before time, which I will be always grateful for since I had just arrived from Europe. Airport transfer and boat ride can be booked as well.

A great short stopover en route from Melbourne to London while we explored Brunei for a week.

The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was convenient for the town and airport. The bed was extremely comfortable and the area was very quiet overnight. The air conditioning was very effective.

Good Hotel in Brunei

Rooms were very clean and the buffet spread was extremely good Will come back and stay again at this hotel as the surrounding area itself is so conveniently.. close proximity to a lot of things.

Requested for late check out by an hour at 1pm for all 4 rooms and the front desk initially said it can be arranged at no extra cost but on the day itself was told it's chargeable. Hope can improve the communication

Great place to explore Brunei

Good location, 15 minutes walk to the mosque, lots of shops and restaurants near. Their river cruise is excellent, we enjoyed it a lot our stay. Thanks. Brunei deserves your time and visit, plenty of things to see and quite lively and charming atmosphere and people. Friendly and open.

Location is good and near several types of restaurants/food and a supermarket virtually next door. Staff friendly and helpful. Tour they set us up with was superb. Good wifi. Very spacious room. Water taxi service to the center of town quick and easy.

Very limited vegetarian options for breakfast. Hot water somewhat inconsistent in terms of showering.

Very nice stay & great management

We just stayed there & it was clean, manager is super nice & professional, we enjoyed breakfast and the rooms are very large with great wifi. It is right on the river & you can take a nice riverboat tour right from the hotel to see town, the water villages & proboscis monkeys & beautiful forests & mangrove areas for only 15pp. It is the hotel's riverboat. You can also catch water taxis to go to different areas in town. There is a large grocery store right next door, plenty of nearby restaurants, and even a yummy fried chicken fast food place right there. We had one small snafu, but the manager Aziz more than made it right, and we really appreciated it. So it's not even a negative. It is well run!
