The owners are exceptionally nice people and very attentive to their guests. Rooms are very comfortable , clean , well equipped, and serviced daily. There are laundry facilities on the roof terrace.
The hotel is situated just inside a Chinese housing district ( non tourist) with access off the main road down a steep slope. The street is a constant tooing and froing of people. Once I was used to it I loved the bustling everyday atmosphere.

friendly and helpful staff, even though they didn’t speak English, but were able to answer all questions via translator apps. the room was clean and comfortable. excellent water pressure in the bathroom. the location was okay, it was a little far from the beach but very close to luhuitou scenic area and the local fishing village neighborhood where we got some great, cheap Chinese food. there was also an adorable and friendly little dog.
the beach area was a little bit far of a walk (like 15-20 minutes). the room window just looked out onto the wall of the building next door, but it still got decent sunlight with the curtains open.

We arrived at night and the staff has been waiting for us and put welcome fruits for us. It was very nice. The room was large and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Towels were changed every day, toiletries were replenished as needed, and 2 small bottles of water were placed every day.
We lived in the room 206, with 2 windows. One faced the street, another one was right behind the bed and was covered by the curtain and some kind of panel. This window is located next to the restaurant an therefore, the whole night it was very noisy and it was impossible to sleep without earplugs. So if you need the place to sleep, it isnt't the best location then even because it's right by the main busy road.
The hostel is located down to the busy local street and the rooms are dark, cause the sunlight couldn't reach the window. You have to close the curtains everytime, otherwise the locals could freely observe your room.
In our opinion, this hostel is overpriced, it isn't worthy of our kind of money. After the quick research you can find more affordable hotels and costs especially now during the pandemic.
One confusing thing was that we used to have our own plastic knife and the cutlery for travelling and the staff treated them like a trash and threw them away, they were clean and reusable again, but we've lost them after several days of staying.
There's cooffemaker inside the room as mentioned in the description of the room.

Oh man, everything. The staff, run by owner themselves. So helpful and friendly. Sorry for bothering them all night at the bar. Such a good memories, the foods, coffee. I definitely go back for sure. Say hi to Huaniu, little pitbull doggo ♥️
Smelly from the drain 😣

The lady who is the new owner is such a sweet person! They tried their best to give me suggestions about scenic spots. The whole Inn is so cute and it was designed so nicely! I loved their sweet dog. Twice the owner gave me rides.
I did't like my room. First floor in the corner room, as it didn't have any good sunlight coming in. When you open the curtains you see other buildings and water tank.
