Nous avons vécu un séjour exceptionnel!

Nous avons été très satisfait, mon épouse et moi, de l'agencement de l'hôtel et des activités qui étaient proposé (Spa, salle de sport). Le bar intégré à l'hôtel était également très sympa, ce qui nous à permis de passer de bon moment de détente sans avoir à sortir de l'hôtel. Le fait de pouvoir être en demi pension est également très appréciable, petit déjeuner et dîner compris dans un prix très abordable. Le buffet est très riche et avec un large choix.

Cependant, nous avons une remarque concernant le buffet et plus précisément concernant le chaud. Les plats chaud ne le sont pas suffisamment ce qui fait que l'on mange froid très rapidement. C'est dommage.

Aunque la ubicación es excepcional queda apartado del centro para ir andando. El desayuno fenomenal, pero en las cenas, se hecha en falta platos de cuchara frios y calientes y pasta.

Un séjour très très agréable !

L'accueil de l'ensemble du personnel, Alex a été très délicate et attentionnée. Le personnel du restaurant très efficace, souriant et à l'écoute. L'accueil au SPA très agréable. La pause détente quotidienne à été relaxant et ressourssante ! Merci à Alex de nous avoir proposé la chambre vue sur la montagne avec l'accès au SPA inclus ! Le buffet du petit déjeuner et du dîner le premier soir ont été remarquables. Qualité et variété des produits proposés, fraîcheur, diversité, goût. Très très agréablement surpris. L'hôtel est très agréable avec une vue plongeante sur la ville et la montagne !

Nous ne pouvons pas dire que nous n'avons pas apprécié ! Juste une recommandation... Nous avons été juste un peu déçus de l'insonorisation chambre couloir .Il manque quelques informations dans la chambre. Numéros de téléphone des différents services Réception, SPA, bar, restaurant, et il est impératif de prévoir le tarif pour le parking couvert.

Nos gustamos mucho este hotel por los recepcionistas son muy amables, agradables y simpáticos y al igual los camareros, limpiadoras, la instalación del hotel perfecta y la ubicación sin problema, spa grande, bar grande, el comedor acogedor, terraza con vista panorámica enfrente un pueblo entero para mirar y reflexionar. En un paisaje precioso y puro relajación y desconexión, te damos un 10!! Hay gente mayoría son parejas, familia con hijos, y personas mayores

Le sobra una estrella

El personal es muy agradable, sobre todo Judith con sus maravillosos masajes. El precio del spa estaba bien, aunque era un spa normalito, una piscina grande con unos chorros que funcionaban cuando le daba la gana, sauna y baño turco ( que no se podía usar porque soltaba pintura)

Para mí parecer le sobra una estrella, nos cobraron 400€ por 5 días con desayuno "buffet" que siempre tenía lo mismo, ya que al ser temporada baja no tienen mucha gente( y eso lo entiendo, pero que bajen el precio), nos cobran 50€ por una cena para 2, y comimos carne y una ensalada, con unos cachitos pequeños de postre. También era buffet, sigo entendiendo que no pongan mucha comida para 4-5 personas que esperaban fuera a cenar. Pero bajale en precio!! No nos hicieron la habitación por un parte de veces... La habitación no tiene cortinas opacas y entra toda la luz a la habitación.

La limpieza de todo el hotel. Las comidas, son buenas. El hotel está muy cuidado y es cómodo moverse por el. El pub irlandés esta muy bien puesto.

Que la piscina te la cobren aparte, no me parece. En mayo, el pub no tenía cocina abierta. Sin plaza parking se complica dejar el coche.

Séjour très agréable dans ce lieu que nous ne connaissions pas, nous recommandons fortement.

Diner et petit déjeuner très copieux et variés, très bien. Le personnel très à l'écoute et très gentil.

Pour le stationnement intérieur du parking, la taille des places est trop petite et il n'y a pas suffisamment d'emplacement.

Muy bien, pero.....

Desayuno excelente y variado. La cama era comoda y la limpieza muy correcta.

Desgraciadamente tuve la mala suerte de que no le debi de caer bien a la única camarera que habia, ya que ni buenos dias, ni buenas noches y tan solo se limitaba a preguntar numero de habitación. Con los demás clientes se desenvolvia de forma amable educada y sonriente. Lo hice saber en recepción. Parking publico escaso y el parking del hotel cuesta 15 euros noche. Escandaloso que te cobren el agua del grifo si tienes media pensión en la cena.

Que es cobri l’aigua del buffet lliure i que la zona de parking exterior sigui molt petita i hagis de pagar el parking privat. Penso que almenys s’hauria d’informar prèviament, en el moment de fer la reserva.

Beautiful, hospitable hotel. A great base for exploring. Just be aware of hidden charges of swimming (and parking).

The views, the lovely big room, on site restaurants which were great. The inclusive breakfast was bountiful. The staff were great - very hospitable.

One of the reasons we booked this property was the pool, no where did we see it was 10 euros extra to go to the pool and you had to book. We then found out anyone with a bit of hair on their head has to wear an ugly bathing cap which they provide. When I checked out they charged us an extra 3.50 for borrowing this ugly hat. So, the pool and spa is lovely and worth using - just understand you will be charged more.

Fantastic hotel. Location, view, food, bed. All great. The staff are really, really nice and friendly also. Stayed in June, would definitely come back.

Ski Holiday in the Pyrenees

Excelent food, very nice location, nice view, shuttle service to the cable car.

Room was small, noise from the hall and the lift . Many russian tourists. Hotel spa was not well mainteined.

room’s won’t fulfill 4 star expectations, superior room’s same as standard in a higher floor. SPA is definitely not worth paying for! Dinner had quite limited choice but not bad and breakfast far away from excellent, closer to good.

A superb choice to stay in Cannilio!

The location is stunning with incredible views of the mountain valleys. Although it's a bit of an uphill walk it's not too far to get into the town. There is also a shuttle service if you need it. Many of great hiking routes nearby covering all levels of difficult. The WiFi was fast (~ 100 Mbps download & upload speeds) and reliable. I had no issues working from there. Staff were lovely - really warm, welcoming and helpful. I used the gym regularly and found it to be great to keep fit whilst away from home with enough equipment to help you do so. As many have also mentioned, the breakfast is amazing! With a great selection of choices, including many vegan and vegetarian options - you will enjoy your stay here. I'd come back in a heartbeat.

Alex the receptionist was very friendly. The staff in the resturant were exceptional. Polite. Professional and they all wished my partner a happy birthday. Beds were SUPER comfy
