Location, coffee pancakes, pool parking.
Spider 🕷 bugs, and Flys in the room. Plus dirty walls outside the bath tub, cigarette 🚬 butt on the floor in the bathroom of my NO SMOKING ROOM. PLUS, SMOKERS ALL AROUND ME. Never replaced the dirty towels.

Not a true corporate Days Inn, it’s independently owned. Not clean. Next to a gentleman’s club.
Dirty. They took a photocopy of my drivers license and my credit card and I did not get it back when I checked out. In addition to paying for my room upfront I also had to pay a $50 cash deposit. They gave us a room that was already occupied so that was extremely embarrassing and we had to go get another room. This must be an independently owned and operated days in because they definitely had some quirky rules that I have never seen in the hotel industry before. If it wasn’t so late at night, we would’ve just canceled and gone somewhere else. The room was absolutely filthy.

How nice the night clerk was and how courteous the manager appeared to be the following day when our card account hit a snafu because we were out of state and hadn’t informed our bank yet. However, I was asked multiple times about paying the reservation balance, before check out time, by the manager and was very anxious about the entire situation, that was resolved well before it was time to check out.
Everyone there was very accommodating to the local riff raft, however and actually overlooked the random homeless who were sleeping on the property’s grounds, corridors, stairs, and walkways. They also ignored the noise from the constant traffic all night, the yelling, the loud booming music, the blatant drug activity, and, my complaint about the bed bugs which I had been bitten by, the previous night of our stay!
Bedbugs were the #1 worst part of this stay……. Actually, they’re #2!! #1 is that when I showed the bug which I had captured, to the first employee I came across, she seemed like this was no surprise to her and her responses led me to the conclusion that everyone working there were well aware of this problem… BEFORE RENTING THAT ROOM TO US!!! Upon check out, the manager told me that they would coordinate and cooperate with booking.com to refund our stay costs and whatever else we decided appropriate measures.
I spoke with Booking and advised them of the addendum to my lease agreement that states if I bring bedbugs to my home, I must pay all costs for the eradication of the pests and the losses of all other tenants so that I had to spend more on laundering clothes, replacement of luggage, and 2 more nights at another motel while these measures were being taken to prevent the risk of infestation.
After a a week had passed, it was told that my stay would be refunded but no compensation would be given, Then, I was told nothing else would be given, not even my stay!
The manager has evaded my calls ever since and booking has bounced my calls around, evaded the issue, and now, just ignores the entire incident!!!
This is not mentioning how this place is dark, full of shadowy characters, it entirely reeks of weed, and they allow drug deals in the middle of their parking lot in broad daylight while treating their other guests, , out of town workers and business people, like a nuisance that had to be tolerated! Upon further examination I discovered that there were multiple mattresses thrown out of rooms into the corridors and that most of the rooms only had a bed and two hard backed chairs to sit on while inside them.

Location
Room was dirty, no smoke alarm hair and toe nails every where. Staff was not friendly. Police was there more than once. It appeared to be a drug trafficking hotel. I will not recommend and I will not be back.

Didn’t make it to the breakfast. The rooms were so disgusting that I was afraid I would get food poisoning!
Booking.com presents this property as one thing when it’s exactly the opposite of what’s pictured. It’s disgusting to say the least. Pubic hairs on the toilet. The entire toilet seat was gone. The ac unit was set on heat and the grate was broken out and completely gone. The curtains were a dingy nasty white. I killed a roach in my bathroom and later that night seen one in my coworkers bathtub in the next room. The room smelled like a stinking Black and Mild cigar when I walked in. I paid for two rooms for three nights and checked out the following morning due to the conditions.

Pretty much nothing, felt like the middle of nowhere but gave it a chance anyway, road trip tired. It ended up being close to a lot of restaurants and Walmart.
One of the attendants had a bad attitude(poor customer service)at check in of the 2nd room, 1st room reeked of dog and there were multiple floorboards hanging off/out from the wall with huge holes behind them. 2nd room was a lot better but the shower/bath could've been cleaner. I was fooled by the Wyndham name, coming from FL to NC for college orientation, I thought it would still be nice 😔

Requested one king room and two queen. We were given two rooms with two queens. We left after one of the room’s bathroom had urine on the toilet seat. Because we had booked through booking.com the hotel would not refund any money. Very expensive lesson learned.
