Friendly, great view!

The staff were friendly, the river view was beautiful and relaxing

It's an older hotel. The amenities in the bathroom were free HOWEVER oddly enough, I am extremely allergic to anything orange and they were citrus/orange based. So not only could my family not use them the WHOLE hotel smelled like oranges! Thankfully I didn't need to use my Epi-Pen but another 'flavor' should be chosen as this is a common allergy.

Breakfast was enough. Coffee was excellent. Love the river view from our room. Will miss the river. There are trout in this river.

Nothing. Hotel was very quiet and secluded in a nice area.

I would love to go back to this area and the hotel to stay for some more weeks as it was on the whole very nice. althoug

by the riverfront. so lovely and the walk into quaint village, wonderful smokehouse grill. the pool was nice and the way the lounges were next to eating area. the staff were helpful and friendly. the breakfasts were great with variety and were tasty.

the noisy aircon which couldn’t be turned down much. the windows could open a bit so that would have been better to use. the use of non biodegradable cutlery and plates. no recycling of food waste. the road by the river was used by noisy trucks with air brakes. this wouldn’t be allowed in Europe near a hotel or Nz. It is a pity for the hotel’s s ambience as the traffic noise can get high. I would complain to some agencies about the use of that road by those vehicles.

Fantastic location with great value and service.

On the river and the most beautiful location in the smokies. Just a few minutes from artsy Dillsboro downtown. A short drive to all the fun of Pigeon Forge, Cherokee and Gatlinburg. What a great place. Solid breakfast as well.

Only one elevator can be an issue at busy times. Parking filled up on werkend.

We enjoyed our stay!

Great Breakfast, so close to everything in Dillsboro and Sylva. We loved sitting in the rocking chairs and enjoying the river rushing by.

Very nice hotel, great views of the river!

The breakfast was really good! The breakfast lady so nice! Josh and Jenny were very helpful as was the lady on night shift! The pool and hot tub were so nice after a stressful day!

The prices in the market place were a little steep, but, it’s the price you pay for convenience!

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling there.

The breakfast set up was perfect. The food was great and the food choices were more than enough. The gentleman who oversaw the kitchen area was the nicest person. He constantly checked to make sure the food was replenished and let the area extremely clean. One of the best breakfast areas I have seen at other hotels.
