RIP OFF HOTEL !!!

Nothing! It was the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Everything about this place was BAD! The staff, the property the area, the people hanging out around it. Upon arrival there were people just hanging out around the property. The property was very dirty, trash laying all around the parking lot. The office smelled really bad and was crowded with people that were just standing around . I had made reservations several months ago. When I was able to get through the people that were hanging out by the entrance I told them I had a reservation for 4 nights. The person at the counter said that the reservation was cancelled by the manager but couldn't tell me why. I said I had a confirmation sent to me on October 23 a week prior to my arrival, saying my credit card was charged. I advised them that I had not received anything stating my reservation was canceled. They told me they had availability and I could re book a room but they would NOT HONOR the price I had booked the room for. They told me it would be ALOT HIGHER RATE! I told her that was UNACCEPTABLE and I had traveled over 8 hours to get there now and now have no place to stay. No manager around and no reason why my reservation was cancelled by the management. I was very lucky to find another motel in the area. I explained what happened to them and they advised me that that happens all the time at that hotel ( OYO Hotel). The manager does that to charge people a much higher rate then given on there reservations. I contacted corporate office by email with no help whatsoever!! I will NEVER deal with OYO Hotel again!! The place is NO GOOD and a RIP OFF !! VERY SHADY OPERATION! ! ! The management should be ashamed and embarrassed that this is how they conduct business!! THE WORST HOTEL EVER !!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE & lots of extra charges

the estar was rude and didn’t accept third party reservations and made me pay another fee after arguing just so I can get the room I reserved. they kept my 100 deposit that apparently was required on site but not listed on booking. i have had to do a run around talking with different employees on different days just to understand why, everybody is in a different page.

Nasty and Gross

The hotel owner is rude, unprofessional and money hungry. The rooms are out of date, nasty and the overall upkeep of the hotel is gross… The room bathroom was not sanitary and needed a deep cleaning. It’s not worth your money or the headache…

No toilet seat cobwebs in the shower hair all over. carpet lifting up in bathroom doorway. Made up false allegations to keep my deposit only stay there one night. Do not recommend for family

New mattresses and the paint is chilling off of the shower wall and the rugs need to be cleaned because a lot of things

Don't need to take responsibility and update the hotel beds and do some painting and rooms need to be deployed

My wife started her period and accidentally left red spots on sheets. Housekeeping washed sheets quickly and my 100 deposit was taken because of accident.

not a thing. poorly kept

that the manager refused to give my cash deposit back because of pictures that were not taken in that room. there was drug paraphernalia and ashes of other substances when I don’t do drugs, smoke cigarettes, or even drink. this place is poorly managed, only does house keeping once a week, and scams people.

booking.com needs to take them down they should not be on yawls website they are terrible

close to track and places to eat.

owner was ever disrespectful. are room was supposed to be ready at three we got there at 4 o’clock and he said he had no room for us available after we made reservations for a week in advance. told us he would not accept a reservation because we were upset that our room was not ready. then charged us $100 security posit it was not mentioned anywhere in any description at all. when I asked to speak to a manager he said he was the owner and he could refuse a reservation
