The perfect place to stay in Highlands!!

Recently renovated and everything is perfect!! The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms a beautiful with nice personal touches. The location is walkable to downtown. A fabulous experience!!!

Unless some changes are made would not rebook.

There was no breakfast! No amenities. A dog was barking constantly on a lower floor. The desk staff was very pleasant!

Location was good.

Booking . Com listed continental breakfast so did amenities listed in room- that was not reality- bathroom had hole in wall. Property is dated

Very good

The front desk staff was very nice upon arrival. The location of the hotel is excellent with easy acess to town. I liked the sitting area by the fireplace as this was warm and inviting.

Did not see breakfast at this location? The sink and shower both dripped in my room. When I entered my room it was very cold compared to the hallway which was cold. One of the bath towels had a big brown stain on it which is pretty gross on a white towel! The building needs updating. Front door you have to open which is difficult carrying luggage.

The review said that this hotel was 3 minutes from the downtown village. Unfortunately there's no sidewalks to get to that village. And it's a main street to travel not safe for pedestrians at all. I would not walk on that road with my kids.

Room was worth $100. I paid $160. NO breakfast. But the staff we met were so sweet and very knowledgeable about the town.

Cute property and great location with no internet or breakfast as advertised.

Great location and pretty wooded property. Our room was on the lower level and was clean and comfortable. There was a nice outdoor sitting area with a private fire pit!

The wi-fi internet did not work...at all...and when we asked about it we were told "well it's just in the mountains here and teh signals aren't strong". Um, not buying that one. Also, our price included breakfast which when we checked in we were told they don't do anymore. no compensation was offered.

Location was great we had no breakfast

We reserved this room because it stated it had a kitchenette that was a disappointment. The kitchenette consisted of a microwave, a refrigerator and a coffee pot, which is the same. You can get it some hotels I did not have a stove top, which is what we were hoping for.

They need management!

Did not offer breakfast. Did not receive housekeeping. Had to ask for everything; coffee in lobby, toiletries, linens. They appeared to be very slow, but was told they didn’t offer breakfast because they were busy. Only saw 2 workers at a time in the hotel. They were nice, just wasn’t tuned in to being helpful and offer good experience.

Terrible. Do not stay here.

This place was convenient to downtown, but a dump. So disappointed.

It was not clean on the inside of the room, very dated unlick pictures, poor quality food for breakfast, COLD showers as the water never got above warm. The adjourning room played the TV all night long, air units didn't properly heat and cool. I am so disappointed to spend over $600 or this lodge/inn.

Exceptional

The breakfast was very good each day.The lady at the front desk was so nice to us. She was very helpful too. The woman cooking the breakfast was very nice too.
