I could only say good words regarding the comfort of the bed and pillows. Cleanliness of the room was good too but nothing luxury about it.
Everyone who drives in Greek islands, especially on Crete knows how parking spot can be a huge problem so we decided to pay extra in order to be safely parked in their own parking lot. We traveled from another city and when we arrived to Trianon we paid parking deposit (20eur) and got down to the parking in the building. The info table said there was plenty of free spaces and when we got to the level 1 it quickly became clear that we won't be parking there. Cars were parked across free spots taking more space than required so one car would park on two instead of one space. The spots were so narrow and most of them were parked like that. Most of the cars were damaged! Scratched, bumped, I assume in attempt to park in or out in between those cars. Most of cars are not the property of the hotel guests but by locals. I was so mad I booked here just because of the parking lot I could not even use. The person working there at the reception eventually told me that it's not their parking and that guest use it but locals indeed park there! Wow! Then don't claim its the hotel property! The correspondence with the stuff via booking.com was also awful. I clearly asked if there was a safe spot in front of the property to stop over the car so I can get my luggage of before I pay the parking deposit, take the card and go to the underground parking and they answered: "There are several cafes near Trianon, at Platia Eleftherias."
The room we booked was clean and comfy but the location of the room was just a disaster - In the ground floor right in front of the ATM machine. Why was this a disaster? Well, fellow travelers pay attention that this hotel is like and atrium facility and most double rooms are located on the ground floor looking inward. That inward part is public space anyone can walk into and all rooms are see through glass only so you must keep your curtains closed at all times...

Staff is friendly and helped call for a taxi during checkout. Room is spacious and they have an espresso machine.
The room was not cleaned thoroughly at all. Almost immediately after checking in I found a massive spider web in the bedroom, big enough that it must have been there for a while. Then there were dead bugs along the window panes, layers of dust and live ants coming through. I took pictures and showed the receptionist who apologized and said she’ll “send someone up right away”. No one came that day.
For the next few days, even when regular housekeeping came to clean, they STILL didn’t clean the area. The giant spiderweb, dead bugs and all, stayed there throughout my entire stay. I don’t know if they just don’t clean behind the curtains, but it allows for bugs, dust and other things to gather and grow.
The ants were a constant problem. I had to spend every morning and night doing an ant sweep. On the last day they kept getting on the bed.
Staff is otherwise very friendly, but I didn’t like that the receptionist told me she would have someone clean that day, but no one came. I’m not sure if that’s just miscommunication between staff and housekeeping though.

Good location - easy walk to centre and free parking available. Room was very clean and staff were friendly.
There is an excellent bakery behind the hotel.
Main pictures are a bit misleading- there are no kitchens in the 'apartment'.

Easy location for drive to and from Chania airport and other drives around that area of Crete. Underground parking was a big plus. It was away from the tourist crowds and peaceful.
Only a minor item - No tea towel provided.

Very spacious and clean, well equipped with all amenities you need.
Also very convenient with shops close by - supermarket, cafes, amazing bakery round the corner.
Free parking is a huge bonus!

* The private parking was a life saviour
* Good looking building and apartment
* Coffee every morning!
* Comfy bed
* Near city center
* Fridge in the room
* Bathroom has no privacy. If it’s not your husband/wife/long time partner you will hear stuff that you don’t really need to know. Or you just go out of the room.
* Noisy neighbours can be easily heard. Be sure to bring a pair of earplugs if you have a light sleep.

A very clean and comfortable stay. We had everything we needed for one night and we also had parking.

Very nice and spacious apartment. Comfortable bed and large sofas. Has an equipped kitchen but we didn't use it. Great terrace as well. Lots of natural light due to the big windows (which had block out curtains)
The shower/bath had a ledge very high (that I missed) so it was actually a little difficult to get in as I am short. Managed to kick it hard by accident twice.
Also I thought it was closer to town centre but at least it wasn't as noisy as my previous stays.

A comfortable, modern well designed suite. Stayed for 5 nights. Each day the room was cleaned and serviced to a high standard. Coffee, tea and milk replenished and towels changed when required. Great, supersized walk in wet room. Excellent fast wifi.
Minor aggravated was remembering to draw net curtains for privacy. For a single gentleman this didn’t worry me.

Pleasant place with easy access to Old Town of Chania - pleasant 20 minute walk away. Reasonably quiet area with 2 excellent restaurants nearby. Staff were good and spoke acceptable and understandable English.
Room was right above the garage door and noisy opening and closing - disrupted both nights sleep. No choice of non-smoking room - ash trays everywhere. Think the word "Luxury' in their title is a bit of a stretch - pleasant but not the greatest place I have stayed in.
