Ξενώνας για ψαγμένους, προσιτός ,πεντακάθαρος ,λειτουργικός!

Ήταν μεγάλη ευχαρίστηση και τιμή για μας να μείνουμε στο Alrowwad Guest house. Οι υπηρεσίες, η φιλικότητα, η ευγένεια του προσωπικού όπως και οι εγκαταστάσεις αξίζουν πραγματικά. Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε στη Βηθλεέμ και ειδικά σ αυτό το μέρος. Είναι καλό να μαθαίνουμε την ιστορία και να βλέπουμε την άλλη πλευρά του φεγγαριού..Όλοι είναι πρόθυμοι να σε βοηθήσουν στη Βηθλεέμ και ναι, αισθανθήκαμε ασφαλείς! Και επίσης είναι καλό για μας τους ανθρώπους του δυτικού κόσμου να το βλέπουμε πως η ελευθερία, η ευημερία και η καλοπέραση δεν είναι αυτονόητα παντού! (πώς να μην πω για το γνήσιο παλεστινιακό Shawarma στο ένα τρίτο από τις τιμές της Ιερουσαλημ, δίπλα στο Guest house.) O ξενώνας είναι value for money, χώρια η φοβερή εμπειρία να μπαινοβγαίνεις σε μια πόλη με διαβατήριο και ελέγχους αεροδρομίου που όλοι τους έχουν συνηθίσει σαν καθημερινή διαδικασία! P. S. (ο ξενώνας έχει γερμανικές προδιαγραφές)

Η γειτονιά έχει σκληρή όψη με τις πρώτες ματιές. Η περιοχή Aida δημιουργήθηκε από πρόσφυγες. Μετά τις πρώτες δύο φορές που πήραμε ταξί με μόλις 6,5 euro, μάθαμε να πηγαίνουμε στο check point, σε μόλις 20-22 λεπτά με τα πόδια και τη νύχτα. Το λεωοφορείο 234 κάθε 5-10 λεπτά.

Good room, clean, and comfortable. Interesting location. A bit isolated from the rest of Bethlehem.

It was right in the center of Aida refugee camp. For people who want to see what life in the West Bank is really like, this is a perfect place to stay. There are no amenities offered but the room was clean and comfortable.

Fantastic stay in a historic area, felt very safe

Absolutely stunning views from the room, exceptionally clean, really friendly staff, comfortable beds, fantastic location that I felt very safe in, lots of locals around who were happy to help. An amazing way to boost the much needed Palestinian economy. Area is incredibly scenic with murals, paintings and a sense of community. Loads to do around the area. Can't recommend enough.

100% recommended, definitely worth to try!

Owners are wonderful people! They are trying to help you in any way possible, and even wait for you even though you were too late. Rooms are well equipped and there is terrace+kitchen in the house.

The placement at first is a little suspicious, but it brings a good vibe. Around it, there's a supermarket and a Shawarma shop, so you won't have a problem finding food.

Perfect place to experience Bethlehem

Great location, walking distance from the Walled Off and into the Old Town. Quiet roads which was nice in a busy city. Great views from the room and the terrace. Glad to support their wider work too.

Access to coffee making would be brilliant, although we really appreciated having the tea.

I was soo surprised that the hotel have community service and they give all of the earnings from hotel to make better perspectives for kids! It is amazing! Also the history behind everything! The rooms are named after important persons from Palestinian history and culture ❣️soo inspiring

The staff was very friendly and always helpful. He told us what places to visit close to Bethlehem in perfect English. The location is also good because you can get to know another face of Bethlehem and learn something, but it's still very close to the Old city. I'm definitely going to come again when I'm in Bethlehem.

There was a minor issue with the water and setting its temperature. After six people had a shower, the water stopped flowing. But I'm sure it was a one-time issue. :)

Super welcoming/friendly hosts! We were a bit uncomfortable when we arrived at night - through our ignorance we didn't actually realise Bethlehem was in Palestine proper. But the locals around the guest house were super friendly, welcoming and helpful and we felt very safe. Really glad we went in the end, walking around Palestine was definitely an eye-opening experience. The hotel itself was perfect and great value for money compared to Jerusalem. Definitely go here if you get the chance! Oh, and Palestinian food is amazing.

modern hotel right inside aida camp

located in the centre of aida camp, this a really modern and new building. the rooms were very well-furnished and modern and the staff was really thoughtful. as the building is still quite new, other floors, like the restaurant were still under construction, but there was no noise or inconvenience caused. especially in a place like this its important to be mindful of who we support with our money and this is definitely a great place to support, employing locals and educating tourists. make sure to visit the culture centre.

Great facilities but not so nice location.

The guest house has great facility. The place is new, has very good facilities. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were clean, presented with nice towels and other nice toiletries. The beds were super comfortable. The stuffs are okay. Everything about this place is great except the location.

The location of this place is not so nice. It is quite far from the city centre of Bethlehem (manger square). The walk is about of 30-40 minutes and passes through some shady neighbourhoods. On the way from the city centre to this place, we had to go through some shady locations and dark roads. If someone has his/her own car, then one can stay here. We had to take taxis from the main square to go this place as we did not have our own transportation.

Perfect for a short adventure!

Very nice guesthouse in Aida camp, the staff is amazing and the standard and cleanliness is very good! We had no water in the morning, but I don't think that was the fault of the guesthouse. We got a nice explanation of life in the camp and also got invited to visit the nearby cultural center which was a really nice experience. Will definitely visit again!
