EN MEDIO DE LA NATURALEZA

El hotel está ubicado en un precioso lugar entre la naturaleza. El personal es muy amable, en especial, João, de restauración y Lluis de recepción. El SPA está muy bien, con unas bonitas vistas.

Para añadir algo para una mejora, hablaría del desayuno: es bastante limitado y si te gusta el café, el café de la máquina automática deja un poco que desear. Sin embargo, en el bar tienen buen café.

DESCANSO EN ANDORRA

Me encantó el hotel, la habitación moderna y clásica a la vez, la cama estupenda, baño muy bonito, ducha en suelo supercomoda. Las vistas de la habitación preciosas al paisaje de otoño, maravilloso. Estancia excelente. Situado en la montaña muy cerca del centro. Personal muy atento.

Un sándwich vegetal q tenía poco contenido, escaso: lechuga, tomate y aguacate, por 8,80€ debi de habérselo comentado al camarero pero estaba muy cansada y quería acabar.

Looks better from the outside than it actually is.

Not much….breakfast was ok but that’s about it

Noisy . You can hear toilets flush and people in corridors. The road outside is very very steep and cars are revving up and down constantly. At night it’s like a racetrack. Bus waits outside our window with engine running. Was supposed to have Mountain View and didn’t . I took a picture out of each of our three windows. Restaurant expensive and food mediocre. There are two buildings the top one looked better and has the restaurant and swimming pool and bar. The bottom one does t have these. There is a smell about the bottom building which we couldn’t determine. 28 euros for parking g for two nights was very expensive much better and after car park in top building. In bottom building car park there was someone sleeping in their car for at least the two nights we were there. I had my credit card details stolen from the hotel even though I booked through booking.com. Scammer contacted me through watsap. Wouldn’t visit again.

A magical place to stay

beautifully decorated hotel and very clean. A great decorated big room with a beautiful view to the mountains. Nice breakfast. The staff were very nice and helped us with all we needed encluding guiding and recomended places to visit. We've stayed there 2 nights and it was really hard to leave. I hope I will be able to come back and enjoy and experience it again. Everything was just exelent.

Disappointing

The location is nice and quiet. The night receptionist was very helpful, the other one was indifferent.

This is a four-star "Superior" hotel. Hotels of this category should NOT have bed mattresses wrapped in plastic to protect them. Such plastic wrapping renders the mattress unbreathable and reflects the body heat back, which makes you sweat during the night. I didn't sleep all night as a result.

Excellent surroundings, well presented building, very comfortable rooms, great facilities, swimming pool.

Upon arrival you need to ensure you are in the correct part of the hotel as there are two buildings.

nice hotel to stay at in Andorra, only let down by some of the meals we had there

very nice hotel, excellent location. very kind and helpful staff at reception especially Lluis & Ariadne, and Sebastian, Pol and Sarah in the dining room, unfortunately most of the other n staff were quite sullen.

not much other than the meals were very hit and miss as far as quality was concerned.

Car park and loading area outside hotel a bit limited. Only had a complementary bottle of water on the 1st day. No coffee in room. Tea only.
