I enjoyed the gym, it was a small room but it had equipment for lower and upper body plus cardio. The machines were new and of high quality.
The breakfast was amazing, there was a lot of variety and everything was delicious. There's something for every taste (vegetarian, meat options).
The spa was great, many saunas and swimming pools. It also had an outdoor swimming pool if you like cold water or want to cool down after using the outdoor sauna. I wish the swimming pool was a bit deeper, I could stand on the deep and shallow end, but it was still fine.
I liked the live band playing at the restaurant, they made the stay more memorable.
We appreciated the amount of activities the place offers, even though we stayed for only one night and only used the gym and spa. If we had stayed longer we would have played minigolf as well.
The room itself felt a bit out of date, like it needs renovation. The bathroom smells strong, the air doesn't seem to move there. Small things in the room are broken, like the hanger on the bathroom door - one of the knobs had a part missing and clothes would fall off easily. The balcony was shared with neighbour - a thin metal fence separated the balcony to 2. Overall the metal fence looks soviet and not pleasant. The salt sauna also had a smell problem, it had a pungent smell. But these issues weren't that bad to influence the experience.

Great to sleep! Comfy and clean room. Beautiful hotel, great views, bar and beach. We loved the live music.
The spa was a bit outdated. Bad service at the lobby restaurant. Food was still frozen when served.

Loistava sijainti meren rannalla. Hyvä aamiainen. Oikein mukava kylpylä, mm. viisi erilaista saunaa!
Pieni huone, mm. vaateripustimet eivät mahdu vaatekaappiin :-) WC:n pöntöstä vuotaa ei-kirkasta vettä :-(

Very beautiful location in front of the sea among the pine trees.
There is a very convenient parking in front of the hotel.
The SPA must be fantastic, but it was already closed when I arrived, so couldn’t enjoy it unfortunately.
Breakfast was very good.
I arrived around 22:00 and everything was closed, no way to take even a simple dinner. Even the bar was closed already. Not sure there is a chance to eat around as well.
The room looks much bigger in the picture, it was quite small.
When you pay >130€/night you expect to see at least a bottle of water in the room, often there is also a kettle or coffee machine, but not here.
The room looked renovated, but part of the furniture was around 40 years old, which is strange to see.
Same for halls and elevators, that require renovation.
Probably SPA gives an interesting value for money (if included), but if you don’t use it, the value is really limited and doesn’t cost the price.

Breakfast was very nice, and there was enough personnel to make it very pleasurable. Also the room was clean.
Hotel management should take care that in the bar and restaurants there should be professionals working. Now it was taken care of young people who did'nt know their jobs. Everything was very slow and many mistakes were made. This naturally was not these young kid's fault, but the management's. Laulasmaa area is so beautiful, that I must come back there, ut will search for another accommodation next time.

Hotel located in the very picturesque location. SPA and Hotel is in one building connected with corridor at the 2nd floor. Reception and eating area is renovated and look very nice and comfortable. Staff is ready to help and were answering all the questions. Hotel has kids room with toys. Sea and lots of trails located just next to the Hotel.
Breakfast was fantastic! a big variety of everything!
Rooms are a bit shabby and require renovation.

Very good and beautiful location, hotel is nice, room with a sea view is good
it was exceptionally bad service. Indeed I never met such a bad service in the restaurant and bar and because there are not many places around we simply had to go there. Waiters several times told us that there is no food and than they brought smb else )) they faced that they did not speak English.. I mean it really spoiled all the feeling about this hotel. I don t think I will ever come back and don t advise anybody else.

location
there was no heat, second day could not use spa with small kid as the temperetature was very low. room had very old furnitire and it was not clean (a lot of dust and someones socks where under the bed). all night long there was at least 5 time short firealarm sounds which didn’t let us sleep normally. bathroom looked also very poor

calm place. nice location near the beach. tasty, well-organised breakfast.
Room was a bit not clean. old furniture (not retro, just old). Spa centre was crowded.

The massage and relaxation area afterwards in the wellness centre was really great. Excellent breakfast with a view to the forest and sea. And the dinner was also delightful. Very comfy beds. Great coffee in the room, was nice to enjoy it on the balcony with the view over the sea.
There could be more sitting and relaxing areas in the spa and the possibility of having a drink at the pool ( water was available). 95C sauna could have more stones :) Usually, there are separate blankets at spas, but here I forgot to bring them from my room. However, the blankets will be wet and if you use your blanket there are no dry blankets in the room after spa. The conditioner was quite noisy.

A beautiful seaside location, we got to see the most amazing sunset from our room, restaurant, and the beach. Fresh air, peacefulness and quiet(despite there being families with kids all ages). A very nice michel restaurant with local ingredients. Friendly reception staff both for check-in and out. The room was clean and neatly set up, props to the housekeeping staff. The room was warm during the cold autumn period. Breakfast was very good.
If the hotel would decide to refurbish the rooms in the future, it would make it an excellent spa hotel in a beautiful location. Right now it is nice and well looked after but you can see that some things are a bit outdated or on the budget side in the rooms. Other areas seemed to already have had a refurbishing - very nice!
The spa staff seemed annoyed with their job, a little smile and friendliness goes a long way. :)

Excellent central location with all necessary
facilities when exploring Laulasmaa-
Lohusalu peninsula. Perfectly located on the
main beach.
Rooms are small, but convinient.
