Great location.

Excellent location. Nice breakfast at the restaurant at end of street. Not a bad pool for a dip at the end of the day. Very close to beach. Lots of shops, massage. nearby.

Couldn't get late check out, but if the hotel is full then it is what it is.

Exceptional

We stayed with this hotel for 4 days 3 nights. The service was excellent. They are very polite. Location is very good. Took us a few minutes walking distance to the beach and nice food court. We like that the room is huge and also quiet at night. The room service was very clean too. One of the receptionist (Mind) was very thoughtful she checked on our well being and also how was our past trip. We shared with her that the food was not up to our expectations and then she made a very good recommendation for local food for us. We really enjoyed it. Thanks for the great service and the thoughtful delight.

Fantastic family hotel

Awesome location, close to the beach and restaurants. Lovely pool, lovely staff. Nice big rooms. The breakfasts were nice and huge shout out to Phisuth and the staff who were so lovely and kind!! Nice gym, good aircon, overall excellent we booked forn3 nights ended up staying for 14!!

There is a big glass wall between the bathroom and the bedroom, which becomes transparent when you switch on the bathroom light. But when I asked to change rooms, the staff quickly put up a black blind which resolved the issue. So if you don’t like being watched on the loo, ask for this!

Good location! Rooms are interesting.

Location was good

The shower was hardly warm and took for ever to get even slightly warm. There was a glass window with a see through blind into the bathroom which was just weird. Like a little privacy would be good,

Great value for money

Better than expected, staffs were nice and helpful, room was clean and beds were comfy. Location is just 2-3 mins walk to the beach. It's a affordable prices with the great location and comfortable hotel to stay

Very good

Great location, close to the Kata beach, food market, bus station to Phuket town etc. Good breakfast. Nice room. Interesting idea with a bath in the room, but there’s also a shower, so it’s comfortable anyway.

There were some construction works, noisy and we had to go through the street for breakfast. But it’s low season, won’t be a problem by the autumn, I think.

Close to the beach

Excellent location just a couple of minutes walk straight out from the hotel to the beach. Which is fabulous, you can walk / swim out and it doesn't get too deep. The smartbus from the airport stops nearby, also the shared taxis stop/start nearby to go to Phuket Town - which you absolutely have to visit, its gorgeous. There is a fab street food market nearby that does excellent food as well as nice more pricey restaurants along the strip. Had a lovely room overloooking the pool.

the door doesn’t close completely. there was a gap between the wall and the door, so mosquitoes could come in. I got bitten like crazy at night times in the room

The hotel is ok,but do not expect 4 stars) But I will choose another place to stay next time.

The hotel is ok,but stuff seems tired of guests(( They cleaned the room mostly when we asked them. Smts it seemed that they haven't recovered after covid. we could see towels on the floor in the hall, or some dirty stains on the wall.

Great location very close to the beach.

The place needs a renovation. Minor details such as toiletries (even toilet paper) was very discounted. Could be coincidential but some of the staff were borderline rude.

A nice hotel to celebrate with family!

Very clean, comfortable stay. Good shower (but we got hot water only during the day, not at night), comfortable bed, and a really nice balcony to relax.

Terrible Wi-Fi! Breakfast at Kiri restaurant was not vegetarian / Vegan friendly (only 2-3 items). We recommend Italian Job for better breakfast
