Very well priced for what you get. The massive excec room or whatever it was. The one with a four poster and sofa bed. Was only a few pounds more than the room with two doubles.
Bathroom with bath and separate shower was very nice.
Air con good.
Windows open all the way. That doesn’t happen often. Very nice.
Staff friendly and helpful. Even when obviously under pressure from more demanding customers.
Having to pay for parking is a rip. Not cool!

Good! Excellent room, shower and staff.

I liked the room in general it was a nice enough size, the bed was comfy and we was provided with the balcony I asked for when I booked
The fact that I was provided with 1 toilet roll, my tv didn’t work during the period of my stay and the fact when I went to have a coffee/tea in the morning my mugs were absolutely filthy. They had not been changed previously and was stuck to the side by the coffee machine and was sticky inside! Disgusting you would think that there cleanliness would be top priority especially after COVID

The staff were incredible from the moment I called to explain the reason for my visit, until I left. Sim was so supportive & understanding on the phone & Claire looked after me by name & in person for my whole stay. I felt extremely supported & looked after which made my whole experience much easier as a solo guest. My room was incredible!!!! I never wanted to leave!! Stunning suite!! Would certainly return.
I was next to a crying baby which I could’ve done without given my circumstances but c’est La vie

From the moment we walked through the doors the desk staff were friendly and helpful.
Claire is definitely made for the job, she was pleasant to speak too.
The room was very clean and a nice size.
Breakfast had a great variety.
The added extras were a bonus: after my husband run the marathon we came back to staff congratulating him and a little gift in the room.

it smelled good. And was very clean. The staff was great some not all, good location the rooms and hotel smelled so good and the environment was super clean. We had to pay for breakfast but it was really nice.
you had to pay for everything there. The ac was absolutely ridiculous I don't know if it was London ac or something. Once you leave the room they don't make the beds. In all the sinks the drain was not working. Probably wouldn't come back

We wanted to be in the centre of town for a friend's party, so the hotel's location was ideal. The breakfast was good, with a wide choice. The staff were helpful and friendly.
On arrival, I was asked for photo ID to check in, which is apparently a Met Police requirement. I have no problem with that, but there was no advance warning of that requirement in any of the numerous emails I received from the hotel and Booking.com in advance. I don't carry my Driving Licence with me (and in any case it is the old paper type with no photo), and I didn't have my Freedom Pass as we came by car. I was then told that my debit card used to make the booking (with my name but no photo) would suffice - but I now always pay using my phone, so I didn't even have that card. Basically,my point is just that customers should be advised clearly and prominently in advance of the Met Police requirement.
The room was very hot, even though all the heating controls were on zero before we arrived. I could still feel warm air was coming in the heating vent, even though the room was hot. We were facing a busy roundabout, so we couldn't leave windows open at night because of traffic noise. The staff did offer to move us to another room, but we were late for our party, so has to stay where we were. It shouldn't happen that warm air is being pumped into a hot room, though! It was like sleeping in an airless greenhouse.

The room was very spacious
The bedroom smelled very musty like it had not been used for a while .
Only one light switch worked in the room and we had to have shower in the dark as the light switch in the bathroom did not work The heater did not work and the room was very cold , although after complaining we were provided with electric heaters which helped

The bed was sooooooooo comfortable!!! I needed a well earned break as a birthday treat to myself and it was perfect. The room was gorgeous and the hotel Lobby and bar beautiful, recently refurbished
Don't get the pizza as unfortunately it wasn't great. I still ate it tho!

Iso tilava huone, huoneen sai hyvin pimeennettyä.
Kokolattiamatto, tyynyjä oli paljon mutta todella kasaanpainuvia. Vessa ei toiminut kunnolla.

Very clean, warm and friendly staff
Didn’t have a fridge in the room like some others have and didn’t manage to get a balcony room

Breakfast cold and un edible bacon was hard and some things were missing not topped up untill we had to leave to travel home.
This hotel houses homeless people and people who are economic migrants , just didn't find it had any atmosphere, the car park was a bit scary with people looking like they were dealing drugs and smoking weed.

The room...lovely! As well as the bathroom, the bed, the full length mirrors, the furnishings, and the tea/coffee making facilities. Very well laid out/presented.
We loved the hotel and was great value for money. The only thing we didn't like was that you could only get YouTube TV (which was intermittent and slow) and not network TV (unless you paid for a pay to view channel)

Location suited us as we were going to a wedding nearby. Staff and facilities very good and everything was very clean and tidy.
The room was very hot and despite turning off any heating we needed the window open which made it quite noisy as we backed onto the main road.

First time stay very impressed hotel excellent spotless staff very friendly and welcoming room was clean and comfortable only one thing that was awkward disable parking as we are new to this horrible thing after working 40 years straight called disability due to illness wife suffers severe osteoporosis can drop her at reception and go on to car park adjacent but as I have problems walking far due to shortness of breath due to two episodes of sepsis and damage to kidneys and lungs heart we never ever thought about disability throughout our active working life that it could happen to us and the problem it has caused us when travelling and especially parking if you drive its a bit of a walk from car park to hotel reception especially when you walk route and get to back door reception entrance and sign saying sorry this door is not working and have to walk all the way back and I mean all the way back especially with flight of stairs this to me was serious especially if you are more disabled than I am ie in a wheelchair it would of been hell. At front of hotel there are 7 car spaces but only 3 for disabled I think all seven should be for disabled parking and healthy people should be doing the car park walk.
Only parking as worded above.

Staff & breakfast were good. else was really good, but this one factor would mean I would not book to stay again.
The room was so hot I could not sleep the two nights I stayed there. Staff were friendly and brought a fan to both rooms, but this didn’t do much to alleviate the high room temperature. Apparently during winter the air con only pumps out heat.

Comfy, welcoming
Plates of food left for long periods outside room doors. Those staying at the hotel have to pay parking but those visiting don’t. Seems unfair on those staying.

I was given a room without a refrigerator, had to pay extra £s to get changed into another room. Despite my explanation and proof. I have few items that must be kept inside the fridge. It’s a rude shock to me because I saw refrigerator inclusive in the package booked for. This is rather something to watch out for when anyone is making a booking. The reason given was flimsy and extremely poor. ☹️
