Ausgesprochen angenehmer Aufenthalt mit guter Küche im Restaurant und tolles Frühstück

Zimmer komfortabel und groß, Lage sehr ruhig und erholsam. Restaurant sehr gut und schöner Garten. Das Frühstück ist wunderschön angerichtet und zusätzlich stets ein Buffett für Spezialitäten zur Verfügung, dadurch entsteht ein guter Bedienservice und trotzdem freie Auswahl zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden. Vielleicht wäre ein Abfalleimer auf dem Gelände hilfreich. Ansonsten super sauberes und sehr gut gepflegtes Anwesen, dass Freude macht.

J'ai tout aimé. Le lieu est magnifique. La chambre était belle, spacieuse et très propre. Le petit déjeuner était super . Le restaurant était comme tout le reste juste parfait.

Nice stopover in hotel with lovely garden and friendly staff.

Excellent breakfast. Comfortable beds and nice rooms. Lovely garden with two entertaining dogs. No restaurant on the Wednesday we were there, but we had a nice trip into Selestat. Wi-Fi was weak. Overall a nice stopover in a hotel run by nice people.

The perfect stop1over stay with friendly, attentive staff & delicious local delicacies!

It’s a family-run auberge, with a pool and air conditioning which in the summer, is a bonus. It was relaxing & calm set in beautiful countryside and grounds. Restaurant was good.

This place is just perfect- a very special place

This property is just beautiful. Everything is done very tastefully with beautiful grounds, a lovely peaceful pool area and a stunning courtyard in which to eat. The evening meal and service were top notch. The photographs really don’t do it justice as it is even more beautiful. We hope to be lucky enough to return one day.

Beautiful country stay close to Seletstat

Most amazing shower, I actually didn't want to get out! Also very good lighting in the bathroom, not a given. Comfortable beds, and well appointed room. The breakfast was outstanding, lots of local specialities, home made apple juice, fresh strawberries that had just come into season, the most delicious roast hazelnut spread and so on....

The WiFi was terrible, and so was the fixed hairdryer in the bathroom, one of the worst I've come across. Also, the room was a bit noisy at times as one always heard the front door of the building open and close quite distinctively.

A nice country hotel at a great location, but...

I've booked the suite and it turned to be a large room with a "lobby" at the entrance and about 10-12 rather narrow stairs up to the room. Therefore, it is NOT suitable for the elderly or for very young children. The room was spacious and had separate toilet room + a bathing room with a bath-tub. All were clean & tidy and had all the amenities. The location is great, just between Strasbourg and Colmar, near the highway and also quite close to the german border.

The check-in begins only at 16:00 (!) and before that the reception is closed (!!). We arrived earlier without knowing so and then drove on to where we wanted to visit. When we finally got back to the hotel (at about 20:00) we were surprised to find the reception... CLOSED (!!!). It was freezing cold (-8°C) and no one around, so my daughter went to the restaurant only to find the french geezer receptionist drinking & laughing with his friends!!! 😠😡 Well, I was quite mad at him, but the old geezer even did not speak English...🤦‍♂️ Of course he understood that I was angry, but that did not seem to bother him too much!

Superb

In general, very nice stay in a wonderful hotel, very charming, and a nice place to visit christmas alsace villages ! Comfortable rooms and a breakfast that will stay a while in our memories ! (also interesting, a small but sufficent sport room)

Exceptional

It was the best hotel I have ever stayed in my life. The staff was so nice and the room was perfect. The location is not more than 10 minutes to the center of Selestat. The hotel and the room makes you feel like you are in a movie. Thank you Christian for everything!

to follow on the manager only little dogs were accepted total total rubbish I feel this hotel is crap about dogs and se

the bed was uncomfortable, the staircase leading upstairs very steep. the shower door screen did not sit on the bath and flood the bathroom floor. we confirmed in our booking that our curly coated retriever was ok this was confirmed as yes, the restaurant was not happy with this albeit he us house trained and well behaviour at all times Gigi his name has been travelling with me on business for the last five years in France Italy and Belgium and has never been bad or misbehaved, our normal hotel in Mulhouse was fully booked and the time was never treat as we’re at this hotel. on accepting our booking and my request for our dog, we were treat unfairly, the restaurant wasn’t happen with him albeit he sleep under the dinning room table during our meal. the next morning was a step too far I enter the breakfast room and we going to share a table with other guess, I suggested that to the waitress that we should be seated in a separate area as other guest might not want a dog near by PLEASE NOTE THIS WAS MY REQUEST. my wife brought Gigi into the breakfast room and was bared from entry

Mostly good but restaurant not open every day

Beautiful room. Lots of power outlets. Nicely decorated. Nice surrounding grounds. Free parking - easy to use. Nice outdoor pool. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast not included with the price. No elevator. Some sound barrier issues. Advertised restaurant was closed on the one evening we were there - we had hoped to dine in. It was one of the reasons we had booked this place outside the city- was because they had a restaurant.

Very pleasant one night stay

We spent one night in the hotel. Our room was beautiful, clean and quiet. The hotel seems to be newly renovated and the design of the room and the aspect of the entire house is outstanding. Very comfortable bed, clean and nice bathroom. Loved the nespresso machine in the room! The breakfast was excellent. We had dinner in the restaurant! It was a remarkable experience, very tasty dishes cooked with fresh ingredients from the region. Highly recommended! We came by car, the hotel has a large parking place and a lovely garden!

The hotel was top notch and whilst some reviews mentioned the proximity of the main road, the noise caused would not affect your stay

To use the sauna facilities you have to be naked, I would suggest to get more business they re think this rule

disappointing

Rooms were small and basic for the price. No heating on a cold, wet 13C day/night, and when requested all staff said not possible to switch on even just the towel rails to dry clothes. Pool side cabin shut so no access to towel after swim & no staff to ask for one.

Great hotel for a stay in Alsace, with very nice food

Great hotel for a long relaxing weekend. Very nice restaurant, great breakfast, nice pool, good location in the middle of the Alsace

The aircon in our room wasn’t very good, it couldn’t keep us cool at night.
