lovely staff .. check out the shisa bar . pure Egyptian hospitality that makes you feel very welcomed

The best thing is the cheerful staff.. especially reception and front door .

I’ve seen many mini bars across many hotels . This one is way overpriced . For example 5 mini bounty:snickers for 70 dirhams plus is a bit overpriced .. yes the mini bite size ones :).. the balcony has no chairs , and are a bit small but amazing views compensates that

Superbad and never will visit this hotel again

The staff not well trained, after I have spent more than 5k dirhams, and while going out after I have checked out to be surprised by one of the employees calling me to pay 50dhs claimed that I have consumed some nuts...really it was very embarrassing situation for me to look like a thief running to avoid those 50dhs , specially I really don't know about that nuts.... Finally I paid them double amount (100dhs) to express some of my unsatisfactory for this bad situation

the little things matter

One of the best hotel staff I have ever dealt with: helpful, friendly, smiling and not-for-tip service. Clean, decent kids water park, spacious rooms and bathrooms.

The kids' club needed new and better toys and entertainment programs, and the decorations were old and shabby (this was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel). The staff was unprofessional and were busy with their loud phones and many breaks. TV was not smart TV! Breakfast Buffet is basic. We need a better and more modern business centre. The PC was old, and the connection was slow. The chair was uncomfortable, and there was no privacy while using the PC. They can use the telephone cabinets to design a better business centre. We need new pool bench cushions. Better light control in the room. The lights over the TV should have a separate switch since it is a little bit bright; maybe use lower light bulbs. Standard pillows are high and hard. The one thing we hated and would not think about staying in this hotel again is the air perfume they use, especially in the lobby. It had different perfumes and was intense; it was very annoying and made breathing uncomfortable.

Hiç bir şeyi.

Seçme şansımızın olmadığı uçuş saatinden dolayı otele sabah erkem girişi yapmak zorunda kaldık. Odaya almaları biraz zaman aldı, sıkıntı yok. Ama biz zaten oda kahvaltı satın almışız, otele giriş yaptığımız gün kahvaltı dahil değil biliyoruz ama yoldan gelsiniz diyerek bir çay bir poğaçayı çok gören para göz bir oteli tekrar tercih etmem.

Great hotel for car hire, food and drinks for us to enjoy before we carried on to our next location.

Convenient to pick up hire car from Diamond Lease. Plus nice to reminisce in the Underground (I used to live in Dubai many years ago).

Hotel in some places are getting old in places now, and a makeover may be due soon.

هذه المره ربما الخامس عشر التي ازور فيها الفندق الجميل وربما تكون الاخيرة.

اسباب عدم تكراري للزيارة السبب الاول ان الاثاث اصبح متهالك جدا جدا و دورات المياه اصبحت باليه والترقيع لن ينفع معها وبالتالي الفندق قرر يبني برج جديد في المساحة الفندق وبالتالي الايام القادمة سيكون هناك ازعاج وتلوث سمعي و بالجو من اثار الحفر والبناء.

Nice property but needs improvements (especially food and beverage)

The grounds were beautiful The room was lovely as was the view The pool staff nice

-The restaurants on site (Japanese , Italian , grill ) weren’t authentic, very basic and high price for what you get. -No real cafe to buy snacks by the beach or pool . -Breakfast was mayhem, loud , messy and disorganised. - beach was extremely noisy and sadly the sea wasn’t clean and you only have a small strip to swim in . - noise from the room was too loud at night

Hotel všem moc doporučuji, má nadhernou zahradu, pracují tam milý lide, kterí se neustale usmívají a vzdy pomuzou K moři je to kousek, je též možnost hotelového autíčka které vas odveze az na krasnou pláz. Služba u bazenu i bazenový bar je bez chybicky. Nikde se není nutno tísnit jak v okolních hotelech .. vsude dostatek lehátek a velky prostor Děti byla nadsený z taboganu u bazenu Snídaně byla moc dobrá.. Hotel je též vyborně umístěn na začátku promenády JBR

Week away in early April

Spent a week here with my 2 sons at the start or April which coincided with Ramadan and Eid. Whilst the hotel is perhaps not as modern as some of the others it is more than adequate and in a great location to explore JBR, Marina and to get to all the Malls etc. We stayed in a Tower Room which was a good size – we had two twin and an extra bed and was more than enough room. You get complimentary bottles of water daily for all occupants. Stayed Half Board and enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the evening Ramadan Buffett – both of which had plenty of options. We also ate at the underground pub and Pool and both were decent. I used the gym daily and whilst some of the equipment is a bit tired you can certainly get a good workout in. There is building work going on at the hotel but it didn’t really impact us at all. The service is what really makes this hotel and one person stood out – Aayush around the pool was exceptional and nothing was too much for him. He was very diligent and would always be looking at enhancing your stay. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would certainly stay again.

I had to ask 3 times on my first day for the additional bed to be placed in my room

Fantastic

I really enjoyed the club lounge. The balcony views were great and breakfast and snacks during happy hour was incredible. The service in the lounge was outstanding Would highly recommend a club lounge room for privacy.
