Un soggiorno indimenticabile in un albergo di classe

Colazione abbondante e di qualità, personale più che gentile. La vista verso il lago è splendida.

Una sciocchezza, ma il bidet, nel bagno, è al lato opposto del water.

Trotz des schlechten Wetters haben wir eine tolle Zeit verbracht

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal im Service beim Frühstück auch

Fie Sprachkenntnisse des Personals an der Reception war schlecht. Deutsch und Englisch schwierig.

Un struttura di antica storia ammodernata e ricca di servizi , bella spa

Frigo bar vuoto , prodotti della colazione non molto genuini , spazio attorno alla piscina un po’ piccolo , ci vorrebbe qualche comfort in più nelle camere.

Super poměr kvalita cena. Doporučuji

Super snídaně, pestré. Wellness v ceně, bazén na plavání. Všude čisto. Garáž na kola a motorky se servisním vybavením. Krásné okolí.

Občas slyšet hluk od silnice, ale nic hrozného.

Het was helemaal top, heerlijk genoten!

Erg mooi en vooral schoon hotel. Goed bed en ontbijt is niet te beschrijven zo goed en lekker als dat was!! Aardig en zeer behulpzaam personeel. We gaan zeker nog eens terugkomen.

Het was druk in de relaxruimte, vooral op regenachtige dagen.

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut!

Großes Zimmer mit schönem Bad, super Frühstück, beheizter Außenpool, alles sehr sauber, einfache Buchung und sehr freundliches Personal. Gratis Parkplatz und Lademöglichkeit für E-Auto! Ruhige, zentrale Lage.

Sehr schönes Hotel in Top Lage

Das sehr schöne Hotel hat eine Top Lage. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Aufzug vorhanden. Die Tiefgarage für unsere Motorräder war kostenfrei. Der Pool und Spa Bereich war richtig schön und alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war einfach der Hammer. So grosse Auswahl dass man nicht wusste was man zuerst essen möchte. Großes Lob! Auch an die freundlichen Mitarbeiter, sehr bemüht und immer freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

In unserem Zimmer war im Bad die Toilette zu nah an der Wand installiert, dass man mit dem linken Arm an den Papierhalter stieß. Etwas unglücklich, das sollte anders gemacht werden.

Im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden.

Sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Es wurde sogar Sekt zum Frühstück angeboten. Das benutzte Geschirr wurde sehr schnell abgeräumt, sodass immer ein sauberer Tisch für das weitere Frühstücken vorhanden war.

Leider bietet das Hotel kein Restaurant zum Abendessen an. Nur eine Snackbar mit diversen kleineren Gerichten. Was für ein so großes und eigentlich tolles Hotel verwundern lässt, sind die Übersetzungen vom Italienischen ins Deutsche, vor allem bei der "Schwimmbadordnung" oder in der digitalen Menükarte. Hier müsste doch eine einmalige professionelle Übersetzung möglich sein, ohne dass irgend ein Übersetzungsprogramm verwendet wird.

First class experience - will definitely be back!

Overall an excellent hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities, including spa and swimming pool, fantastic mountain views from both. Great breakfast with a good selection of choices truly setting you up for the day. Hotel set in a great location, a 10 minute walk from the town centre, where a good number of restaurants can be found. Direct access to local walks and cycle routes from the hotel, only a short walk from the lakes.

amazing breakfast, high quality swimming pool with underwater music, great location in calm montanious village, all the staff friendly and helpful, large car park, nice, spacious & well designed interior lobby.

additional €2 charge for bottle of water in the room, the room door not soundproof.

The staff was very considerate and did their best to compensate for the partly outdated facilities. The staff was very nice.

There was a general fee for the electric vehicle charging that was far too high. I've decided not to charge at the hotel. The staff obviously knows about this and provides information on alternatives.

awesome Spa facilities, great location, awesome view, very nice staff, parking spot was great too.

does not have a restaurant, however, the breakfast service was awesome. wellness towel should be changed regular as they are not dry during the night
