MALAGA zum Marathon und zur Weihnachtszeit

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Meer - und Hafenblick vom Balkon unseres Zimmers. Die Weihnachtsdekoration war sehr schön im Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zeigte uns auf sehr angenehme Weise dass es uns Wiedererkennt. Das schafft eine sehr gute Atmosphäre

Magnífica no se lo pierdan

El hotel es bellísimo muy moderno muy limpio El personal tiene un trato exquisito en recepción en cafetería como así también las chicas que hacen las habitaciones Te acompañan con las valijas te abren la puerta cuando entras y cuando salís debería ser de 5 estrellas

No hay nada que pueda decir malo todo es excelente

I enjoyed staying in the hotel and would definitely recommend it everyone!

Location is just perfect, rooftop terrace, the room had everything I needed. Loved the coffee machine and the balcony view. Very nice bathroom

El personal del hotel se ha mostrado en todo momento muy agradable y atento. Buen libro guía.

Personal muy amable, simpático y con muchas ganas de ayudar y agradar. Magnífica ubicación. Libro guía de Málaga "Málaga esencia" ,q se encontraba en mesilla de habitación, muy didáctico, buen contenido , esquemas históricos bien hechos... Gran detalle palmeras y rincón del Orgullo en recepción. Una apuesta por la diversidad y la tolerancia q se agradece.

Hotel céntrico para disfrutar de Málaga en toda su extensión

La habitación es muy confortable. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y lo resolvieron. La terraza le da un plus a la habitación, aunque casi no tuvimos tiempo de usarla. La piscina superior es magnífica si tienes tiempo para disfrutarla, y el gimnasio también. La ubicación no puede ser mejor, andando a todas partes.

Estuvimos muy a gusto, nada destacable.

Schöner könnte ein Kurzurlaub nicht sein

Das elegante Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, angrenzend an die Altstadt und in wenigen Schritten erreicht man das Hafen-Areal. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon im 9. Stock mit herrlicher Sicht auf den Hafen (Meersicht). Das Restaurant sowie die bediente Terrasse mit kleinem Pool sind in der obersten Etage - beides absolut empfehlenswert (sehr gute Küche und super Rundblick über Stadt und Hafen). Leider habe ich den Frühstücksraum nicht benützt, aber die Einrichtung sah vielversprechend aus. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Gepäck wurde direkt vom Taxi entgegengenommen.

Sprachbarrieren mieses Englisch, Autolärm, defekte Klimaanlage, hoher Preis -eine herbe Enttäuschung

Trotz der zentralen Lage des 4-Sterne-Hotels, die es einfach machte, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen, war der Verkehrslärm äußerst störend. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer entsprach den Erwartungen an ein Hotel dieser Kategorie, jedoch war sie nicht makellos.

Das 4-Sterne-Hotel war eine herbe Enttäuschung. Trotz des hohen Preises war der Aufenthalt unangenehm aufgrund des sehr harten und unbequemen Bettes. Die Sprachbarrieren und das unzureichende Englisch der Mitarbeiter, die keinerlei Deutsch sprachen, erschwerten die Kommunikation erheblich. Zudem war der Verkehrslärm unerträglich und die Klimaanlage funktionierte trotz der hohen Außentemperaturen nicht. Definitiv kein Ort, den ich jemals wieder besuchen würde.

Great location, hotel services need a bit of dusting-off to live up to the location.

The view was breathtaking.Room was comfortable and cozy. The breafkast was okay. choice was quite limited. The wait time before checkin was very long. Our room was ready but all personnel was dealing with a customer for a long time. We didn't even have a chair to sit during the 30+ minutes of waiting. This impacted our first impression of the hotel.

Air conditioning was not working. 4 nights without proper sleep due to the heat in the room at night. Despite complaining we received no resolution. Staff offered a NOISY fan as a solution. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Kurzaufenthalt.

Perfekte Lage zu Altstadt, Restaurants und Hafen. Die tolle Aussicht aus dem 10. Stock. Die Roof-Top Bar/Restaurant. Der frisch geschnittene Schinken zum Frühstück. Das Welcome-Brioche Herz am Zimmer - es sollte allerdings viel kleiner sein!

Das Frühstück ist hat Verbesserungspotential. zB: Auswahl an Marmeladen und frisch gepressten Säften, Auswahl an Brot und Gebäck. Stühle im Frühstücksraum sind teilweise zu niedrig - nicht komfortabel.

Amazing experience.

Great location and service, steps from cathedral and port

The location is great-- adjacent to the port and the cathedral. Shops and restaurants right outside, as well as a nice park area for walking and a playground. Beds were comfortable, view was amazing (but below the fourth floor, I think the view would be just trees, not the water). The rooftop restaurant and bar looked nice. The pool was very busy. It was refreshing but small, but there is a free towel service poolside. Service was attentive and top-notch. The view of the cathedral and the sunset from the rooftop was almost worth the price alone.

There was a bit of a funky smell from the bathroom drains (not that uncommon in my experience in Spain, but a little surprising given the price of the room). This is nitpicky, but the pool could use a little updating. There isn't any tile around the inside of it, just paint, and the paint is peeling.
