Hotel a tener en cuenta si se visita Santiago.

El Hotel es perfecto para una visita a Santiago. Sus vistas son excelentes al igual que el cuidado de los exteriores. El servicio que pone a disposición de los clientes el Hotel para ir al centro es genial. El menú calidad-precio perfecto. Para repetir sin duda.

Magnifica!!!!

Un sitio fabuloso ,tranquilo, limpio la comida sensacional,los camareros de comedor una gente, encantadora, Elvis, Angel, Enrique Cruz… muy recomendable!!!!! Sin duda para repetir.

O hotel é excelente. Tem todos os serviços disponíveis e é um espaço calmo e tranquilo. O pequeno almoço é excelente e tem ainda disponível serviço de restaurante disponível. A piscina é um excelente espaço para relaxar. Apesar de ficar um pouco afastado da Santiago disponível serviço de transfer o que facilita a chegada à cidade com toda a comodidade. O staff é acessível e muito simpático.

La ubicación bien, tienes que coger algún medio de transporte para llegar al centro pero el entorno es excelente. Desayuno bueno y amabilidad del personal.

Net buiten de drukke stad, makkelijk bereikbaar naast de snelweg (waar je niks van hoorde binnen), de shuttlebus die je naar het centrum bracht. Het eten in Lobby. De heerlijke ruime kamer.

Het eten in het restaurant viel tegen.

Molt complert el esmorçar. Bones instalacions per gaudir de la piscina. Fácil acces malgrat estar apartat de Santiago.

Excellent Room and Location, fantastic views and staff

The room is excellent for that price, also the location and views. Fantastic Gardens. Also the free transport to town and proximity to the airport make much easier the stay. Ideal for couples, highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel, amazing pool and lovely villa.

Breakfast excellent, staff very good, but it felt stretched - they were all exceedingly busy. That didn't effect their service but I think more staff would help! Lovely accomodation and excellent facilities.

I think that the information about the villas is not clear. I was unsure of what exactly I had booked and the photos were not clear. An outside photo of the front and a description of it being over two floors with an integrated garage would have been better. Coffee and tea in the room would have been good too.

We left early

Most of the staff were good and friendly. The reception staff were uninterested when I had an accident in the lift due to the fift malfunctioning.

There was no provision for a wheelchair which meant my ability to appreciate the hotel was very limited.The lift was old and it was very scary when the door shut on my leg. If it happened to a child it would be very serious.

I highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was just fab, lots of everything. Staff very helpful, particularly in the bar. We were able to get food late in evening.

"Villa" accomodation , bedroom, a separate sitting room with sunny conservatory and with its own private parking space. Magnificent grounds and views. Good hotel restaurant for dinner.Good buffet breakfast.

A first class hotel within easy reach of the airport and motorway hotel exceeded expectations

Short drive from airport car hire and easy to find. Helpful late check in service. Great location with views down to the city. East access to the motorway . Greta dining/beakfast room with extensive views.

The 2nd night a very noisy family was next to our room or on top; there was banging and music until 3:00 am. The staff on call was informed about the noise around midnight but. nothing got resolved. Neither the family got moved nor we were offered a quieter place. This was not acceptable. other than that the hotel was superb
