Standard look and feel Marriott chain hotel.

Overall a regular bland Marriott with a negative twist.

Apparently, in Spain, 4-star hotels do not provide valet services/assistance. I am one of those that carries my own bags always. However, this was a family vacation with a 6-year old and a pregnant wife. We had four heavy suitcases. Imagine my surprise, when after the taxi driver unloaded them, and I went it to ask for help, the gentlemen at the reception desk cheerfully (!) informed me that in Spain, 4-start hotel do not provide valet services to their guests, and therefore, I can enjoy myself handling the luggage all on my own after a 20-hour journey from Asia. Funnily, having a valet's help loading and unloading luggage was my primary reason for not getting a better value-for-money AirBnB. Hope this is helpful for someone in a similar situation.

The staff was very rood no one to pick your luggage and the AC at room was not working and they change the room for me three times but still the AC was too hot then I left the hotel and book another one please believe me it’s not worth any star

More than met expectations

Excellet Hotel, furniture looks new, incredible views of this rooom, near to Madrid. Surroundings with lots of trees, near Pozuelo, where there is a street full of shops and restaurants, very easy to access and park.

Superb

Already third time in the Hotel, fully recommended if you do not mind to be in the outskirts of MADRID. Great rooms and excellent beds. Very quiet and very good breakfast.

By car is OK, not very handy if using Public Transport, but not Hotel fault.

didn’t meet my expectations at all.

modern and clean.

Room service was absolutely unacceptable! soooo bad! doesn’t even deserve to be called room service. food arrived in a paper bag!!! pizzas for the kids were small, tasted bad, and looked like they came straight from the supermarket! it came in a “pizza box”. my fish also came in a “prepared food” container! veggies looked like it came straight from a can. Horrible! no salt or pepper. one set of cutlery that was disposable like the rest of the stuff. Beyond disappointed that a Marriott hotel would choose such a vendor to have room service! totally overpriced as well. No slippers or robe in the room. only electric socket on one side of the bed.

staff was friendly and the room was nice

The property was very elegant and modern.

The tv channels were basic, bar and restaurant are open in the weekends and the breakfast foods were over cooked.

Food was great, position good, Reebok sports club across the road was superb, the hotel can arrange a day pass for a fee.

The property is very clean, very stylish, very convenient and has lovely staff. Great breakfast!

The restaurant was closed in the weekend, but this might be due to covid.
