Très bel hôtel

Hotel parfait correspondant en tout point à ce que l’on attend d’un 5 ***** Chambre à baldaquin très belle La gentillesse du personnel qui nous a permis de changer de chambre (chambre plus lumineuse)

La facturation même modeste de 2 bouteilles d’eau (2€x2) après un séjour de 2 nuits

Overnight in the Palace

Everything was good thanks to the care of the hotel staff! The parking lot directions were given by the e-mail in advance due to fully occupied lot next to the hotel, and the public paid parking was very close, and with a lot of parking slots. We had booked the standard room, but once in, my wife's very sensitive sense of smell had been disturbed by unknown moldy odor in the room, thus I asked the reception to change it if possible. As a matter of compensation for the unpleasant experience, we were given the Junior Suit, which was huge for our expectations, and also equipped with bathrobes and slippers, which were not available in the standard room. The dining in the hotel's restaurant was brilliant. Mr. Roberto, who was bartender in the lobby bar, and the waiter in the restaurant at the same time, had been treating us with all his heartwarming smile thus making us feel very welcomed. After enjoying the glass of the complimentary wine from the house winery (which I rated 3.9 at Vivino), we had lovely meals, but could not settle for desert. Check out was super-quick, and we left the hotel satisfied by our selection for one-night stay.

The first room mentioned above had strange odor, which we could not identify. The staff was very king to reassign us another room with free upgrade.

Great stay, I will be back.

An amazing hotel located in the centre of Toledo, beautiful interior with art deco foyer and welcoming reception. The rooms were amazing, comfortable and clean. The Staff at reception were polite, helpful and took care of all we needed.

The only issue I had was that I did not have the time to stay more at this hotel.

loved the location, the room (though would have liked to upgrade but the larger room was too warm to transfer to)

would have loved to see the underground bath which the hotel was famous for.

Upmarket, well located and at a reasonable price

Location was great. It was a very elegant hotel with a very nice breakfast. Staff were great, especially with organizing taxis to Puy du Fou and back.

6 night stay with family

The accommodation is well appointed, really nice style. The location is very central and close to the cathedral and central area. We felt breakfast was too expensive at € 25 per person, we took breakfast once and it was fine, but we still feel € 25 is too much.

We didn't have dinner because the dining room was not open in the evenings during our stay. The bar food menu had a lot of seafood dishes wasn't suitable a suitable option for our group. Often there was no staff at the bar for service.

Lovely hotel, perfect location!

The location is perfect for the old town with beautiful views. It's in a lovely old convent that has been done up into a clean new hotel.

The only downsides were that we didn't realise we were going to be charged a daily rate for the garage and the car park lifts weren't working so we had to carry two heavy bags down several flights of stairs. Also the "swimming pool" that it suggests is in the gym area, doesn't exist. Apart from that, it's a great hotel.

perfect for a visit to Toledo

the hotel was delightful and the bar and breakfast area very comfortable. both my husband and I had massages and the two masseurs (both called Elena) were superb. in fact so good that I had two massages
