Second time we have stayed for a one night stay. Would stay again.

Staff were very personable. Just a nice experience staying at The Neptune.

Allocated a a double at check-in when we had ordered a twin. Quickly sorted though.

Horrible rooms

Room was awfful been decorated since the 1980s cheap flooring with paper thin walls where you can literally hear next doors conversations. They plonked a fridge in the corner On the floor which is tuned my toe on going the toilet every night.. Bed and covers smelt funny towels were like a bit white cardboard and to top it off the key card only works with the door once so you have to go up 3 flight of stairs up and down every time I want to get In the room because the card only works once!!!! It wasn’t just my room as my friend was on floor talking below and he had to do the same. Better hotels down the road avoid this place.

Väldigt nöjd, lugnt läge fast en gata var precis utanför hotellet, det var inte riktigt semester än.

Helt OK frukost, fanns det man önskade sig, ev. avsaknad av grönsaks pålägg, gurka tomat. Mycket nära till en fin ren strand. Rena o fräscha ytter områden gång promenader. Trevlig veranda på framsidan till hotellet med bekväma utemöbler, fanns även tillgång till bar

Saknade en pall eller liknande att lägga upp resväskan på, blev en stol men då rasade väskan ner på golvet ngn gång.

A hidden gem set by a very special location.

It’s all about the team who run this hotel. There positive attitude in ensuring that as their guest you get the best possible experience. Having the beach on your doorstep with easy access. The numerous bars restaurants surrounding the hotel. The relaxing pace at which everything works and that nothing was ever too much trouble thru out my stay. The interaction with other hotel guests. We all agreed that this hotel is special.

Mainly not the hotel's fault, but we won't be re-visiting this town.

Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! Breakfast was above average, served by lovely staff. Location right on the beach as advertised. Rooms very basic, got exactly what we expected, as advertised.

No parking, despite me sending a request for same. And parking in the town is a nightmare. The hotel failed to answer but did lead me to believe they had a space for me. Played a big game of car chess every time I had to use the car, complete (and stressful) waste of holiday time.

Excellent location to the beach restaurant and bars. Our room was clean n spacious. We would have liked tea making facilities in the room, though.. N, it's only one socket really low down on the floor, which was a bit of a nuisance with bending to plug my phones in with a very bad back. Apart from that it OK

It was very very noisy at the back of the hotel. Didn't get much sleep for the weekend

This is our second stay and we will be returning as always enjoyable.

Breakfast pretty good but maybe could do with a little egg choice, boiled or poached? Location is great as only a few metres from the beach, lovely restaurants & bars nearby and balcony overlooks the sea. Bed pretty comfy but walls thin so you can hear next door talking and moving furniture.

The location is fantastic, with basically a private beach, the view splendid, the breakfast really nice and copious. There is an excellent Indian take away next door and bars and restaurants in walking distance.

Great location in a clean and comfortable hotel

Great location and room with a sea view. The room is basic but clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good choice of buffet breakfast.

There was only one plug point in the room which meant choosing between refrigerator to keep water cool, televisions or charging mobile devices.

The location

The breakfast was very poor - the ham and tomato salad tasted as if they were off. The fruit was of very poor quality - much of it was either bruised or had several fruit flies feasting on it. Not at all appealing.

The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was fine with both hot and cold options available. The location was excellent and the rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

Parking in and close to the hotel was difficult at times.
