Great view of the island. Breakfast includes only 1 dish per person, but it’s well served and really great.
Accommodation could be renew, but didn’t compromised the stay

I imagine the bar and restaurant area is nice if it had been in use
Awful experience from start to finish. When I arrived, I was given the paperwork for another guest and the rude staff demanded that I owed them money for the room, despite me showing them evidence that I had already paid via booking.com. I was shown down to my room, which was substandard to say the least: it wasn’t very clean and the bed was creaky. The view was OK, but to the left of the balcony was a building site. Now, here comes the best bit…the entire hotel was booked out for a wedding reception, and I wasn’t given any prior notice of this, despite the communal areas being completely taken over by the wedding party. Due to all the rooms being below reception, all I could hear from my room was the unbearable sound of high heels on the tiled flooring above. I went to complain and asked to move to a different room, and they showed me the room NEXT TO where I already was, which, for obvious reasons, wasn’t an option! I was told that the wedding would be finished by 9pm, but the hotel is a very steep unlit trek from the main restaurants in the town, so it wouldn’t be feasible for me to walk this on my own after dark in order to go out for dinner. I ended up finding alternative accommodation much closer to town (and cheaper and much nicer), and I did receive a full refund - and a backhanded apology.
Rude staff, average location, average views and not good value for money. I would not recommend.

The location was perfect.Incredible view.
The room was very comfortable for two adults and two kids.
The staff very friendly.
Parking was available in front of the hotel.

Sehr nette Empfangsdame.

Everything was perfect: the staff , the room but the view from the restaurant was definitely number 1 :-) ...we really enjoyed every moment of being there :-)
Unfortunetely next to our balcony there is a restaurant and sometimes we could smell the smoke coming from its chimney... :-(

Location.
The location and interior design of the hotel was good. On the first day of our honeymoon holiday, they told us that our sea view room, which we had booked months before we arrived at the hotel, was given to someone else, that their rooms on the ground floor were available, and that we could cancel the reservation if you wanted. As the reason for this, they stated that there was a systemic problem because the name of the people who will stay in our reservation was updated. The behavior of the attendant was very rude and negative. It was very arrogant to say to us that you can cancel it if you want, after 5 hours of travel. They asked us to charge a sea view room price for a room without a view. As a result of our persuasion, they agreed to give a discount. Since it was my wife's birthday, I requested decorations and a cake for our room. They charged 100 euros for this decoration and cake. I said that we were suffering and that this fee was very high and we were not informed beforehand. This fee was more than the price of our room. They both gave us a room without a view and made no effort to relieve our grievances. The attendant Tijana was very aggressive and rude. She threw the payment slip in our face, she. The first day of our Montenegro holiday unfortunately started badly because of this hotel. Finaly we paid sea view room price and left the hoteI. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT USE IT AGAIN.

The best thing about the Hotel is the amazing view of Sveti Stefan that you can get from the restaurant terrace.
Easy parking.
Good breakfast
Hotel in need of urgent refurbishment. Old bathrooms in need of work.
Competent but unfriendly staff.
Less good value for money.

We had a room with an amazing view of the Sveti Stefan island. The room was worth the price just for that. The balcony had 2 comfortable chairs from which to watch the sunset. We had not expected the room to be so nicely decorated or to have a seating area with lots of space. The shower was good, as was the size of the fridge. Breakfast was good. except for the coffee. We enjoyed the Montenegrin food. The breakfast room has some lovely views too. The local bus stops, in both directions, are just outside the hotel, which was very convenient.
The public areas of the hotel are a little faded in places, but overall, great location and very comfortable.

Close to the beach. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. There is a restaurant on site with the amazing views on Sveti Stefan.
When you book a room, be aware that not all the rooms have a view on the island. Most actually don’t! When I booked I believed I had a room with a view, but the room had no view and the balcony was overlooking a house in front with a very loud ventilation system. The noise made it imposible to sit on the balcony.
Breakfast is very average. Coffee is awful.

Big room with beautiful views. Nice breakfast.
The food in the canteen is a little bit expensive. The facilities are rather old, especially the hot water, there is not enough hot water in the shower.

Superb views, friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast was fantastic. Restaurant has amazing views and great food. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Balcony had a direct view of Sveti Stefan.
Facilities in the room were little bit outdated and bathroom was small somehow crowded and shower door was broken.

Gorgeous view of the bay and St Stephen's . Large private balcony with comfy chairs from which we watched an incredible sunset. Spacious , tastefully decorated room. Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Lovely views from the breakfast table. Polite, helpful staff. Proximity to beach and good private parking. We thought this hotel beautiful, would recommend it, and hope to stay there again.
It was all perfect. There are a lot of comments about the steps to the beach but we did not find them a problem ( we are 60), although clearly this needs considering for anyone with mobility issues .

fantastic view and location
the building it’s very old and not renewed, our shower was clogged and the phone in the room was not working. we informed the reception, they were not surprised. the cleaning lady came, but didn’t solve the problem (she was very kind as everyone in the staff), no discount or excuse was offered.

the location was excellent
The breakfast was not up to standard, Omelet and Eggs are served cold. I guess they tried to prepare well in advance but it would have been better to have a live section for Eggs/Omelet

Good location, staff were very friendly and the room was a great size. The restaurant was nice with a great outlook.
The room stunk of cigarettes which was a real shame. I was also burnt by the faucet in the shower which was boiling hot despite the water temperature being only warm.
