Bra Hotel på Kungsholmen

Rummet var fint och sängen bekväm. Tyckte läget var bra vid parken. Inbjöd till fina promenader.

Det enda negativa var att de hade svårt att få till varmt te. De behöver få till en lösning som alltid ger varmt te. .

Chyběly župany a pantofle, ačkoliv byly inzerovaný v nabídce ubytování, ve 4* by měly být standard. Obvykle za uvedenou cenu bývá zde v ceně snídaně, tentokráte pouze za velký doplatek

staff helpful, bathroom for physical challanged people.

room with no way to communicate with reception (no phone), door key would not open several times and needed to be reactivated. room light was not good, the cupboard door was broken, the toilet was not cleaned well and the bathtub is too high. arrived at 8 pm tired and room was not clean had to be moved to another room.

Att det inte fanns tillräcklig med speglar, skulle vara perfekt ifall man kunde ha någon slags spegel vid bordet och inte bara i toaletten men annars var allting perfekt

Nichts zu beanstanden, alles gut :-)

Für uns das ideale Hotel um Stockholm zu erkunden. Zu Fuss erreicht man das Zentrum in ca. 2,5 Km, für den Rest nutzten wir Ubertaxi. Zimmer und Bad war geräumig, sauber und leise. Besonders zu erwähnen war das bequeme Bett, wir haben sehr gut geschafen. Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal nett, ... wir haben nichts zu beanstanden:-)

The location was good, not in the centre of the city though the metro is a short walk to the hotel. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good.

ブッフェの朝食は美味しくて種類も多く満足できました。事前にメールでいろいろ聞きましたが丁寧に返信をしてくださったので、安心して日本を出発しました。

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ruime kamer en goede badkamer (met comfortabele vloerverwarming). Goed ontbijt. Parkeren ondergronds. Goede locatie voor bus en subway.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut.Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr sehr hilfsbereit...auch unser Hund ,(Golden Retriever) wurde zuvorkommend und freundlich empfangen.Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt....prima Lage direkt neben einem großen Park. Alles war rundum Perfekt. Vielen Dank an das freundliche Personal inklusive den Reinigungsdamen.

Excellent Hotel, large rooms and very good soundproofing

Very spacious and comfortable room. Beds were very good. Soundproofing worked very well. Facilities in the room all in working order. Good selection of channels on TV.

The housekeeping staff started knocking at our room door at 8.15am on the morning we were leaving to clean the room. This did not feel very welcoming as it was as of we were being rushed to get out of the room.

Jederzeit gerne wieder, Anbindung von der UBahn Fridhelmsplan war perfekt,

Premium Zimmer im 9 Stock mit sehr schöner Aussicht zum Park, ruhiges Zimmer leider nur eine durchgängige Matratze für 2 - gewöhnungsbedürftig, keine Fenster zum öffnen dafür Klimaanlage, wir sind zu Fuß zum Stadthuis gemütlich in 35 Min. gelaufen, zur Fridehlemsplan UBahn ca 8 Minuten.

insgesamt sehr schönes Hotel, gutes Essen per Karte, gemütliche gute Bar, ausreichendes Frühstück sehr zu empfehlen, nettes Empfangspersonal -leider nicht deutschsprachig, ab und an riecht es im Aufzug nach Fisch ???

Comfortable place to stay, but breakfast desperately needs improvement

Comfortable room with clean bathroom and thick pillows (finally!!) We slept very well. Decor of the lobby is also beautiful, particularly the modern fireplace. Polite receptionists.

Breakfast did not taste good and there was limited variety, there were also quite a few flies zooming around the food which was off-putting. Toilets in the lobby were not clean. We were also put in a room on the third floor that was right next to the pavement and roads, that did not feel safe for two female travellers.

Een mooi hotel in een prachtige stad

Een prima hotel, mooie, stille kamer, behoorlijk meubilair (opbergkasten en lekkere stoel), goed ingerichte badkamer, twee leeslampjes. Ontbijtbuffet was heel goed. Uitzicht op een park met veel bomen. Het park grenst aan de zee, met een mooi uitzicht naar het volgende eiland, en vlakbij het hotel een erg leuk Jeux de Boules-cafe.

Wat ik jammer vind is dat er geen raam open kon, al werd dat gecompenseerd door een goede airco en luchtverversing. Een beetje lastig voor treinreizigers is de afstand naar het station van Stockholm. Het hotel ligt buiten het centrum, zo'n 20 minuten met de frequent rijdende bus.

Stort, fräscht och dyrt.

Härlig stor lobby med brasa. Snygg inredning och stora sköna sängar. Trevlig personal i restaurangen och lugn grön uteservering.

I rummet intill hade de fest och gäster varje kväll., som var högljudda och hördes både i vårt rum och korridoren. Vi sa till receptionen om det efter andra natten och bad att de skulle byta rum på dem eller oss inför sista natten. Inget gjordes och de hade fest igen, vi kontaktade då receptionen som ordnade ett annat rum åt oss. Vi behövde alltså klä på oss och byta rum sent på kvällen. Det hade varit trevligt att erbjudas en slags kompensation eller liknande, tex frukost. När man betlar drygt 2000kr/natt och läget inte är jättecentralt förväntar man sig lite mer.

Δε θα επέλεγα ξανά, αυτο το κατάλυμα.

Εξαιρετικό πρωινό. Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό. Άνετα δωμάτια και κρεβάτια. Προσεγμένη καθαριότητα.

Οι παροχές στα δωμάτια. No amenities, no slippers, no wardrobes. No room service. Νο mini bar. Ανύπαρκτο «welcome». Ούτε ένα μπουκάλι νερό! Αναμονή μιας ώρας - ίσως και περισσότερο όταν φτάσαμε- προκειμένου να μας δώσουν πρόσβαση στο δωμάτιο. Καμμία παροχή βοήθειας, με τις αποσκευές. Είχαμε από την αρχή ζητήσει ένα ήσυχο δωμάτιο. Αντί αυτου, μας έδωσαν ένα, στο οποίο υπήρχε ένας ΔΙΑΡΚΗΣ έντονος και παρα πολύ ενοχλητικός ήχος χτυπήματος, ο οποίος μας είπαν ότι είναι από τις σωληνώσεις. Μέρα-νύχτα! Όταν διαμαρτυρηθήκαμε την πρώτη φορα, είπαν θα το φροντίσει η «συντήρηση». Φυσικά τίποτα δεν άλλαξε και τους ενοχλούμε με το θέμα ξανά, μετά από δυο μέρες. Μας διαβεβαιώνει η reception ότι θα μας μεταφέρουν κάπου πιο ψηλά, για να μη μας ενοχλεί το χτύπημα από τις σωληνώσεις. Και πάλι δεν κάνουν καμμία ενέργεια, κι όταν παραπονεθήκαμε για τρίτη και τελευταία φορά πια, μας είπαν ότι δεν υπάρχει διαθεσιμότητα τελικά και θα μας μετακινήσουν… όπου βρουν. Όταν τελικά το αποφάσισαν, είχε φτάσει και η μέρα της αναχώρησης μας κι έτσι δεν είχε νόημα. Σημειωτέον… μείναμε στο ξενοδοχείο για 10 μέρες, όχι λιγότερο. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ. Δε θα ξαναπηγαίναμε ΠΟΤΕ, σε αυτο το ξενοδοχείο. Κακή εμπειρία.

Locatia,pozitia langa parc si destul de aproape de statia de metrou(Fridhemsplan-550 m),personalul foarte prietenos ,micul dejun bogat pe gustul tuturor!

Faptul ca nu s-a schimbat lenjeria decat in a 6 a zi,nu au existat papuci asa cum te-ai fi asteptat la un hotel de aceasta categorie!
