Its clean and nice and amazing place.
Property is great wish they knew English language to speak better.

La ubicación, la atención del personal, las instalaciones. Todo muy bien!

Staff went above and beyond providing wheelchair comfort for my elderly mother's use during her entire 3 days stay. Overall a very hopitable experience.
Hotel staff should be firm at implementing in-house guests public behaviour. Noise level and age limit should be controlled at the fitness centre and pool area.

Everything has been a wonderful experience. I first thought that the room was a little expensive but in a very few hours, I felt that was perfect. I never regretted to come to your hotel and I am sure that I will come back again.
The only remark I'd like to make is this: in room #3601 I could hear discussions and many voices after midnight. Loud enough to wake me up around 1:30am to 3am. People were having loud conversations. It happened almost every night.

It's nice

Many staff were pleasant amd exceeded expectations.
Many staff were trainees and did not speak or understand English. When paying over AUD 500.00 per night I was not expecting any trainee staff.

Everything is fantastic!
The perfume diffuser in the air just like coming back home.
All the staff are gentle and kind, feel very warm welcome.
None.

Staffs are amazingly helpful and nice. Beautiful hotel.

The on the spot machine-extracted orange juice is probably the best. Cooking station for congee is very much appreciated too, and the wanton noodles station.
Staff was too presumptuous when I wanted to check out and check on my pre-booked car ride to the airport, resulting in a longer wait to be served. Checking out process was also delayed cos of my exceeded-limit corporate credit card which the staff was unable to help reverse and I had to use my personal card for settlement. Not entirely staff’s fault but whole process could have been less frustrating.

Great pool with good steam room and gym. Good breakfast. Very comfortable and luxurious room. Churchill Bar is stylish and absolutrly unique as a hotel bar. Will come back for the bar.

I asked them to decorate the room and they went above and beyond. My Partner was blown away with the effort they had made. They also provided a customized cake on arrival which was a great addition
Swimming pool was a little dated and need areas of repair, but still a nice location and peaceful to swim in.

The staff barely speaks English. Very difficult to communicate anything and was very slow overall. Expecting more from a 5 star hotel.

Great Hotel, well managed with very super friendly and helpful staff. Great gym. Top tip: join the lunch buffet. Not easy as the breakfast is already great and fills you for hours.
Not a brand new building, but still well maintained

The location was excellent in CBD area. Walking distance to the main square, the museum, the Canton Tower and Pearl river. The breakfast had a good spread but the sausages offered were not very good. There was a lovely selection of baked goods as well as local Cantonese breakfast items
The concierge didn't have a weighing machine at the lobby downstairs and I waited over 15mins for the staff to look for one but I couldn't wait longer as it made me late for my flight. I just wanted to know the weight of my bag before heading to the airport.
Also the staff could not help me look up my membership number and when I wanted to set up a new account they couldn't do it since my email was already registered in the system. The front desk promised to email me once they find out my membership number but I still haven't heard anything from them.

Make no mistake, this is not Ritz. This is some absolute joke. The breakfast is awful, the staff know English like 5 year olds. The air conditioning is always at very cold and you cannot stop it. They even didn't clean the room for the last two days!!

My family was very happy with our stay and impressed by all the little extras the hotel provided for guests at Christmas. The room was spotless and luxurious, the facilities were well maintained, the lounge area absolutely stunning. The Christmas display was fantastic and all staff were polite.
We were very grateful for a chocolate cake waiting for us in the room, which hotel provided as an anniversary gift.
Breakfast was very good but both the decoration of the buffet room and the choice seemed a tad below Ritz standard. Plenty of Chinese options but some Western options, though tasty, were quite limited in terms of choice e.g. the cold cuts, cheeses and bread sections.I would have expected a higher quality of hams and cheeses but that's just me being picky.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Excellent, consistent service - really seeking to do all they could to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We loved the breakfast - a great variety and we even enjoyed some home-made ice cream from their Spanish chef at 9 am! We spent a good amount of time at the pool as well - great views of the skyscrapers as you swim. Excellent housekeeping service coming twice per day.

Awesome breakfast. Excellent location. Friendly staff.

We stayed at the Ritz-Carlton because of the recommendation of a friend. He was totally right. It is located just a few steps from the Guangzhou Opera House in a very well served area. The room was formidable, with a view to the river and the Guangzhou Tower. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I definitely recommend it.

Clean and beautiful rooms. Good swimming pool .
Bad breakfast . Chinese food only

Double aspect view of Canton Tower and the IFC building really was exceptional
nothing to improve on this visit

The staff are the best in the business.
Nothing. Everything was perfect

Some of the staff on the club floor such as Juno and maybe Corrie (I hope that's the right name) provided 5* level service. Juno knows how to engage customers of any age or backgrounds--whenever he was on the floor, everything was timely done and arranged.
Baby crib offered was below standard. The room was a bit overwhelmed with furniture that was not supposed to be there.

staff were super ! also available making you comfortable and ready to help
breakfast was not to my expectations. Maybe due to the actual situation with less foreigners travelling, the foods is targeting our Chinese nations.

The best part of the whole stay was the interaction I had with all the staff, including front desk, concierge, and housekeeper. Felt comfortable during check-in/out progress. All staff are warm, kind, and talk with me just like friends. (which is nice cause it's too tired when communicate in 'official' customer-facing style).
Lots of option to choose for breakfast. I love the soup with clams and shrimp :)
Front desk offered the option of room upgrade (with extra fee) when I arrived, and mentioned the best selling point is the city view. The city view itself is nice, but it's a little disappointing that the window is coated with a thin layer of dust.
