Nice place highly recommended

Quiet, clean, nicely decorated, well taken care of. Eugenia and her husband, were very polite and kind and very helpful. She did everything to make our stay pleasant.

Internet was a bit erratic, but worked.

We loved the location, unique garden, spacious rooms and facilities. Hosts were present themselves nearly every morning so we could ask for anything we had in mind. Room had air conditioning which was absolutely necessary in the heat. There also were a couple of clothes dryers in the garden for guest use. Although garden is rather small there was just about enough privacy for everyone to enjoy it, even for local cats which were stepping by our room from time to time. To sum up, we definitely recommend this place for all kinds of travellers visiting Cyprus.

Cooking pans and pots were looking bad. Bed felt very hard but we found some blankets to make it a little bit softer

Lovely stay with a nostalgic tone

This was our second stay at Niki’s. Good value for money, lovely traditional stone rooms and location. The garden outside made us nostalgic for our childhood memories at cypriot villages.

Everything was perfect. We just want to suggest that the check out could be moved for an hour later in order to avoid the morning stress of check out (especially if you are a night owl kind of person).

The apartment was lovely and had everything you needed. It was plenty big enough for two and there was a lovely seating area in front which was quaint. We found a great bakery so having a beautiful pasty for breakfast outside was relaxing.

The car parking but it was sufficient.

A home away from home!

The property is super comfortable and has an amazing energy about it! Staff are efficient and friendly!! The location is close enough to the main area of Limassol however, it gives you an opportunity to also get away from the noise of the city and get a sense of the ‘village’ life.

Attractive courtyard setting and nicely renovated buildings very tastefully fitted out.

Very very minor maintenance needed to shower room door handle, basin tap and loose toilet seat.

Niki's Accomodation was excellent. The room was decorated.with style and was very clean. The garden is nice. We wished we had stayed an extra night. Communication was great. Overall we had a great stay and highly recommend this place to any travelers.

Niki's House Apt 5

Hosts responded promptly to email and messaging I stayed in Apt 5 as a solo traveler with a bicycle that was stored in a locked courtyard. Access to the room was by a steep flight of steps off the courtyard. The room was as per the photos and description. It was a remote check in and I didn't see any staff. Key pick up and drop off was via a coded box on the outside of the property. The property was easy to find. The room was clean, comfortable, air con worked properly and it had everything I needed for a nightstop. Complementary fruit, tea and coffee were included. The property has a pleasant garden/ courtyard that you can sit outside in with a few tables and chairs. Outside across the road is a small supermarket. A mini bus service runs into town approximately every 30mins to the city central area and cost 1.50euros each way.

Charming villa

Very charming place

Door to the room are also a main window/source if light, so it doesnot give you privacy. We could hear our neighbors upstairs a bit too well ;)

Delightful accommodation for visiting limassol.

The accommodation was very comfortable. I enjoyed being able to sit outside the accommodation and enjoyed the garden. Good location, shops and parking close to accommodation. Hoping to return later this year or early next year. I hope you have a good year with many guests. Thank you for an enjoyable and memorable holiday.

The ambience of Nikki’s house was great. We met many different nationalities when sat outside.

Keys were available in line with instructions. The house was easy to find even in the dark. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host was fabulous. Any small problems were immediately rectified and laundry services were made available.

The power of the water in the showers was a little lacking and temperature was a bit temperamental. However it was sufficient to keep clean. Rinsing shampoo from hair was a challenge.
