Friendly stay, good level

The modern style, the bed and pillow

At breakfast there was no kind of hams (ok, no pork but there are other types, too). The managing of the air conditioning system was tricky, not so sensitive.

Very nice hotel with excellent view and breakfast

Location was excellent. Great view. Spacious room. Good AC. Nice and clean bathroom. Very comfortable to stay.

Highly recommended!

The location is perfect! I think it is located just nicely away from all the buzz but near enough to the action if we choose to go and soak in the summer days. The view from the hotel is awesome!

I think the wifi connection could be improved. I suggest that the wifi connection should be made more secure. This is useful for those who are there for business as we may need a more secure connection to complete some transactions. It will really be great if the wifi facilities can be upgraded!

Very nice stay with spectacular view of the Bay

The rooms are small, but renovated. It was a great idea to put a shower in the room, with lucid walls. So you take a showed and enjoy the amazing view of the Bay. Great idea. Very good breakfast, very clean. I love the front desk guy Ariel, very professional, polite, speaks several languages, very well trained

Great view properly priced

The staff was wonderful, and the view of Haifa was amazing. There's a coffee shop or bar at the lobby, not open on Saturdays. They do nice things for holidays. There's parking in the hotel. Many places nearby to eat. Will come back

There's no pool or even a tanning area. So, you can never enjoy the sun. If you buy breakfast, it's expensive. Limited channels on the TV. There is no coffee machine in the room.

Overall good stay, breakfast and view to be remembered.

Great view, however one should know hotel is located far from the sea-shore and main city attractions. Generous and tasty breakfast definitely a plus, view from the room breathtaking.

Poor check-in experience, rather unfriendly staff, as if we were someone's punishment. Check-out much better. Room was bit small, but ok for one or two nights, when most of the time spent outside.

Not happy with booking.com.

The breakfast was good.

The total price, I could have gotten a better rate going directly with the hotel. I don't know how booking.com got involved in my reservation. I will pay more attention while booking the hotel. I can get better price for next time.

nice view, nice personal, they were so helpful!

the internet was so bad, we were staying at 7th floor, I really couldn't work at the room. And in Israel in another hotels they were giving water bottle every time when they are cleaning room. Or when you need. But in this hotel it was just 1 bottle when we arrived, and then they said you have to buy water.

Exceptional

WAY better than the huge hotel next door for less cost. Wall to wall windows in all rooms, facing the Baha'i gardens and the Bay. Amazing breakfast, they will let you take it away if you want. Very nice staff. My favorite hotel in Haifa.

Comfortable room with amazing view

Very comfortable room with amazing view. I loved the window with the big cushion that makes it even better to sit near the window and enjoy the view. Online check-in made the real check-in super fast.

The cleanliness could be a bit better, otherwise everything is good!

We enjoyed our stay, although the hotel could do with a makeover and more attention to detail.

The view was great. Location was good - shops and restaurants on one side, promenade on the other. The room was adequate. Valerie in reception was fantastic - went out of her way. So did Esther in the dining room.

The breakfast was adequate, not as good as other hotels we've stayed in, in Israel. The egg options were disappointing, and the dining room wasn't swept. The tables are repaired with transparent tape. Insufficient toilet rolls supplied.
