Gyönyörű környezetben lévő szállás, barátságos személyzet, fantasztikus szolgáltatások, finom és bőséges étkezés.. Mindenkinek ajánlom!

Surprisingly good hotel with restaurant and wellness. Room was modern and clean, so was bathroom. Bowling on site, wellness perfect (shame about jacuzzi not working during our stay). Wifi strong. Vrbicke pleso nearby is a beautiful place for a walk.
Not a big issue but there should be sugar on each table during the breakfast rather than one half empty sugar bowl for the whole place.

Amazing location, very friendly and helpful staff, the room and common areas are clean and nice. The hotel playground is great if you travel with kids.
All were great

Location was good, staff in the restaurant was nice.
Breakfast was very poor. Hotel refused to open wellness on Sunday, due to only 3 rooms occupied. We specifically called the hotel to make sure about wellness and they didn't inform us about closing on Sunday. What's more wellness is open till 8pm and so is the restaurant. If you want to relax in the evening after hiking/skiing and then eat, it is simply not possible. Room was supposed to have lake/mountain view, neither for them was visible, just the street and playground for kids.

Location is very nice in the woods, the room was modern and comfortable. The restaurant is basic, but cosy and the food is good. Big thanks to the reception for being accommodating to my special request. There is a nice wellness area as well.
Only the recommendation for ski rental service which was not good at all, but it’s not the fault of the hotel.

This Hotel has one of the Best SPA areas ever. Very private, not crowded yet with lots of options.
The restaurant closes quite early. Not possible for late evening dinner.

The location is quiet, in the forest, like in a fairy tale. Rooms are clean and big, very comfortable but as a reached check in, the owner does not speak english and it was difficult to have a conversation: i was asking about the skibus, where it stops nearby the location and she was keep telling me, and i quote “no skibus, i have to leave at 10:00, check out 10:00, no skibus” . From my point of view it is rude. Breakfast is also poor.
Maybe they should hire a nicer person at reception.

Location on the lake
Communication with staff - we got a room different from what we booked, but coulnd't communicate with reception because it was closed, and for our text messages we recieved same copy-paste answer like our message wasn't really understood. It was a bit upsetting to not get the room we wanted for the money we payed, but overall it was a good stay.

Great breakfast, great rooms, great location, walks start right at the hotel. Spa is great, bowling was great.
It was difficult finding out what was open when; it wasn't written down and it got very confusing due to language barriers. No prices were given for extras like spa and bowling, so we only found out at the end of our stay. When we checked out, the lady on reception didn't seem to want me to check any of the invoices before paying, though it was all fine. If these things had been better, I would rate 10 for everything.

Great location, clean, comfy, nice surroundings, nice wellness and offered activities. Located in a forest, but close to the hiking rails and the cable cars.

I like location - it´s close to the forest and lake so very nice to hear evening/morning natural.
Comfortable rooms, TV in a room, 2 chairs, small table. Equipment was good for few nights.
Kind ladies on reception. Although it was 3* hotel I would improve few things..
Some people should be more thoughtful to another guests. In early morning (around 6:30) some people in car park played music very loud, I believe I wasn´t alone who heart this noise. I know we are only people but I guess more people want to relax on holiday.
Also we were a bit sad with a breakfast, we came there at 8:45h and there wasn´t much to eat Last 2 slices of ham a cheese, no fruits, when we came to vegetable pult, there were nearly empty boxes with few slices of cucumber, last 2 sausages. We took what we found, but were disappointed, but we found enough bread, rolls and ham spread, coffee machine available too. (When I worked in the hospitality industry, this was not allowed to happen). After 15mins of our eating they started to bring a new plates with ham and cheese, sausages, brought some different types of vegetable. We stayed 3 tables in dining room so not very much people (8-9). (according their conditions the breakfast should have been served till 10-10:30am).
To be honest.. what I would definitely reccommend is more better timing during breakfast. (when we stayed in another hotel nearby, the service was excellent, they were bringing food regularly so there wasn´t any problem that plates with food would be empty or nearly empty. Our next hotel was 4*, however it was also cheaper but the service and breakfast were much better than in Mikulas and for lower price too. For 1 night in Hotel Chata Mikulas ok, but I would choose a different hotel next time.

The hotel itself very clean and comfortable.
nice location, unfortunately very loud and smelly because of all the construction work in Jasna. Once all construction finished, this will be great place.
in case you want to have dinner, make sure you manage till 7 PM, the restaurant closes at 8PM. There is only reception who can serve some drinks (VERY VERY VERY limited offer) for food you need to go somewhere else.

Lovely hotel dating back to the first skiing in the area. Good breakfast and traditional cuisine. Excellent spa facilities. All at a reasonable rate.
Best for families and small ski groups. Not so good for a solo skier as there was no bar in the evenings to try to mingle a bit.
