Cuesta encontrarlo,

Very characterful hotel accommodation in main building. Staff were excellent and accommodated our room requirements very well. Evening meal was simple, excellent home fair and very generous. Wines a little limited.
Must choose your route carefully as roads to property very rough and prone to food damage.
It was difficult a little difficult to get correct room rate on check out as we had swapped rooms on arrival but all sorted.

the views and how remote the property was and a really good restaurant.

Location is exceptional. Pool is in a good setting. Pool table and games room was a nice bonus.
Some sound proofing between the rooms would be good. Are neighbours were by no means noisy but you could hear chairs scraping and snoring during the night.

The location is stunning. Small seating area outside the chalet and outside bar overlooking the view.
Meal was very good, but the wine was expensive.
The staff were delightful.
A beautiful place to stay
Access was difficult from the north. From the south, so much less stressful.
The rooms were cold, and we couldn't get the aircon to work.
The kitchen was poorly equipped, good job we weren't cooking.

The location is excellent, with beautiful mountain views. The pool and pool bar are really nice (but see caveat below). The service was good. The pool bar served the best tomato tostados I have ever had for just 2 euros. The dining veranda offered lovely views.
Our view was over the carpark so did not correspond to the beautiful views on the website. This was not so bad as there are plenty of places to take in the views. The worst thing was the drain smell emanating from the shower which escaped into the room if we didn't shut the door and became strong in the bathroom if the door was shut. The room furniture was very basic. The beautiful pool was very busy as people not staying at the hotel can pay to use it. They were fine but quite noisy and the upshot is that you are not quite getting the tranquil escape you might think you have paid for.

The staff was very friendly.
The hotel and the rooms are not at all what you expect from an 80+ Euro rate. Having stayed the previous night at a Vincci (4*) hotel in the city centre of Granada for the same rate, this one is very far from that experience...

Javier and all the staff were fantastic, really helpful and welcoming. They could all multi-task, with a smile!
Dinner was a revelation. Superb cooking and exceptional value. No need to venture afield for dinner.
Set in a remote location in lovely scenery, but close enough to many pretty villages.
The bumpy track, but not a big inconvenience if you drive slowly.

Pool was closed, location remote, views spectacular. Peaceful and relaxing
Access road very bumby

Lovely location, away from it all. Beautiful views. Amazing sunsets. Very nice staff. Very good food, although sometimes quite erratic, Fawlty Towers like…
The shower was a disaster. We asked for another little lamp to read by, but it never came.

Great views. Food ok. Room a bit small but it was a good stopover for one night.

- Staff is nice
- Beautiful location but not easy to access
- Quiet and clean
- Shower was clogged and we didn’t have hot water in the morning, we were told to wait 10 minutes to see if it comes back, it didn’t and we did not ask again.
- The food

I liked the beds and the tv in the room and the views. I loved the pool, always clean and cool and sorrounded by mountains. Everything was very clean. Staff very nice
They charge you extra for everything. Pool is free to use but you have to pay for the canopies or sunbeds. If you have lunch there, they charge you 1euro per person just for sitting down and 3 euros for bread. The room prices are excellent but we literally paid double because of breakfasts (which were rather poor) and a couple of lunches there. I still recommend the place, though, you only have to be careful.

Lovely drive down rural road to the hotel complex. Only sound in the morning was bird-song. Simple hotel with a rural feel. Our room had huge balcony with table and chairs. Games room and outdoor pool make it a good all-year round destination. Well-signed from the village. Choice of dishes for dinner with option of small portions for some items.
