Nice place for holiday.

Many options for the breakfast and the apartment is just nearby the beach.

No free toothbrush kit and slippers provided in such price hotel.

Pretty perfect location and most of staffs were friendly, but They need better training for front desk!

Location is very good

We booked a 2 bedrooms suite, the room is quite old and stinky. Not meet our expectations . We are still fine with it, but we are disappointed with the receptionist. When we check out, he said there are two bathrobes missing, the receptionist hasn’t checked clearly with the housekeeping department but telling we took the two bathrobes!We are mad, and we just let them checked all our belongings immediately !!!!!! .They need better training for front desk!

Overall good and comfortable.

Excellent breakfast. Good location with small beaches where you can swim. Many seaside mobile restaurants in the evenings.

Good value for money

Breakfast was a little cold but was wholesome with plenty of choices. Restaurant menu was acceptable if a little expensive. The choice of pools and overall ambiance were very good. The location was superb. Parking excellent.

Lack of a mini bar in a 4 star plus hotel was somewhat disappointing. TV channels were poor. The lack of alcohol was disappointing but this was due to the current pandemic.

Plenty of In house Activities...

Breakfast was reasonably good Swimming pool was very nice, they have 2 pools. Also offered pool tables with 20 baht per game. Bowling also avaliable for a price. There is a bakery shop in front and a & eleven beside the hotel. Beach just across the road. Room service menu really nice and cheap.

Breakfast the same menu the 2 days we stayed. Bowling pins always stuck, need proper maintenance.

Very poor

The room is much older than in the pictures with old furniture and building conditions. Air conditioning is noisy due to its age and has a musty smell in the bedroom and pantry. Looked like the hotel hasn't renovated for decades. Compared with room condition, it was really overpriced. Facilities are ok.

Great hotel outside

I was already there, and now came again, because it is a beautiful place outside of hustle and bustle. Large clean rooms. Very good restaurant. The beach is in just few steps away. Very good gym, two clean pools. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They speak good English. Every hour a shuttle bus runs to the center of Rayong. There is a small shopping center with number of restaurants and coffee shops. Recently, new "7-11" store was opened in just a few steps.

A year ago, the beach was much cleaner. It seemed it was cleaned regularly. Now the beach is pretty dirty. But the sea, anyway, is cleaner than on Jomtien.
