Villa Le Sirene is an "Historic Building" property located in a characteristic & Central location of Positano called “Punta Reginella”
To reach the villa there are 68 steps from Main road Viale Pasitea till the property gate , and other 20 steps to reach the main floor.
so it is important menage well the stairs ( as anywhere in Positano)
The Villa is walking distance from the center about 300 meters.
the pier & main beach Spiaggia Grande are reachable in less then 10 m minutes on foot from the steps near it, ( 250 steps) if you prefer, by main street "Viale Pasitea" taking 15 minutes.( less stairs)
From the pier you can catch the ferry to Capri, Ischia, Amalfi, Naples. (not available in the winter time)
PLEASE NOTE
On entering the apartment, you will find a large, elegantly furnished living area and a dining room replete with a table for 6/ 10 people, a lounge with two sofa in TV area and a fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge, moka, american coffee maker.
Off the living area there is a spacious terrace with a wonderful view, a perfect place to entertain, to have a dinner admiring the panorama.
(Especially In the winter time you can see a magic ”sunrise” admiring the Amalfi Coast & sea in-front of you)
There are two ceramic tables suitable for 10 people, four sun beds and an umbrella.
The view are sublime from here, as described above, picture-postcard.

Villa le Sirene is the place to stay! What a beautiful location with the best and most picturesque view of Positano. The Casiolas were very communicative during our 4 week stay including ensuring porters helped with luggage, responding to questions and providing recommendations. My two adult children stayed for two weeks and my brothers and their spouses for the other two weeks. We all loved the view and the villas. The Villa is large and very roomy and was a home away from home for us. A BIG THANK YOU TO CHIARA AND GUISSEPPE! We hope to be back some day.

Villa Le Sirene is simply an outstanding place to stay in the heart of magical Positano. The view from the terrace (both day and night) is breathtaking. We even were able to listen to a few concerts from the church courtyard below. Chiara and Giuseppe are wonderful, warm people who did all they could to make our stay most comfortable. Our family really enjoyed their cats and the lemon tree in their backyard. It was perfect for our family of 6 and we hope to come back again soon!

Giuseppe and Chiara are the most gracious hosts! We even had access to their lemon trees during our stay! Positano is known for their giant lemons!
The Villa was just beautiful! The best view in all of Positano. The villa has everything we could possibly need. Well stocked and well appointed.

Positano is the most lovely place with the kindest people. We enjoyed a boat ride to Capri for the day and a sunset cruise around amalfi. It was just stunning.
Many good restaurants as well. Chiara had great recommendations! We loved breakfast every morning at Cafe Positano.
If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in Positano—this is it. We took 4 young adult children. Ages 18-21, and they had a ball as well!

Our stay at Villa Le Sirene is everything we have expected it to be and even more. The terrace has the most beautiful and unobstructes view of Positano, where your eyes would feast on the mountains, the cascading colourful houses and the water. The breakfasts, apperitivo and dinners we had at the balcony are the best memories we had. The villa is spacious for 6 adults, everyone has their own space. The little lemon gove and the walkway to the villa are also so pretty. The steps going up the main road is managable and then it is close to almost everything you wanted to see and go to in town. Chiara and Joseph, the host made us feel at home at their place.

Right from the very start Chiara and Giuseppe were the most gracious hosts. The home was lovely and clean and so very spacious. The most magnificent part was the balcony where we spent many nights overlooking the beautiful city of Positano. Giuseppe let us help ourselves to the lemons, figs, tomatoes and basil growing his garden. Chiara was always accessible if I had a question.
There was full disclosure on how many steps down to their apartment from the main road was. It was worth it!

Amazing vacation rental
Couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our families holiday than here. Chiara & Giuseppe were incredible hosts, location was perfect and the villa was an experience. So much character, and the views were breath taking. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone, and if we ever return to Positano, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. We loved the yard cats too. Such a great place!!!

Great location and views
The location was high enough for impressive views but not too high to make it inconvenient. Since the villa was not directly on a road, the setting was quiet with good privacy. Several restaurants were within walking distance. The owners, Chiara and Giuseppe, were attentive and accommodating. Things that we wish that we had with us....night lights and water shoes for the pebble beach. Also, be prepared to walk up and down the steep roads and steps in Positano. Thank goodness we have good mobility and are in good shape so we welcomed the exercise to offset the impact of too much pasta and gelato.

Lovely
We had a wonderful week in this villa. Best view in all of Positano in our opinion. Right in the middle, not too low, not too high. The villa is exactly how it appears in the pictures, no surprises. Plus the A/C’s all work very well! We were a family of two adults, 3 teenage girls, and two children. All of us had plenty of space. We even made dinner a few nights. Kitchen had all we needed. Little grocery store right above stairs. Did not want to leave Positano or Villa Sirene.

Location, location,location!
Wonderful vacation with family at the villa. Plenty of room for 6 adults. The view from the balcony is breathtaking...you will never get tired of enjoying your am coffee ( and evening wine :) on the balcony ,surrounded by the beautiful Positano . Our hosts were helpful and attentive, and the daily visit from local kitties was a bonus! Be prepared for stairs!!! It’s part of the charm of this place and there’s little choice but to climb, climb, climb! Highly recommend this villa, you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely beautiful!
We were in heaven from the moment we arrived in Positano. Villa Le Sirene is just picture perfect. The villa is located perfectly and quite spacious. We were 6 women and the 4 bathrooms were great! The view from the large balcony is to die for. The kitchen is stocked and great for meal prep. Chiara and Giuseppe are wonderful hosts and there for us if we needed anything. A lovely stay
We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Positano at Ville Le Sirene. It was perfect for a large group of friends. The view is spectacular, the balcony perfect, and as long as you are prepared for the stairs, I would not hesitate to recommend!

Most beautiful views and absolutely wonder hosts
I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay in this villa and our hosts Chiara and Giuseppe. The villa was wonderful, with views even better than the pictures can portray. There was more than enough room for 2 Adults and 3 Teens. Everything was clean and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, if needed. The AC units worked great, although most mornings we opened all the doors to allow the ocean breeze to cool us. Chiara and Giuseppe were so welcoming, leaving us fruit, wine and coffee upon our arrival, making us feel like family staying with them. They allowed us to pick tomatoes and basil from their garden, which we used one night for dinner. They were both readily available throughout our stay and even checked in with us once or twice to make sure we didn’t need anything. Chiara was very helpful arranging a very early am porter to help with our luggage at our departure. Keep in mind, there are about 70 steps up to the street level, but the views are so worth the climb (and gave us the extra exercise needed to allow ourselves gelato nightly). Once at street level you are only a few feet from a small but efficient grocery store and many very good restaurants very near by. There are many more steps DOWN if you want to go to the beach, that can be reached in about 10 mins or so. The walk up is less fun, but mostly shaded and not very steep. You can also walk back via the street, which takes a bit longer, but no steps and you can stop in the many shops along the way. Chiara responded quickly before and during our trip and was helpful giving us transportation and tour info (we did a Walking Tour of Positano with Gabriella per Chiara’s recommendation and would suggest this tour to any who wants a great tour of Positano in a few hours). Our trip to Italy took us to a few locations, but the entire family decided this was hands down their favorite villa we stayed in a favorite location. I can’t wait to plan our next trip back and will definitely stay with Chiara and Giuseppe again.

This was a great experience. Chiara is a wonderful hostess that takes our needs into consideration. The view from the huge balcony is beyond amazing. It is a very spacious villa with all the amenities. We loved it and we will go again!

A storybook vacation
The villa is exquisite. Sits overlooking a famous church with a mosaic cupola. You can watch town light up at night from the terrace. We had dinner and breakfast there. Many steps down to a wonderful beach and adorable boutiques. Perfectly located for exploring the Amalfi Coast. Hope to go back someday!

Best Family Vacation - Ever!
I feel so fortunate to have discovered on VRBO this beautiful and perfect Positano apartment for our family vacation. It is located in the center of Positano with stair accesses to both the main street above and the beach below. Perfect villa
Five college friends stayed at Villa Le Sirene and enjoyed every minute. The villa was lovely and spacious, with several beds and four baths, and very centrally located. Chiara and Guiseppe were amazing and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Positano.

Perfect location
We enjoyed 7 glorious nights in this beautiful villa. The views and location are even better than we could have expected. There is only a short walk to the beach and a lovely grocery store one short set of steps away. Chiara and Giuseppe were the most gracious hosts and were available at any time if we needed assistance. We were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco, lemons, strawberries and special Easter treats. We were truly treated as special guests in their home. Everthing you could imagine is provided, from pantry items, to kitchen utensils and beach towels. It is the best supplied vacation rental we have stayed in. The beautiful vertical city that is Positano is truly the pearl of the Amalfi Coast! Our family of 5 was so grateful to spend so many lovely days together in this beautiful, spacious villa with the most spectacular views from our very own veranda. Amazing view
We were a family of 6 staying for a week. It is is the most beautiful location. The apartment was clean with a well stocked supply of kitchen needs, towels, laundry equipment. Our hosts Chiara & Giuseppe made us very welcome and went out of there way to assist us and they could be contacted easily. Chiara made us the most beautiful tiramisu. It is very private and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. We had a wonderful week there and highly recommend Villa Le Sirene and our hosts.

STUNNING property and great hosts!
Our family of 7 had a fabulous time at Villa Le Sirene. The unit was beautiful, well-appointed and maintained, clean and conveniently located to everything. There was plenty of space for all of us. We did not want to leave our balcony...WOW! What views we had on the balcony of Positano and the Mediterranean Sea. The owners are charming and very hospitable. They are very helpful in pre-planning (making suggestions and recommendations of what to do and transportation). You feel like you are visiting family in Italy. They left a basket with wine, fruits, coffee, etc. to get you started in their unit and then show up on your doorstep later with the best tiramisu you've ever tasted. We can't wait to go back. Thanks Chiara and Giuseppe for making this a trip of a life time! Thanks for helping my daughter plan and execute an unforgettable birthday party for me and my husband!

We spent a week in at Villa Le Sirene. Very spacious and clean. Chiara & Giuseppe are extremely friendly, helpful and punctual – they arranged transport of luggage, helped with parking and provided a large fruit basket, wine, limoncello and a wonderful tiramisu.
The villa is as described and shown on the web. Excellent location. The small store 2 min away by stairs provides everything you might need. Balcony is spacious – we had every breakfast and dinner outside – even in late November. Even in off-season many restaurants, galaries and stores open. Highly recommended.

We stayed in Villa Le Sirene #1 for two weeks as our base on the Amalfi Coast. The owners are great people that provide a wonderful apartment with all the ammenities needed for a comfortable stay. I can't guarantee you will be given home made tiramisu but we certainly enjoyed the hospitality. The locations a breathtaking view and easily situated to getting anywhere you want to go in Positano. Easy access to the beaches, car transfers, bus station and restaurants. We did not rent a car for this trip. Parking is very difficult in Positano and you will have to pay. We mostly used the boats for touring as well as Positano Traveling car service with lots of beach time and hanging around drinking wine in between excursions. We would return in a heartbeat. Enjoy!

I chose Villa Le Sirene for my 20th wedding anniversary, after spending a week in the villa in July 2012 with extended family. It was such a great experience, we promised to return, and am so glad we did for this special occasion. The villa, and its owners, are simply the best in all of Positano!
The views are amazing from the patio. We spent every evening watching the full moon rise over Praiano, enjoying a glass of wine from Tenuta San Francesco (local vineyard in Tremonte).
The villa is centrally located to the beach, restaurants, shops, and markets. Chiara and Joseph arranged for porters to take care of our luggage, and connected us to Positano Traveling - a local car service who handled our transfers to and from Positano, and day trips out of town.
We absolutely love this villa and its owners, and will be back many, many more times!

This was our second visit to Positano and our second stay at Villa Le Sirene. The villa is perfectly located between the main road and the city center and beach and Positano is the perfect central location for day trips to other towns along the coast. The view from the balcony has to be the best in the city. Many of our favorite moments during our stay were spent there watching the activity and listening to the waves hit the beach below. In the evening, the lights of the city and the distant sounds of motor scooters making their way up the mountain, turn it into something magical. While staying at Villa Le Sirene, you lose the feeling of being a visitor and begin to feel like an actual resident of this quaint town. Even though the restaurants are fantastic, I highly recommend buying supplies in the markets and cooking your own meal in the well equipped Italian kitchen at least once during your stay. We enjoyed the lemons growing on the trees right outside the front door, the basil growing in the terrace garden, and Chiara's homemade TIramisu was a special treat. Chiara and Joseph will help with any arrangements needed during your stay, and more than hosts, they will become friends. Villa Le Sirene, is a home away from home, and now that our visit is over, all we do is think about returning.

Majestic, Inspiring, Relaxing, Beautiful, Perfect.. Nothing I say can describe the Love we felt for the Amazing Villa Le Sirene Positano. Chiarra & Guiseppe (Joseph) made us feel at home from the second we made our first inquiry. This was our first visit to Italy, but corresponding with them about the Villa, they were like family. Guiding us and making sure we have things in place prior to our arrival. Recommending transportation, tours, etc. About the Villa, how beautiful the space is. Our son used the upstairs room as his own apartment. We loved every second of our stay in this amazing fully equipped villa. Comfort start at home and Villa Le Sirene Positano was our Home. I am trying to put into words my feelings. How can one describe the tranquil and peaceful experience we had. Leaving Positano was hard. How does one leave Villa Le Sirene Positano and the wonderful vista view of the majestic sea and the beautiful town of Positano. We will miss the Love we received from our Host and the Loving residence of Positano. They were and will always be a part of our life (Famiglia).

Wonderful experience on the Amalfi coast. We rented the 3 bedroom as there were 3 couples. The photos can't possibly tell the story of the beauty and experience of Positano and Villa Le Serene. The Villa was very well equipped, the owners gracious providing wine and "treats" upon arrival, fresh figs from the garden and a delicious chocolate amaretto cake, homemade by Chiara. The views from the villa were spectacular day and night; the area boasted remarkable restaurants and shops. All in all the 8 days in Positano were unforgettable. Thank you for a wonderful and unforgettable experience!

Villa le Sirene was absolutely gorgeous! It was more spacious than I anticipated, close to the nearest road, and an easy walk down to the beach. The owners, Giuseppe and Chiara were absolutely delightful and helpful. They scheduled porter service to carry our bags (and our guests bags) to and from the villa at arrival and departure. Chiara baked a couple of cakes and a bread during our 3 week stay they which were absolutely scrumptious.
Despite the 50-some-odd steps from the villa up to the road and the 280-some-odd steps down to the beach, the villa was very accessible and centrally located. Although we were there after the tourist season and many shops and restaurants were closed, we enjoyed the very numerous restaurants that remained open. We made extensive use of the local Positano and regional SITA bus to get all around the Amalfi coast.
The villa was very much as described on the website (except that the villa was even more spacious than I expected). The owners contacted us frequently to give us helpful hints or answer our questions as well as maintained the villa with weekly cleanings and the yard around the villa.
I would recommend this villa to any one who wants to to visit and stay in the Amalfi coast!

We spent a delightful week at the Villa Le Sirene loft apartment recently. The apartment offered us the best of two worlds. It is situated in a romantic XVII century villa, overlooking the church and Positano's beach. The view from the apartment is simply magnificent. The apartment itself is well stocked with dishes to cook, if one so chooses. It also offers a washer/dryer which we welcomed after having been on the road for a week prior to arriving here.
Chiara and Guiseppe were the most welcoming hosts we have dealt with in our Home Away/VRBO experiences. They met us as we arrived in town, arranged for a porter to bring down our luggage, and helped us with transportation to and from the airport. They were a delightful couple.
The apartment was clean and comfortable. Photos on their site represent the apartment well. The area is extremely quiet and great restaurants are close by. We are hoping to bring the rest of the family with us next time we visit Positano and rent their larger apartment at the Villa Le Sirene..

We stayed at a beautiful Villa in Positano, Villa Le Sirene. Our loft apartment was wonderful. The views, the apartment layout, the location all made this spot a truly enjoyable vacation! we were welcomed with a fruit basket and homemade cake from Chiara and Guiseppe, our very hospitable host! they were available to us throughout our stay and they made the experience so much more personal! We stayed in the loft apartment for a week and had an amazing time ! it is perched high overlooking the church, the main beach and the hills of positano. The apartment is beautifully deorated and looks just like the photos. It's bright, spacious amd spotless, and has all the conveniences to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable holiday. There are absolutely stunning views from two small balconies, kitchen and dining room. The entrance to the villa and apartment is through a private walkway with an overhead trellis covered in bright bougainvillea and lemon vines. Chiara and Guiseppe are very helpful and friendly hosts greeting on arrival and departure and assisting with any questions. A porter is provided to manage the luggage. A fruit basket and bottle of wine on arrival and a delicious chocolate and almond cake dropped off by Chiara during our stay added to the charm of the holiday. A mobile is also provided to call Chiara at any time. She organised for a vey professional and friendly driver, to take us to Naples stopping at amazing Pompeii ! We enjoyed many cafes, bars and restaurants with great tips from Chiara and Guiseppe, all in walking distance. There's a grocery / deli closeby, about 67 steps upto the road and an interesting walk along the roadway down to the town centre and beach. Or take the steps down to the beach - about 250 steps. Shopping is boutique style and affordable and enjoyable. We caught ferries to Amalfi and Capri and hired a private boat to sail around Capri which we loved. We stopoed to jump off the boat for swimming and to take in the beautiful sites. A must do ! Highly recommend the apartment and location. Wonderful memories of beautiful Positano !!!

My family of 5 just spent a week at this lovely villa! I had been researching this trip and area for many months - one of the reasons we chose Villa Le Sirene was due to the pictures, location and the wonderful reviews of the owners Chiara and Guiseppe. Not sure how much more I can add that hasn't been said already, but this villa is fabulous and the owners go over and above to make sure you are comfortable in your home away from home. From arranging the transfer from the train station, through their driver, Vincenzo (who was very friendly!) to greeting us when we arrived to give us the "grand tour" at this lovely home. Chiara had even baked us a cake, had a huge bowl of fresh fruit and a chilled bottle of wine upong our arrival. We also had a full garden at our disposal, which we took full advantage of the entire week. Chiara was always available to help answer questions we had before and during our stay. We were able to fully immerse ourselves in Positano and enjoyed every moment of our stay here---we can't wait to go back and highly recommend Villa Le Sirene. We came as strangers and left as friends.....truly a wonderful experience!!!

Oh my, I had read the reviews and seen the photos, but it was so beautiful that it didn't even seem real! The villa was much larger than I expected and so comfortable. Much better than a hotel and and had all the comforts of home.
The view from the terrace was so spectacular that at first--it didn't even seem real--and it was hard to believe that I was actually seeing and experiencing what was in front of me.
Great location too. The stairs were trying but provided great exercise, and also what I expected in Positano. Chiarra and Giuseppe were such great hosts, too, even providing home-cooked food on several occasions.
I don't think there is a more perfect place to stay in Positano! It was such a great time that I'm going next year with my friend Pat and will stay at Villa Le Sirene again!
