大通の中心地でアクセス面が良かった事と、フロントの方の対応が丁寧でストレスありませんでした。

外国人旅行客と思われる方の話声や騒音がうるさくて部屋を交換してもらいました。

Great location! Good for a short stay!

Very good location to Sapporo station! The staff was nice as well.

The rooms could've been a bit cleaner. The fridge is very strong and froze our food.

There is no space for dining, even there are tables at the hotel lobby, you’re not allowed to dine in there.

The room layout was great, it had a comfortable bed and the bathroom was simple and great. The staff cleaned very well, they were nice and patient.

If its possible to add more lighting options like have more than one adjustable light. Other than that, I was very well satisfied. Possibly mount the tv to the wall. That can be an idea.

They got triple room! The location was convenient. Walking distance from JR Station, close to 3 convenient stores.

We stayed in a number of hotels during our Hokkaido trip, unfortunately this is the worst.

3 good size bed for the family but room is too small to adequately fit them.

Room too small, a bit worn down. The property was not easy to find. This is not a smoke free hotel, and strong tobacco odour in elevator and lobby.

The hotel is well - located and close to the JR station and Sapporo metro station. The room was small but generally comfortable with a small fridge and desk area.

The bathroom had an unacceptable level of mould on surfaces including on the door where towels needed to hang, although the rest of the room was clean.

The location is good near to sapporo station

the hotel is very old, no facilities. We have to use lock to lock the room. rooms are very small. staff are polite but a bit rigid, anything that we asked them to help they will reply they cannot do it.

Excellent value: price and location!

Excellent location near Sapporo station and tourist sites. Friendly staff. Clean room. Easy to find. Low price.

Hotel is dated. Old furniture and carpets. Small room. But, it's totally fine for the price you pay. Didn't try the breakfast. I would stay again.

Such a good experience, booked again for the spring.

The staff at the front desk were wonderfully kind and were not the least put off by my poor Japanese skills. Fantastic location- 2 blocks to Clock Tower 5 to Sapporo Station and 4 from another train station. Room was very clean. Temperature was very comfortable and never needed to turn on AIrCon or heat. Price was fantastic for location and for a 3 person room. Breakfast was inexpensive (1500¥) per person for buffet. Traditional Japanese breakfast.

Room was 2 person room and rollaway added to sleep 3. Small room for 3 beds. Beds were typical beds for hotel in Japan- very firm. Not anything that would keep me from recommending to friends or booking next trip there.

Disappointing. Time to teardown and build again

Location good.

Old, no air extractor in the room or bathroom, Food menu was disappointing, this is Hokkaido but there was no butter for the bread, shows that management is more concerned about cutting costs beyond reasonable.

The staff is not very welcoming even though it is not busy. I think there is no hospitality that the staff should have.
