The place was lovely, secluded and quiet. The Food was prepared fresh every day.. wonderful flavors. They only have Wi-Fi in public spaces, it forced us to rest and relax in the bedroom. It was great. Having a drink looking the river and the mountains. Surrounded by birds and flowers. Perfect getaway.
Our bathtub was very slippery. Almost dangerous. They need to make it safe. Add rubber strips to the bathtub. Public spaces sometimes were cold.

My husband and I made our first trip to the area, and the hotel was phenomenal! The mountain retreat location was so peaceful and calm, it was just what we needed. The meals were lovely and robust. Because we had never been to the area before, we had lots of questions about local activities, and got so much help in planning our stay. The hot tub was just perfect on a clear winter night for stargazing! The sauna was also a nice splurge. We also got massages on site which were well done and very affordable.
We had a little difficulty with check-in because our phones didn't connect to let them know our arrival, but they were gracious with us. The staff had limited English, but we were able to sort it all out!

the grounds were beautiful. We had lunch outside on the terrace which was enchanting. The decks by the river are wonderful. The food was good and the dining staff very good.
Rooms a little run down, but very clean.

such a tranquil and whimsical place in a beautiful setting on the Maipo river and the steep rocky Andean mountains. The hosts have created this magical world with private sitting places to enjoy the river, the views, the birds, the flowers and plants in their landscaping. wander the perfect paths, like a fantasy world from our private room overlooking the river to hot tub, sauna, pool, meditation space, river deck, outside patio for lunch and the cozy living room with wood burning fireplace and round ‘hobbit’ window. all the furnishings are hand crafted, unique and fabulous. it is both a tranquil place and a fascinating place. we felt the warmth of welcome and the calm of this special world wash over us. more than all this, the staff are super friendly, helpful and accommodating. they went above and beyond to look after us and make us feel special. we laughed together and shared stories together, like lifelong friends.
nothing to dislike. a moment of sanctuary in a chaotic world

Great staff and very beautiful surroundings! In the clear night sky the stars are amazing. Quiet area except for the calming sound of the river. Adorable place, very romantic!
The food is a fixed menu every day, but it was delicious and very tasty.

Beautiful setting, comfortable beds, pretty nice food (though repetitive with ingredients) and many different and private areas to relax including a sauna and several hot tubs
Staff was simply not good: they did not pass on food restrictions to the kitchen, rude waiter, staff did not honor breakfast timing, bathrooms were not cleaner during our stay and to top it all off when we were in the hotel tubs (which you pay extra for) they accidentally turned on the sprinklers which took a while to turn back off. The place has a lot of potential but staff needs some proper training to deliver on the quality required for this price tag.

Beautiful place! Very relaxing....very friendly staff. Great location by the river
It was too hot inside of our room during summer time. They need air conditioner portable units in each room during summer

Our room was facing the canyon and with a lot of fresh air and river sounds, this was probably the best quality sleep we’ve had in a while. Food is amazing and we loved the breakfast on our little balcony.
That we only stayed one night - plan at least 2 to fully disconnect and explore the beautiful mountain around

It had not have children seat even though there were almost 2 babies

The staff were very kind, the location, the swimming pool, the hot tub and the breakfast.
No air conditioning in the room, so it was very uncomfortable to stay on 35 degrees, also, there's no a minibar which can provide the guests of water, drinks and / or any other thing to refresh themself so it was not my expectation of a boutique hotel.
The food service was good enough, to be honest, the breakfast was great, but the lunch and dinner was very standard, could have been better.

Quietness, wide setup
