Position was good, apartment was large, but apartment was not clean.

Location is good.

Apartment wasn’t clean. Reception staff weren’t very ‘hospitable’. Mould around taps in bathroom vanity which I cleaned. Mould around inside of dishwasher which I cleaned off before use. Some plates and cutlery were dirty and needed re-washing before they could be used. The oven tray had been used and had a pool of solidified fat on it - had not been checked by housekeeping to ensure it was clean. We arranged for sofa bed to be used however there was no mattress protector used - bedsheet was straight on top of a very hard and questionably clean fabric sofa. The whole apartment needed a good clean - being an upstairs apartment (level 3) with no lift - I expect that only a light vacuum is used. The carpets need a shampoo… my asthma was triggered badly by something in this apartment. We extended our stay by one night - arranged directly through reception, at a premium cost of $240 for one night but were going to have to change to another apartment. When it could be organised that we could stay in the same apartment, there was no refund given for the fact that cleaning of the apartment we were vacating from was not needed. When I asked about this I was told to “put it in a review”. I should add that when I reported the mould in the bathroom to reception, they offered to have housekeeping do a deep clean of the apartment, however as I was working remotely from the apartment, this was not convenient, and I had already cleaned the majority of the mould myself with what I had available.

Quiet, clean and great location

the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, a better mattress would be good for this apartment if the guest requests a second bed.

Great location and facilities, minor improvements to be made!

Facilities are nice, location is perfect. They let me leave my bags for a few hours on checkout day which was helpful.

Ground floor bathroom window is kind of spooky. Like I could see if someone was outside however blurry, would rather it be completely frosted. Additionally, I think cleaning staff should totally put on the radio/TV while they work, but it was frightening to come home as a solo female and hear voices in my room, wish they'd remember to turn it off once they leave. Additionally, despite rubber stoppers, the bed rolled around a lot.

Met our needs but needs improvement.

The location was good, handy to transport, river, eating places, supermarket etc and other places we wanted to go by foot. The room was big enough for our few days, and contained what we needed. Instructions to get access were very clear and there were no problems with getting in.

It was a little noisy being a street side apartment. The courtyard was grubby - could have done with a sweep, clean of the tiles, adjacent rubbish removed, and two proper chairs would have been appreciated. The fan in the bathroom - which automatically came on with the light switch - had a piercing noise which was unpleasant while in the bathroom, and could still be heard in the main room with the door shut. There was no daily service of emptying rubbish, changing towels etc as advised there would be. It happened on the first day only. We stayed 4 nights. Reception was mostly closed/not available during published opening hours.

Convenient and served its purpose for my trip

The location was very good. Communication and check in and check out were clear and concise.

While the bedding and main area of the unit were in great clean condition. The bathroom was disappointingly dirty in areas.

The accommodation is value for money.

The location of the accommodation was suitable for my needs. It was easy to walk everywhere. The outside area with a pool was relaxing to sit and read my book.

As my stay fell over the Easter long weekend, there wasn’t anyone at reception who could answer my questions. I had to ask for toilet paper myself- there was never enough left when my room was cleaned. If my room cost more, I’m sure theses grievances would be met.

All in all it was in a great location the staff were friendly and for just a couple of days and the location it was wort

The location was fantastic

We booked 2 apartments as we needed a couple of rooms. We were placed in 2 seperate buildings the apartment was nice and clean, there was no elevators in the buildings making it a little difficult the studio apartment was a little dated and the shower was very dates with Poor water pressure..

The location was perfect and a very spacious apartment and washer and dryer were great. Nice comfortable bed.

The equipment was old, TV outdated, dish washer not very effective, and there were a few bugs (termites) in the room.

Location, size/space of all rooms of the apartment, and ease of access to/from conference at Exhibition Building, South Brisbane train station, as well as the Brisbane River area and its attractions.

The bathroom was not clean. There was many years' worth of dirt under and behind the washing machine - quite disgusting. The bathroom also needs repairs: eg the soap holder in the shower needs to be replaced - we had to put the soap on top of the shower door. The kitchen needs an oven tray - there was nothing that we could place/use in the oven.

Room was well appointed and loved the pool. Good value for money overall.

Couldnt store luggage at reception outside of the limited office hours.

Budget stay (good price, mediocre sleeping experience due to noise and light).

Location was good.

It was super loud and the prosperity is definitely rocked down a little.. but price/value ratio is still good. Just expect noise and very basic rooms.

Great for a quick visit or extended stay. Close to the city

Very close to a Southbank. Secure off street parking. Close to West End with its funky atmosphere. Also adjacent to a lovely park. Spacious rooms.

No pool, but a pleasant shared garden space with bbq area. Bathroom was a little dated and the kitchen could have been better stocked with dishwash liquid etc.

In need of some TLC, But close to exhibition centre so ideal for a conference stay.

The location was good as it was close to the exhibition centre.

it has an odd smell when you walked in. The plumbing must’ve been blocked because when you use the shower or the sink it wouldn’t drain and filled up.

Getting a bit tired but good location in South Brisabane and clean enough. Free parking is great.

Clean. Close to the truck show (convention center). Even though I'm always suspicious of contactless check in it went well in this case. Free parking was the biggest bonus and the reason I booked Parkview.

Got a ground floor 'courtyard' view apartment which was fairly dark and you had to have the curtains drawn most of the time for privacy. Getting a bit tired (carpet etc).
