Great location and great staff

The location was perfect for the fair. The staff was friendly and available to help on any request. They also spoke Italian and great English which was a nice addition. The room had a small terrace that was very appreciated.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour

L'hôtel se trouve juste en face de la gare. Très pratique pour venir et repartir. Il est très bien décoré. Ma chambre ne donnait pas sur la rue mais côté calme. Ce qui n'est pas négligeable pour se reposer. Chambre équipée d'un coin "kitchen" pratique pour se restaurer. Accueil parfait du propriétaire de l'hôtel et le personnel qui s'occupe de l'entretien de l'hôtel est efficace et remarquable car nettoyer tous les jours 3 étages sans ascenseur chapeau !

Il manque l'ascenseur même si c'est pas possible d'en construire un. Manque d'insonorisation qui est aggravé par certaines personnes qui pensent pas aux voisins.

Beautiful, comfortable and great location

Honestly, this should be higher than a 2 star hotel. Very spacious, comfortable, quiet rooms. You can see the owners took great care in creating a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing space. The location is great, close to good restaurants and the train station and the man shopping street and the beach. I highly recommend it!

A Cannes Gem - so glad we DIDN'T book the 4 star!!

This is a fantastic budget option for Cannes. Better than some 3/4 star hotels! Truly you are in a perfect area - so close to station - literally 30seconds - AND 2/3 mins walk to the beach. The cool restaurant vibe is literally round the corner. You have everything on your fingertips. The room was spacious. Nice balconies too. we had 2! Comfy bed. Not too firm, but not soft. I LOVE coffee and the Coffee pods almost like a proper barista coffee. Win! :) I'm a light sleeper so usually I look for reviews about street noise... Well, we were on the street side, and I barely heard a thing... Magical. Rainfall shower powerful and hot! Yes! There are steps for those not easy on their feet, so do note that.. But nothing more than a usual house staircase. Honestly everyone, it's a GEM! You will be so glad you booked it. Especially if you are planning to be out IN beautiful Cannes and not in your hotel room!

Always a friendly welcome, help with bags, etc. First floor room very quiet with large single bed and large wet room/shower area; window opens on to a small private terrace (without direct access). Very clean.

Comfortable room, excellent location

Location... Cleanliness... Safety... Service... All this I found at this beautiful little hotel, excellently located between the station and the port, and only four minutes walk from the Croisette and the beaches. The room was extremely comfortable, expertly furnished and spotlessly clean, with a modern shower and comfy bed. Though the hotel doesn't have an in-house restaurant, there are several restaurants, bakeries & cafes just a few seconds away. Housekeeping and cleanliness are top-notch. Both Marco and Silvio were warm, friendly, and hospitable, providing help when needed. Highly recommended!

A solid attractive place to stay. Super clean.

Close to train station yet also close to trendy streets for dining. Super clean room and excellent bed. People running hotel are very pleasant. By no means a luxury experience, just a simple reasonably priced room. And with a bonus of a refrigerator, microwave, espresso machine and dishes and wine classes. I recommend this place. Watch out: no lift. I was on the top floor which was fine for me but if you do not care for stairs ask for a lower level.

The television was so small, it was like a laptop hanging on the wall! Why bother! I would remove it, as most people will use their own computers. Internet was fast by the way.

Good location, clean and nice stuff.

The location of the hotel is perfect - right in the center of Cannes - so close to promenade. The room was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay there. Silvio at the office was extremely helpful with any advice I needed. It was very enjoyable stay and I would definitely go back.

Very nice hotel, close to the railway station (basically 20m, so really good if you plan to explore Cote d'Azure by train), and also not far away from city center and the beach. Also very friendly and nice staff, provided a lot of good insights, e.g. one tipp: if you go to the most eastern point of La Croisette the water will be cleaner.

Worth to mention that they are very small hotel and do not have an elevator, might be important for some travellers. Also in my room shower was combined with a WC in one space, what looks aesthatically nice, but not really comfy to use WC after shower (maybe consider adding a curtain or smth).

Perfect hotel for a short stay in Cannes

The location was amazing, right across from the train station and easy to walk everywhere. Facilities were a typical European hotel, room and bathroom were a bit tight but can’t beat it for the price we paid. Everything was very clean and the staff was very helpful with any questions we had. The braised chicken restaurant across the street was easy for a quick meal and delicious as well

Everything was great. The person who worked at the front desk was responsive to messages and let us check in much past the reception closing time. He was very helpful and even brought our bags up and down. The rooms were as expected. Great experience.
