This hotel, while seemingly appealing in photos, disappointingly fails to live up to expectations in reality. It gives off a somewhat neglected vibe, which is a major letdown. The reception staff appears to be newly hired, exhibiting a lack of experience that is quite noticeable.
A significant downside is the hotel's location - it's situated far from the city center, necessitating a car for any travel. Cleanliness is another major issue; the presence of dust everywhere and an unpleasant odor are hard to ignore. I would suggest the management to invest in some quality air fresheners. The windows seem as though they have never been cleaned, further contributing to the overall lack of maintenance.
Despite these drawbacks, I might have considered a longer stay. However, given the overall experience, I ended up staying just for one night.

Room was big and airy. Comfortable bed. Good transfer to and from the airport. Sparkling clean. You do need a car to get around though.
I didn't like the fact that they didn't tell me about the pool being renovated and therefore we couldn't use it. One of the reasons we booked the hotel was the pool.

The staff were lovely
We picked this hotel as it had a pool. I had my grandchildren with me but the pool was empty and out of action. I think they should have let guests know.. it was pretty disappointing..

We liked all at this hotel. Restuarant food was good. Staff very helpful. We had the use of our car. Hotel will provide free shuttle to and from the airport if required.

The room was large and the shower was hot and strong
Buffet breakfast was next to nothing. Very few options. There were plenty of staff and no customers. The bed was very hard. Karaoke at night was very loud and could be heard in my room. Early morning construction started at 7am. Avoid this place!!

Stunning large saltwater pool, with beer and food available, at the pool is a large exercise gym.
hotel breakfast was good, no English sausage or bacon, but it OK as we are in Thailand. It has a large selection of Thai food, with toast and jam, fruit, cereals, etc.
all ok

Booked for friends, they said the hotel was great but just a little bit too far out from the city centre.

The pool was big. It's a salt water pool and seemed well maintained. The staff were generally nice and accommodating. We ordered some food that was pretty good.
The biggest problem was that they had drunk people singing karaoke in the lobby until 11pm. This isn't a problem if you're deep in the hotel, but they put our rooms on the second floor, which has an open hallway to the lobby. Knowing we have kids, this seems like a poor decision by the staff. The beds were surprisingly firm and not as comfortable as most hotel beds. Finally, the breakfast was disappointing. It's better than the "standard Thai hotel breakfast" (white bread with hot dogs and eggs), but only marginally better. The other aggravating part was that they kept wanting to charge us extra for breakfast (we had 6 people total, 2 rooms) but I had booked an expensive 3-person room (including breakfast) and also paid for an extra bed in the 2-person room, with a note from the hotel saying "this extra bed is 500 THB/night which also includes breakfast." At multiple points they tried to tell us we had to pay extra for the breakfast. We stayed at this hotel because it was the closest large hotel to where we needed to be, but I think there are better options in Udon if you're not tied to a specific location.

It was okay. Clean. Staff were polite and helpful. The location may be handy depending on your plans, but I wouldn't choose it for the pool or facilities.
I found the room a bit gloomy. Poolside is quite rundown. Pool is small and it is also for non-residents, so it gets busy apart from early morning.
