Staff members are Awesome 😎, beds are too not comfortable, breakfast same everyday becomes boring

I enjoyed my stay despite the noise from the fire alarm

Staff were welcoming and responded to our needs

Response time when the fire alarm went off on Saturday was concerning. It went for over 10 minutes. I recommend that staff should be retrained on fire drills

I enjoyed the stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was up to standard.

The location is very central to downtown Lusaka. This did not really suit me becasue of the traffic . The staff were very friendly and helpful. I did move to Protea Hotel By Marriot after 2 nights becasue I wanted to be closer to my business area and out of the CBD and the traffic.

Amazing staff but poor facilities and maintanence.

Staff were very friendly and the location was good for business.

The bed was terrible, I had to change rooms because it was like concrete. The toilet in the second room leaked on the floor.

The parking is terrible and not practical. The breakfast was not great and the variety was lacking.

Average. Less exciting. I expected more being Protea

The breakfast is too monotonous. Same foods everyday. The location is great. Centrally positioned you get everything you need within its radius.

The gym is horrible. It is not worth calling it a gym. Compact and no equipment. Not even a treadmill. Just dumbells, two bikes and small weight machine

Location - short walking distance to where I was working, numerous food outlets and shops Quiet - serene at night time as there’ll be minimal traffic Restaurant staff - friendly and helpful Breakfast - tasty and generous though the spread was the same each morning

Tight spaces - bathroom especially had minimal elbow room. Gym - there are a few dumbbells in a room; no equipment worth noting. Opted to workout in my room. Room service - a rather unwelcoming receptionist stated that they do not provide room service as “this is a 3-star hotel”. I have stayed in similar rated hotels that provide this.

Breakfast was OK..a bit disorganised at times, otherwise acceptable, I wouldn't punish them for this, maybe a little more attention to detail. Location for me was great as it is central, traffic can be an issue, might not suit others

very helpful and nice staff! comfortable, rather spacious and clean rooms, good breakfast. I would definitely stay there again!
