So convenient for the location and spacious! We really liked the beds- we setup the bunk beds for the kids and slept in the main one ourselves. We traveled with two adults, a 7 yr old and a 3 yr old.
Nothing. Everything was great.
5.0
excellent location right behind the Templo de Diana
parking is a little far away if you have a lot of luggage; I suggest not having a lot to carry.

The location was excellent, the apartment clean and spacious. the little galley kitchen had what was needed for basic cooking. Coffee maker was a bonus!
Being in the center it was noisy outside until about midnight. Not a big problem for us.

Perfecto. Everything is great. Professional service. Although the hotel and reception are not in the same building, it was an opportunity to pass through the colorful streets of Merida. Very nice staff worked at the hotel. We arrived earlier and everything was cleaned earlier for us. Everything is clean and comfortable. We also found coffee and water. Very pleased. Merida is great, there is a lot to see and we did it on foot. The hotel is right next to the Temple of Diana. Looks great day and night. We are satisfied and recommend staying here.

superb location, well equipped room, clean & economical
dated, but reflected in price, so not a problem

Great location, right in the center of the old town. The parking was great to leave my motorcycle for the night.

Location right in the centre. PERFECT for visiting the historic sites

The apartment and location was amazing. But you have to go to another building to get the keys. I never knew this. And parking terrible.
Why not have a key-pad at the front door and a key-pad at each bedroom door. The customer receives Codes by email.
No need to find parking, walk to door, call the OTHER reception, walk to other building, walk back to Apartment, all with luggage.

10+++/A+++ Apartment directly in the middle of town near all the sites and Roman sites. Full apartment, well stocked. Nice balcony and clean apartment (Budapest Apt). New and very clean. Great A/C unit and very hot water. Great WiFi, and elevator. Great kitchenette area. Nice size queen bed in quiet location. Check-in guy at the hotel was great since there is no check-in at the actual property itself. Great communication on how to obtain the keys. Parking was in a very secure public parking garage.
Check-in was a little crazy, I had to get the keys at a hotel which was about 3 to 4 blocks away. Parking was directly behind the hotel so you had to slug your luggage through the people only zone. (3-4 blocks).
2.5
A very average stay
Having booked (and paid) on the strength of 'free parking'', l was sent a message in Spanish telling me that 1) l had to collect the keys elsewhere as there is no reception at the actual apartment and 2) the parking was a 500 yards walk from the apartment. Collecting the keys was a nightmare as the 'reception' is on a busy thoroughfare with, you get it, nowhere to leave the car. Getting to the carpark was another dreadful drive all around a mind-blowing one-way system. Having parked the car, we then had to carry heavy luggage and bags across town.
4.5
Cleaning and position
Probably it was a little bit small
4.0
proximity to everything in the city.
The parking situation is awkward with two separate properties and the whole going back-and-forth thing.

The family trip to Merida was sensational due to the location where we stayed. We'll be back soon.
3.0
Location, cleanliness, facilities, close parking included.
Miguel-Angel at reception was very helpful.
The furniture needs bit updating or some maintenance. Some hooks looked abit overused.
Missing a kettle in the kitchen to make a cup of tea.
4.5
The property was located right in the center of town but still very quiet at night.
There was nothing not to like.
4.0
Comfortable and very well localized
check in away from the apartments
(sugestion: code kee for automatic check in, with no need to go to the hotel first). it would be a 24h check in with no need of a employer to assist

Very loud neighbors and no sound proof walls/doors. The shouts and noise were disturbing until 5 am

location is perfect, and the units were basic, but comfortable.
location, and the units have all the basics.

Brilliant location steps away from the Temple of Diana. We were fortunate to land on the day of their local Roman festival, lots and lots people dressed in togas, the children looked fantastic and seemed to really enjoy it. Given it hasn't happened for 2/3years due to lockdown it must have been great for the locals to engage again.
The hotel was lovely, very quirky, each room was themed on a European city. We stayed in Prague, which was small but perfect, spotless clean with everything needed for a short stay. Very quiet at night. Lots of places to eat and an ice-cream place on the corner that had a queue around the block! Must have been good 😂.
We had breakfast at a place around from the apartment called Cerveceria La Surena. Excellent value and good food. We also spent the evening there sitting outside watching the world go by, in togas of course.
Lots to see and do just a walk away. If you are into Roman sites this is a definite stop for you, amphitheatre+theatre, bridge etc. Highly recommend Merida as a stopover of a few days or more.
Nothing about the apartment but finding it was very difficult. The GPS sent us round and round very narrow streets which were very challenging to navigate, especially in a 4x4.
We stopped in the end to ask directions for the hotel we needed to check into and finally found it.
Unfortunately we don't speak Spanish and the lovely man on reception couldn't speak English! Eventually we muddled through and got the keys for the apartment and the parking pass for the semi secure car park. From there it was a good 500/600meter walk. So if you have limited mobility this is not the place for you as in heat with luggage it is a hike. However that said if you are able, and you are going to Merida, for value, cleanliness and friendly people. Give it a go. Happy travels

Very helpful staff who dealt with us. Excellent parking facility, excellent location within the easy reach of all Roman sites, restaurants, shops, main Plaza de Espania. Even though it was remarkably quiet. We were hit by a heat wave on 37c, thankfully the air condition was excellent.
Very limited cooking facilities, only one pot, no frying pan or any utensils! Having said that we had a lot of very good restaurants just at our door step.
