We won't go again in Nefeli for sure.

The property was in communicative place. It was easy to find.

Our room was situated above the street, it was very noisy. The parking was full almost all the time. The studio, which we had to be at it turned out to be a small room with kitchen in the corridor. It was written like a 25 square meters studio, but it was including the terrace, bathroom, corridor and sleeping room that size. There wasn't any breakfast. When we arrived the host told us that we can used the beach in front the hotel with the orange sunbeds for free. On the last day when we decided to take advantage the sunbeds the host told us that we can use them for free but have to pay 15euro for the umbrella provided that there were mare than 10 umbrellas free on the beach!

Not trustful with payments and the pictures do not correspond to the reality.

THINK TWICE, They may CHARGE TWICE TOO. That's what happened to us, in June, this year: We payed in advance on the 6th of May, then, after we arrived, they notified Booking that the card was refused. We were surprised because my card had credit enough but the Island had terrible NET connections and I couldn't access my information, and I didn't took my card, so my partner payed with his credit card, but not in their reception, they have none, we payed in their Beach bar, no receipt from the hotel. When we got home, I checked with my bank, and confirmed the payment had been made on 9th of May! I notified Booking, they contacted Nefeli hotel and they argued that we rented 2 accommodations because the receipt of the payment stated local purchase (still waiting for may bank to explain who establishes that status - anyway we presented proofs as we were not in Greece in May)! We demanded that they presented a receipt from the alleged second accommodation (of course they had none). Fortunately, Booking took charge of the matter and refunded us, but this was a stressful situation. The Hotel could have easily confirm my payment (made more than 1 month before) but they saw an opportunity for something else. When confronted, instead of admitting an error -which given the circumstances, clearly was not (1 month is more than enough for bank transactions to be confirmed and this was a non refundable reserve) -, they tried to convince Booking that we rented another accommodation... On Booking they show photos from other Nefeli accommodations, they dismiss the critics saying it's not the same hotel but the owners are the same. On our accommodation, there were no knifes, no bowls, bottle opener, the electric kettle was dirty, no dinning table (just a tiny metal table outside) No mountain view no beach view, no shower curtain, no way to block the light coming from the door...

Avoid this property. It has suspicious behaviour.

The property did not answer the calls and did not reply on the messages.

This property refused to communicate and invalidaded my card several times although they took my money in the first instance. They did not cancelled the reservation nor processed the amount just kept the reservation and keeped invalidating my card in order to ask for the money for no show..

A delightful stay with a very friendly and helpful host.

Rooms are nice, the owner was very helpful, even gave me a ride for free to where I needed to go. Property is being renovated and it looks like everything will be very nice when it's done. Nice kitchenette and bedroom with a balcony and chairs to sit in the beautiful weather.

shower was very small and basically impossible to use without soaking the whole bathroom. Once I figured out I needed to use it as a hand shower it was no problem.

You get what you paid for

Location is good and the staff was very friendly!

The place has very basic facilities. No hairdryer, no reception, no information for wi-fi, no extra blanket. It didn't feel clean either

- location was perfect, next to the sandy beach; - Thomas, the host, was very kind and helpful; - they accept pets

- rooms were not very clean; - breakfast was not available as mentioned; - 10 euro/night as tax for pets is not mentioned when booking

Great location for the trips to Porto Katsiki or Doucato etc... We had nice sea view from the balcony :) Good place if you want to try windsurfing - school was in front of apartments

Just missing rubbish bin in the kitchen/bedroom (small one in the bathroom wasnt enough)

nice modern apartments

Really nice modern rooms tucked on the northern side of the road. Simple, clean, with all the facilities you need and a lovely little balcony for an early evening rest. In my view, these look a better standard of accommodation than those overlooking the beach, and they were very quiet too.

nothing, it was all good. it’s a long walk in the heat into Vasiliki proper, but there’s plenty of bars and restaurants at this end of the bay.

Vasiliki bay is a great water sports destination and Nefeli a perfect hotel for enjoying it.

Location is excellent, staff helpful and friendly. I was met on arrival, was able to park my hire car for free. The room I had was excellent, a great size, the self catering element is fab as there’s little convenience store just opposite selling everything you need. The view of the bay from my balcony were exceptional and watching the windsurfers, very entertaining. As a solo traveller, location is very important and Vasiliki is very safe - I felt completely at ease here.
