Superb place to stay.

Superb comfortable bed, clean, amazing breakfast with fresh fruit salad. Super friendly staff couldn't do enough for you. Great touch to have fresh milk and fruit juice in the fridge, too.

Wonderful

Lovely room, very clean with a very comfortable bed. Room serviced daily (which is a big bonus). Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and the dinner menu is great. Superb food.. Didn't want to come home.... Will certainly be booking in to this hotel when we visit this area next time. Highly recommended. Excellent location, easy walking distance to railway station.

Will definitely return.

Friendly staff, very clean basic but comfortable room and excellent breakfast and evening meal.

The hotel was undergoing some renovation but it didn’t really disturb us.

One of the best gastro pubs we have stayed in. Service, food and accommodation was beyond our expectations.

Excellent staff, food, accommodation and restaurant/bar area. Nothing was too much trouble. Happy friendly staff. Very clean, modern,spacious room. Good value for money. The manager is brilliant.

Loved it, would definitely return.

Everyone was so friendly and they communicated great as a team which is a breath of fresh air to see. The complimentary breakfast was Devine and set out great so all you had to do was come downstairs and sit down. The room was lovely and simple and the beds very comfy. Really had everything you needed and there is even a mini fridge with free drinks in on the landing outside the rooms which I thought was a brilliant touch.

The only critique I have is that a few of the plugs in our room were loose and a couple of the lamps didn’t work. That’s if I’m being fussy.

Amazing hotel with fabulous staff!

The rooms were clean, tidy & well presented and the bed was incredibly comfy! Lovely location for exploring the surrounding Dales. All staff were welcoming and tentative, especially Michelle who is a wonderful host! We’ve already said, we will be back :)

Comfortable room and a good cooked breakfast in a pleasant location.

Giggleswick is an attractive village and it was a pleasant walk into Settle town centre and railway station. The hotel is a fine, old stone building. Parking was convenient and free. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom reasonably large, with a bath. The breakfast choice was pretty good, with a vegan option, and the food was very well cooked. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Although the room was comfortably furnished, the wallpaper and decoration was looking a little tired. As were the spaces around the exterior of the hotel, which is basically a pub with rooms. A fairly minor, but easily rectifiable issue: the hotel did not provide any green or peppermint tea or similar, either in the rooms or at breakfast.

Nice friendly hotel, great food, lovely area, would stay again

Fresh milk for tea/coffee provided in small bottles, also water and orange juice provided for guests in a communal small fridge - Excellent touch, much appreciated! Free parking onsite. Very tasty, good value and quality meals in the evening (we pre-booked but they do accomodate walk-in) and good cooked breakfast too. Room and bathroom very clean, great shower and plenty of hot water. Bed soft and very comfortable. Free WiFi. Staff all very friendly and helpful, made us very welcome. Location within walking distance of Settle, but Giggleswick itself is beautiful too and worth exploring.

Little surprised that there was no shower screen or shower curtain on the above bath shower, looked like it was under repair, but we managed okay. Could also do with a non-slip bath mat being provided as standard, no doubt if we had asked I am sure they would have provided one.

Friendly staff and management team along with excellent accommodation and great food.

Breakfast was excellent. Great choice, freshly prepared using quality ingredients. The room was spacious and the facilities were very good. There was a mini fridge on the landing containing bottled water, fresh milk and orange juice, all complimentary.

The evening menu on Sunday was somewhat restricted because they had run out of certain dishes

Relaxed community atmosphere, nothing too much trouble, quiet location yet good for town, good food and easy parking.

Absolute everything ! One night stay with our dog... great hosts - very welcoming - great evening meal and fantastic breakfast... perfect for an overnight stay with your pet..... Beer garden at the rear too.... perfect to relax in after a decent walk in the hills

Greet you as if you are ruining their day. Cold reception and first impression. landlady, waitress, chefs and kitchen st

free waters, orange juices and milk for the rooms. pretty beautiful little village- drive through it and up the hill to see the most beautiful church and cricket

The staff are very friendly and made me feel very welcome.

Getting parked was not very easy, not enough space. Otherwise it was a lovely stay and will definitely keep them in mind for next time.

Very pleasant, no real issues.

The background music was rather intrusive.couldnt reach the bedside light switch from the bed .

perfect little getaway, gorgeous room, location and lovely staff.

The hotel as a whole was perfect. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. we were greeted by a lovely lad who made time to check us in. we could see he was very busy with other customers but he still made time for us and made us feel welcome. we had dinner there as well. both had pie and it was delicious. we also had breakfast and again perfect. the room was spotless and the bed, not only was it huge but it so super comfy ! really enjoyed our stay and we would come back again.
