Terrible. Paid for 5 nights. Moved out half way through the stay.

The best thing about this apartment is the location

- It was loud. We could hear the neighbors all night and the street sounds too. - It was dirty. Dead bugs on the walls and ceilings. Dust below the beds. Musty smell. Floors weren’t cleaned either.

very central to everything. was handy being above a supermarket. a lovely 7 day break away.

perfect location, clean and tidy, light and airy. nice and big. had Wi-Fi although I don’t need it. it’s good to know it was there. quiet at night too.

no air conditioning, very warm, shower tray would overspill and kitchen utensils were basic but I managed to make some lovely meals.

the location is great, just rigth in the heart of the town extremely close to the beach. Plenty of restaurants , bars, coffee shops etc to go to.

Because is very central , it is very noise at night. Guest can hear the music from hotels near by, people haveing a good time on the streets etc. There is a big problem with mosquitos, the apartment was infected with them. Unfortunately that ruined our nights casue it was a challenge to have some rest, at the end of the week our legs and arms were completely covered with bites. We also have an issue with some water coming trought the ceiling light in the bathroom, it seems the flat above us had its bath blocked . We reported it to the agency , the ladies were really nice on the phone but nothing was done about it , not even a follow up call to check how we were doing.

not satisfied for the money, noisy and hot aprtment

- location is great, few minutes to the beach, big supermarket in the building, doctor next to building - apartment is big and the terrace view is great

- too hot inside, this apartment needs air condition - rush street is a little bit annoying in the night - apartment is noisy, you hear everything from hallway and neighbours - you have to take out rubbish, containers are 2min away (if you don’t, fee is 40€) - kitchen is poorly equipped - after arrival, there was sand on the floor - 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 day - main doors downstairs were opened all the time

the apartment was very hot due to lack of air conditioning there were 2 fans in the apartment, they were a bit old and not very efficient the apartment looked better in pictures than in reality The bathroom lock was bad, one of us got stuck There was no coffee machine, kettle, and toaster as described

No air conditioning, invest in that, fans are no good in August, you have to have air con , television no remote control, no ice tray available, no bottle opener ??? 1 glass in cupboard, no security main door entrance open. I Spoke to a person who lives there, he told me it's a hostel.????? Bathroom no ventilation. Driver dropped me off last and told me to turn left I did, but I couldn't see because it was nightime no neon light to say Acapulaca apartments, dirty dark and I felt uncomfortable, in the end I had to go to a bar to ask them if they know these apartments and they helped. It was awfull and I'm so disappointed that booking com have this terrible place on your website, misleading, and I will take this matter further. Simply the worst experience. You only write good points, but I used to work in tourism while everything is never perfect , this was utter awful . So I then changed to a hotel I have mentioned to you, and obviously I have had to pay extra euros for 1 night, because I couldn't cope withour Air conditioning. Do you not inspect premises before you advertise on what I still regard as the no1 website. I will like you to please investigate further. Thank you.

its very big and spacious!

the apartment wasn’t very clean, there is a kitchen with all cooking utensils but not even salt or pepper or some olive oil was provided. i would at least expect the basics to be there. one roll of toilet paper for 4 people, this should be provided throughout the whole stay. be careful if you dont bring out your own rubbish at the end of your stay they charge 40.- which i find incredibly exaggerated and never had to do that either. i was lucky my friend so it somewhere written!

Save yourself from a terrible experience and just look some other place.

Nothing, everything is terrible. No double bed and the beds were separate even though I booked a double bed. The door handle fell upon arrival and then they charged us 120 euros for that. It was on the edge and then 120 euros to put it back. The supermarket down there belongs to them and the prices x5. Never buy anything from there. The area is so boring and I would never suggest it. Stay away from this scam hotel.

SHOCKING

Location

We acommodated there with 3 months old infant. There was freezing, we had 3 small electric heaters but once we managed to warm up suddenly the electricity was cut off for a long time. No lights, no heating for hours every day. We called the owner, we also left message on booking.com - with no reply!! What is more we couldn't take a shower in the evening cause the water was cold!! We had broken, unsafe kettle (with sparks around when in use). Cooker also didn't work, windows and patio doors were leaky so it was even colder at the apartment. It was mentioned that the curfew is from 23:00 to 8:00 but every night till the very late hours our neighbours had a party. We could hear every noise, shout ans step. We couldn't sleep because all of that, our baby was crying, it was nightmare. We arrived there to get rest and relax, in fact we were more stressed and even more tired. We demand full refund. Already informed booking.com customer service to step it.

Location was excellent close to shops and beach, very pleasant surroundings

The shower leaked water on the floor after every shower, the beds were also very uncomfortable.

Low price, good for peaple who are not looking comfort

The apartmant is good location for young people , near a lot of pubs and restaurant.

Very loud place. We live in third floor without lift. Kitchen is emty, maximal for tea.

Great apartment at this price

Price. Very good location. Lots of space. All the necessary equipment. The presence of a terrace. Spar on the ground floor with cheap wine;)

The balcony is really nice

The location is amazing and the room is bigger than I expected.

If you are coming mainly for washing machine then I wouldn't recommend this place. It took us a lot of time waiting for the machine to clean our clothes, however, we wash all by hand in the end because the machine can't clean the clothes well, bubbles everywhere.

Extremely soft probably very old and used mattress. Impossible to sleep on it. Kitchen was missing simple equipment such as matches for putting on the gas stove. Brutal heat due no air conditioning.

After the experience and many shortcomings, I would not go to this accommodation again.

Large terrace, which will be appreciated especially by children. Good location. Close to the beach, shops, buses and restaurants.

The host didn't provide the correct code, didn't provide complete information, everything was handled on the spot by phone, which was very time consuming. We had a late arrival, which I stated when booking. Solving the right code was very annoying at night with tired children. Bed linen wasn't covered on the duvets and bed linen wasn't in the accommodation. A small double bed, more for one adult and a child not for two adults. Just a few pieces of dishes and everything dirty. Stove with an empty gas bomb. The light in the kitchen sometimes didn't work. Very small clothes dryer. There are no towel hooks in the bathroom. The shower almost didn't flow, bad shower head, we bought a new one at our own expense, then it was possible to shower! Towards the end very noisy neighbors who disturbed the peace of the night. The host has charged an accommodation fee in Mallorca for children, although it is paid for adults only and doesn't apply to children!

Good for the location and price, but needs improvements about the cleanlines and way to contact you.

The location. The appartment size.

The cleanliness was very poor. The beds and the floor was okej. However, the furnitures and kitchen utensils were not very clean. In this time of Covid, we expecte more care about the cleanliness. A pan was really dirty. Okej we usually wash before using them, but we expect find them clean somehow. Not so much pressure in the shower. Shower was old. It was complicated to get in touch with the hotel before check-in. I sent emails and sms and no answer about the code for the keys. In the check-in them we had to call them after two times. Then they told us that they send the code to another email address.

The balcony was the best space in our opinion. We had breakfast there every morning.

The intimacy in the balcony was poor due to the wall separating apartments. (It was too low and so we did not feel safe because neighbors could easily jump in).

Very good location, by the street where are restaurants, shops and bars... Under the apartment is a market. Very clean and very spacious apartment, enough rooms (2 bedrooms, bathroom, large dinning and living room, large terrace, kitchen...). Perfect for family.
