Understated and a gem of a place

The perfect accomodation for a group. The location of this place was epic, right in the middle of the most picturesque strip in Marmaris (you did get many people outside the gate taking pictures) and about 2 mins to the castle. Our host was welcoming and very informative. There was a washing machine, 2 balconies, towels, air con. It was a perfect stay.

If you are on a wheelchair it may be very difficult to get to, as the accomodation is accessible through a walking path only. You can get dropped off to a nearby cafe 1-2 mins from the house.

It was in a GREAT location in the old city with a nice sea view terrace. People were taking pictures by its door. Host Ali is a very nice guy and very helpful.

The parking is an issue IF you are driving.

Cosy and feel home ..near the castle and shopping centre. Ideal location. The gentleman who runs the hotel he is a very nice person he helped us with parking our car 🚗 and advised us where to go and what to do. Thank you so much, Mr. Ali..wish you all the best.

The bed was not comfortable. I wished they could change the bed sheets...it's looks pretty old and used

Great. Right in the heart of Marmaris with everything a short walk away.

Location is what this place is about. Get to stay within the ancient alleyways next to the castle and enjoy an authentic experience. This property had more than enough space for a family of five. Travel light; the alleyways make pulling a 20Kg suitcase difficult. We took only a backpack and left the remainder in the car.

Picture perfect Aegean paradise

We stayed in the 2-bedroom villa and the best part was the stunning terrace overlooking the Marina. The villa was very pretty and spacious, perfect area of town. Lots of noise if you are outside at night but inside you can’t hear anything.

There are mosaic style stones embedded in the floor so you need flip flops or slippers to walk around. Some furnishings could use an upgrade.

Spacious house, great location loved every minute of it.

Loved everything about it, Mediterranean in style building, large cool living room very and it was 31 degrees outside even in May. Excellent terrace off the bedroom which is a sun trap, great covered roof with seating and a hammock. Pleasant area right next to the castle/Museum. The bonus was the place came with two cats that don't actually live there but will make themselves at home if you let them.

Beautiful three bed house with two balconies with spectacular views of the bay. So tastefully decorated with everything you need in it. Cleaned daily even though self catering and the Host Ali could not have been more helpful. Cannot recommend highly enough 👌

Lovely apartment in the city centre

Great location in the centre of Marmaris, not far from the bazaar and seaside. Lovely apartment with beautiful white and blue exterior in the old part of town, right next to the castle and café with a great breakfast. The apartments has everything necessary, really nice and relaxing stay.

the hotel itself not a conventional hotel. it is a few “rooms” located in a same area Owner is very friendly. we got a big room with great view from terrace and from windows at the second floor. it us a good place to stay a night or two, if you want to immerse yourself in history. located at the sea side near Netsel marina.

despite the fact that “room” we got located on 4 floors - this is entire condo, its can comfortably accommodate only one couple. The sealing at the basement is very low. with my 1,83 sm I need to walk bending my head. washroom at the basement is also extremely uncomfortable and I wasn’t able to take shower there. Top floor us fine, but with strong wind all windows are shaking and making loud sound. hard to sleep. need renovation.

Central location and cute place

Owner Ali is very helpful and kind. Place is historic, lots of room to chill and centrally located near marina and old city.

No parking nearby, so if you have a car, it’s a little challenging to park and then get to the property. Also no breakfast is available on the property.
