No parking after I requested it on booking

It was clean and tidy and not far from public transport
It was a bit basic I would not say it was superior.

The manager was very helpful with me as I was using crutches. Overall very polite in all conversations I had with him. Nice quiet location. The rooms were clean.
Big one is no parking. Didn't matter on this trip as I wasn't driving myself. It would impact my decision on staying there again if I was using a car in my travels.

The apartment was in a reasonable location. Our first apartment had adequate crockery etc. but our second apartment only had 1mug. The washing machines and tumble dryer were handy
The receptionist wasn’t very welcoming as he wanted to get off early and we didn’t get there until just before closing. Our air con dripped water all the time it was on and the carpet was dirty made my socks filthy.

Really great location! Close to restaurants and cafes. Short walk from Rundle Street and Rundle Mall - perfect location for the Harvest Rock festival.
A free city bus stop wasn't too far away either if you needed it.
Staff was welcoming. Room was cleaned thoroughly.
Room was not ready until 3pm, despite check in stating from 2pm. We recieved apologies however and were provided some small refreshments which was appreciated.
We had a ground floor apartment which meant a bit of noise.
Whenever someone in the apartment above flushed the toilet there was a loud banging shudder of pipes and loud gush of water down the drain pipe right near the bedroom window.
The entrance door also kept shuddering each time someone entered down the hall.

I wish I could’ve taken the bed home with me. The amenities and facilities were great & fantastic location. Value for money 100%!
Opening the secured parking a little confusing & checkout out after hours was a little bit confusing but was ok once we figured it out in the information packet.

Would recommend to anyone , not flash , short on towels but 👌 . Excellent handy Restaurants, and hop on n off buses good .
Mattress and pillows were very hard

Mostly location more than the apartment itself
Wish there were more blankets and access to towels or if there was a cleaner that did a round every couple of days to see if we needed more towels. The bathroom door was broken so leaked water EVERYWHERE each time we had a shower and we had to use the towels to mop the floor after each shower and had to continue to wash the towels. Lucky there was a washing machine and dryer :)

Location, space, car parking
Some of the cutlery was dirty, there were no containers to allow use of microwave, there was no detergent to allow use of clothes washing machine, shower leaked heavily on to bathroom floor

The gentleman at reception was lovely! So kind and easy to talk to. The check in was simple and quick.
The bathroom was just a bit dated with mouldy grout but that happens over time. It wasn’t terrible by any means. Was still a pleasant stay.
The air conditioner was also making a terrible high pitched noice when I would turn it on to heat up the room. Room 104.

Great location, right next to Hutt St with its free bus, food shops etc. Very close to an IGA and a few blocks from the markets. Friendly staff. This time we were given a disabled friendly apartment, which I was impressed to find that they have, though I hadn’t notice it advertised as such.
Previously we stayed in an upstairs apartment, which was great. This time we were in one of the cheaper, smaller downstairs ones on the ground floor, tucked into the back corner of the building,. It didn’t get any natural warmth despite having a small, enclosed courtyard because of the surrounding structures. Our biggest issue was the noise of people coming and going from outside to to the lifts til about 2am, amplified by the tiled corridor. Something that sounded like a security box near the entrance also beeped a lot of the night as well. I do acknowledge that the corridor noise was considerably quieter in the bedroom than it was in the main room due to some smart floor layout, but the sliding Japanese screen which served as a divider between the bedroom and living area did not block it out completely. A sign at the entrance or near the lifts asking people to be quiet as there are apartments at this level may help, as it isn’t obvious that they are there. We also had an occupant in the upstairs apartment who started the washing machine and dryer directly above us at 4.30am, which was quite noisy. I was a little surprised that there couldn’t be allocated hours for such activity.
We did not experience any of these issues previously in the upstairs apartment upstairs, so next time I will make sure I get one of those.

it’s in a very quiet area and some nice shops just around the corner
nothing not to like I thought at first we were too far out of town but a free bus takes you all around the city very convenient

the location was perfect and under cover secure parking gave peace of mind.
The property requires an extensive clean top to bottom and refurbishment of the bathroom. The apartment was booked for four people, two forks and one knife was not helpful. The shower had an empty soap container so we had to buy our own soap and two rolls only for six nights could have been fine if Hume actually serviced the apartment. We asked reception for fresh towels and as we were going out kindly requested to have them delivered to our room. At 5pm our dirty towels were still sitting on the bench where we left them for easy collection. Even the blinds for the reception door are bent and buckled so first sight is a poor impression. The second bedroom does not have the capacity for fresh air as the building design has removed the concept of an open window.

location
the fold out bed was uncomfortable with inadequate bedding
4.0
The location is perfect for an inner city stay. It's convenient to everything with cafes and a park nearby and easy walking distance the city.
The mould in the shower on arrival was disgusting. I have never stayed in accommodation EVER that has not been cleaned like that. The bed was only half made..the bottom sheet only went halfway down the bed so you were actually sleeping on the exposed mattress. And the security of access to the carpark was unsafe..because they had apparently "run out" of remotes we had to get out of the car..lock the car..walk across to a door to let ourselves into the carpark...activate the roller door..then get back into your car before you could drive into the carpark..we have stayed here before and never had these problems. It was incredibly disappointing

Wanted to cook meals but there was a small pot not big enough and a very small damaged frypan scratched everywhere. We asked if we could get anything else but they said no so we couldn't cook anything...great !
