Следующий раз по приезду в Ташкент в эту гостиницу заказывать через букинг не буду.

Персонал хороший отзывчивый, место расположения хорошее

Объект рекламируется как СПА . На самом деле туда не ходят потому что бассейн там осенью холодный . Ходить туда ради сауны нет смысла. В нашем номере в ванной комнате был запах канализации просил что то сделать приходили три раза проблему не решили и комнату не поменяли.

Отлично. Обязательно вернусь.

Все очень хорошо. Отличные завтраки, внимательный персонал. Отзывались на все просьбы. Также, мне очень понравилось быть в спа одной ))) Местоположение тоже крайне приятное.

На момент моего приезда еще не была установлена терраса на улице - немного мне ее не хватало

They charged us a higher price than which we agreed at booking.com Staff was very rude. Owner of the hotel saw the case but did nothing. Never advise

Never again . Supposed to be a quality hotel . Nope !

The bathroom paper and plaster has obviously been wet and is falling off . Nothing seems to have been fixed to the bathrooms walls properly. Standard of workman ship is utter rubbish and hotel maintenance was absolutely shocking .

Not bad, really!

This is one of the best offers in Tashkent, taking into account the combination of price and quality. Quiet atmosphere, everything you need in the room is available. Very good location.

Trainers in the fitness center don't work or work improperly. Problems with internet connection from time to time.

Comfort, great service

The receptionist warmly welcome us, and they really provide the best service which satisfied me a lot! The hotel location is convenient, only take 10min to reach the airport, also easy to get on any place! Definitely recommend this hotel！

Exceptional

The hotel is located around the corner to the metro station. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Many nice restaurants nearby. We spent two nights in Tashkent and managed to cover the historical sites. We finished of our evening with a taxi ride to the magic city park. This is beautiful and worth a visit. Msny shops snd restaurants to eat at.. Every hour they do a fountain show which is really beautiful to watch.

Acommodsrion were very nice, clean and spacious.Friendly staff at reception desk, always very helpful. Discent breakfast with a very good service by the staff.

A short distance walk to all the shops and restaurants. Good place for sauna.

The location and the sauna facility.

Breakfast and no air conditioning in the room. The room was hot unless you open all the windows. No room service.

Nice place to stay in Tashkent

Good hotel for the night before my train back to Tashkent. Close to the train station but you have to go down the block (to the right) to find the metro, then its just a few stops away to the center of town and the parks.

Perfect location, very friendly helpful staff and the manager. I've stayed with my two young children and their first trip to Uzbekistan has started with the nice impression by staying in Gloria hotel, being welcomed and any of our requests or questions were sorted or resolved with a great attention. I'd highly recommend Gloria hotel to any travellers, it's a nice, quiet and clean hotel in a very central spot of Tashkent which can suit as business travellers as well as families and couples. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. The staff always helps with booking a taxi and deals with any sort of questions in a polite and professional manner. Overall, its being a great experience with Gloria. We would love to come back:)

Perfect for business costumers.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks (it shows one day because the other days were booked by the institution, I also was away for 2-3 days). Convenient location with quiet environment, professional and sincere staff make you feel at home. Very good service for business customers to meet their business partners at the hotel. Flexibility in service is also a bonus. Thoughtful chef offers good food service too. The staffs who do housekeeping are friendly and nice.

Some staffs are not professional, e.g. a staff tried twice to offer me some rooms different from what I booked when they do have an empty room that fits my booking, that wasted me an hour to settle down when I was super tired in the night. Some facilities should be adjusted (the place of the bathroom sprinkler, the functioning of the safe), and some equipment should be cleaned more often (air conditioner filter, curtain, etc.)

Freindly staff and convenient location

Location of the hotel is very convenient. Stores, market, banks, ATMs, restaurants and a metro station are close enough to walk from here. Our room was clean and commodious, a bed was very comfortable.

There was only one bath towel in our room but the room was for a couple. Safe and a teapot didn’t work.

Everything was good. Staff for free allocated for us a bigger room than we booked. All requests were processed kindly and quickly. Would stay there again.

We liked the location, the breakfast was good.

In the shower was a little bit dirty, they have an aquarium with sad fish and sea turtle.

The location place is good, there are many restaurants and shops close to this location.

I liked the rooms, but there are different type of rooms, the rooms with single bed are very good.

The TV satellite has not enough channels.

A good place with many small annoyances

The room was nice, facilities are cool, staff are helpful and very responsive. Overall we love our stay there. Location is good too: many restaurants, a good coffeeshop, a bank across the road, metro station is not far away

Many little things: called for sauna twice, both times it was cold when we came - the message lost in transition, someone forgot. Didn't get cleaning until we called for it, after cleaning we got a really small blanket and no toilet paper. Toilet had an issue - water sometimes didn't stop flowing. Wifi was unstable - good enough for YouTube but not for videochats. Should say that most issues were resolved fast after calling reception though.
