Clean warm quiet and comfortable

It was a great location easy to fine and close to the shop . Very comfortable bed and the spa was great.

You should up date to a smart TV or a way to connect to it with a phone or iPad.

Close to beach

Beds to hard and no stove or fry pan to cook on. Also l selected this bnb because it was dog friendly ...owner complained about dogs and was going to charge us extra. Needs to understand Booking com more! Had no idea. We were also rushed out of accommodation. It said 12 check out. Cleaner turned up at 11am. We had too rush and pack up.. really inconvenient. Not impressed

Cute comfortable and clean with a lovely host in central location on peninsula.

Cute and cosy, host was helpful when we had an issue. Cottage has high ceilings so light and airy and having a lovely deck to sit was a bonus. Bathroom is lovely.

The aircon is noisy so difficult to sleep with it on but there is a fan as well. Rosebud itself is not the best location for restaurants or ‘nice’ shopping but it is central on peninsula so not far to most places and has everything you need in terms of groceries/chemist etc.

the owners are super super supportive! close to the beach, safe, and good for just changing, moving ‘in and out’ of room or around the area. large room!

large room but the utensils and space is not functional for the stay. too many relics. attain much dust.

It’s good place to stay for short period, quite neighbourhood.

Location is good and walking distance to beach The spa bath was great for relaxation. Just a suggestion, maybe you can put a sign in the spa to all user that no untied long hair or not to leave child unattended coz the spa suction could cause problem. Thank you

We asked for clean room/no dust as much as possible due to my husband and child health issues, dining table mats left with bread crumbs, the display cabinet is dusty and we cleaned. The TV table is too dusty that we didn’t clean for the host to see, if they check properly before next guest.

Perfect getaway

Very easy to find thanks to the gorgeous sign up front, very pretty theme that suits the very convenient coastal location. Beautiful garden with fresh herbs and very welcoming host Suan. Thank you again for the wonderful trip!

It was described as Retro and indeed had a collection of retro items. However on arrival the cottage garden was overgrown and untidy. Supplies were minimal for two people for a two night stay

Cosy, peaceful & relaxing - a charming cottage.

The breakfast was amazing, cottage extremely cosy. Was able to relax and also get some work done. The staff - Suan Lee was delightful and welcoming. Thank you 🙏

I do video calls for my work so better internet would be an improvement but not a deal breaker. I was able to use my phone instead.

Could be great, but..

Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was good. Kitchen well equipped. Friendly host. Retro design is something different. Clean.

Second hand cheap Aldis shampoos and cereals. Outdated products like used tube of Vegemite. Not one satchel of instant coffee or sugar in cottage as it is standard in any motel/hotel accommodation. Charges extra for cleaning and washing of linen. Demands an extra $200 deposit in case something is broken. Refund of that after one week?! Never had been asked for extra deposit for breakage before anywhere else and we travel a lot worldwide! Bit overpriced for what’s on offer.
