Schönes Zimmer, alles sauber, direkt neben Talstation und Hotel/Bar im Haus.

Location exactly next to the ski lift, parking possibilities ,
bed is okay but also could be more comfortable for the solo room

Great location, very good breakfast, nice staff
4.5
Great staff. Awesome restaurant. Other meal options nearby. A few steps from the lift. Ski storage room. A day storage area to store our bags before we checked in. Room was clean and lovely and warm. Fantastic views.
Beds were a touch soft for my liking, but then I do prefer a firmer bed. Hotel is older, but it has great character so all good!

Great location, very friendly, good room space.
Has seen better days.. I don't mind but the rate is a little bit high for what it us. Nevertheless there are a few advantages with the great location next to the gondola (ski and sledge) and free parking.

I stayed for a night to ski. The room was comfortable.
The restaurant is pretty.
The furniture and the style is quite old.
The lady at the breakfast could be more friendly.

I didn't book a breakfast but when I went to ask for one I was dismissed very unpolitely by a member of staff
The corridors were dark and there was no emergency lighting. It was also quite hard to find the light switches while moving through the hotel. All the fire doors were wedged open which represents a serious fire hazard. The room was quite large but the TV was tiny. While showering the water temperature kept changing.

fantastic location - walk into the piste, right by the 441 bus.
fantastic staff and food
wifi only available in the lobby — it’s not a huge deal but it’s also annoying not to be able to use your phone for a few minutes in your own room while relaxing. especially for EU tourists who don’t have 3G coverage while in Switzerland

The hotel is right next to the Tannenheim lift station, you can ski to within meters of the front door. Free onsite outdoor parking is great now that Flumserberg has gone to paid parking everywhere (the hotel has indoor parking but you have to pay). Super friendly and helpful staff. I was in a single room in the older part of the hotel. It was old and had not been modernised but the room & bathroom were clean, warm and quite, for the price (in CH and direct by the lift with parking) it is great value for money. Breakfast included.
As I stayed very early in the season the hotel restaurant wasn't yet open for business, there is a very nice pizza & grill place over the road. Hopefully before the season gets fully under way and the place gets bussier they will instigate better corona-pass checks, unfortunatly one asked to see mine at check-in. Good to see that everyone inside was masked up.

Staff was very kind. They accommodated our stay with a dog, let us check in late and check out late as we needed, and generally was kind and helpful. Location is fantastic, with a place to park in front, right next to the ski lift in Tannenheim (no easy slopes go down here, but if you're a novice you can drive up to Tannenboden in under 5 minutes).
Our dog loved it too.

The view from the rooms was great, the room itself quiet (you couldn't hear anybody else walking around like in some other hotels). It is not a 5 star hotel, but we dind't expect that. The room was nicely renovated and had wooden furniture.
The TV was an older flatscreen model and we watched it a bit during the evenings. The beds were comfy and warm, and we even got a balcony, despite not booking one. Breakfast was good (croissants, bread, braided bread etc.., cheese & cold cuts, the usual stuff, but in smaller servings). Coffe was served for you after you sat down. and I have to say the coffe did taste very good!
After checkout, you were allowed to use the shower for the bike campers, to get out of your dirty clothes before going home.
Staff was really friendly and forthcoming! :)
Perfect stay for a bike weekend, but you might wanna check the hotels own website, to get better deal, including bike tickets for 2 days + breakfast & dinner.
Lack of poweroutlets (there were two lapms, so we each used the poweroutlet of those, and a few behind the tv (2x))
The door to the bathroom was hard to close (you had to press hard, multiple times for the door to close)

Excellent localization, only few steps from the lift. Very nice staff and delicious food. Just can't say any bad word about this place.

The price is too expensive for the old room
