Our guide, Jesus, was amazing. Also the pool was nice after the tpurs to cool down and stop sweating for a moment. Food was also okay. After all we had two great nights here. The bar with Benoit making tasty Pisco Sours was also good.
Only cold showers available. There was no warm water. Electricity went off at certain times. Bathrooms could be more modern.

Amazing facilities in the jungle, really integrated with nature! Really helpful staff, great guide (Raúl), and super food along the day. Of course, the highlight was the excursion to lake Sandoval - stunning! Strongly recommended!
everything was perfect - the photos on booking.com do not do justice!

Staff very efficient. Guide Rolando was SUPER ! He went out of his way to make sure there was something interesting to see for the full three days. Meals were based on local foods; nicely presented.

Lovely place, very attentive staff, and the food is excellent!!
We did a 4d/3n stay and the native experience was perhaps not necessary

The lodges are amazing, very well maintained and clean. The pool was clean and the location is great, right in the middle of nature. You have electricity from 7 to 2-3 pm and from 5 to 22.30 pm. The wifi was also working nicely. You have a pool table and board games to play in the evening.
The tours were very disappointing and our guide didn't speak very good English, always searching for his words. It was boring to listen to someone who's speaking so slowly and completely lacking enthusiasm. The food was good the first day, but the second day, especially at dinner, we couldn't eat it so i had to ask for some butter and bread instead. The communication with them is quite difficult. We arrived to Puerto Maldonado by bus from Cusco and they didn't pick us up from the bus station. Instead we had to take a taxi to get to their office. However, they reimbursed us for the cost of our taxi.
