Very comfortable and homely

Beautifully decorated and equipped cabin with quality appliances made it feel like home away from home. I have stayed in some of the other Riverside Cabins in past and they were not as nice.

The view from this cabin is not as good as most other Riverside Cabins, it looks directly across to another cabin and view of river/mountain can only be seen from certain places inside cabin. Price was higher when I stayed than other Riverside cabins but it does vary (it was cheaper at one point when I was looking so you could grab a bargain)

Nice home and I will come over and stay again

Very homely with EVERYTHING provided. Coffee grinder and coffee machine and everything else!! Very warm rooms too! Love the location! Within walking distance to the Thredbo chairlift.

The prices is just a little steep and there is no parking available during the peak season. Driving a car there could means one have to find parking elsewhere.

Great spot. Plenty of blankets, heating & cushions. The kitchen was well equipped.

Our particular apartment was behind others, so it had no real view, which was a shame. The mattress on the bed was a bit worn out.

Cosy and beautifully equipped apartment. Handy location by the river. 2 min walk to the village and chair lifts.

Parking could be an issue during busy periods.

A stay in the cabin was a peaceful and serene escape from the outside world.

Staying in the cabin was an enjoyable and memorable experience. The peaceful and serene atmosphere surrounded by beautiful natural scenery was truly relaxing. The simple yet comfortable cabin amenities were all that was needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, the escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life was exactly what I needed and I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

Although the cabin was peaceful and serene, the tranquil atmosphere was somewhat disrupted by the constant noise from renovations taking place next door. This was a bit of an inconvenience for me during my stay and detracted from the overall peaceful experience I was seeking. The noise from the renovations was quite loud and could be heard from within the cabin, making it difficult to relax completely. Despite the cabin's other strengths, this issue with noise could be a dealbreaker for those looking for a truly quiet escape.

A great little cabin close to Thredbo village. Convenient walking to local facilities.

Lovely stay in this very cosy cabin. We will return hopefully in winter.

It wasn't a big deal but there was very little toilet paper so we just bought some at the supermarket. No proper wine or champagne glasses.

Would highly recommend Chill Out for couples.

Great location. In early summer it was nice and quiet and the nearby river and trees were very beautiful. Chill Out was well appointed with everything we needed for a 2 night stay.

As I was travelling with my daughter (who was not keen to share a bed!) we needed to use the sofa bed. While the main bed was very comfortable the sofa bed was not so comfortable for an adult after a long day in the car or hiking. We each had a night in the comfortable bed and one on the sofa bed so at least one good night's sleep each!

Cosy stay in a great location!

Wonderful location in Thredbo, close to bars and restaurant’s as well as easily access to hiking routes. Super clean and cosy with a balcony overlooking the slopes. Affordable in summer and a responsive host. Would stay again!

Would be concerned for car parking in busier periods, but we found one easy in the off season!

An excellent place to stay in Thredbo - very highly recommended.

A great place to stay in Thredbo for a couple or single. There is everything that you need in the self contained chalet. It’s cosy and comfortable and central to all of the village facilities. Instructions are easy and it was a great stay!

Cozy, Comfortable Cabin....

The cabin is really lovely, warm, cozy, perfect for a couples getaway. Well laid out, clean, can hear the stream at the bottom of the property. Lovely views. Great for walking, hiking.

Aside from a no hot water issue on arrival which could not have been foreseen and which the owner did her best to have sorted as quickly as possible the next day, there is nothing not to like about the property. If the water had not been an issue, this stay would have been exceptional.
