Excellent accommodation in a beautiful location. The breakfast is great too!

Superb location. Accommodation was of an extremely high standard. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast using local ingredients. All the staff were helpful and courteous.

lovely

The building, its character and welcoming feel. The guest sitting room was very comfortable and well-appointed. The views of the surrounding area were very attractive. The evening meal was excellent.
The room was extremely small for two people, fine for one night, but not for any longer. We ate in a marquee the wind whipping up severe draughts. The tables did not befit the standard of the food being served and the chairs where very uncomfortable.

peace and quiet , lovely bubbles and great food.
no wardrobe

Location peaceful and the environment of the vineyard was beautiful countryside.
Staff helpful and cheerful.
Breakfast and dinner were very good
Lounge a good space and welcoming appearance , comfortable seating
In the bedroom there was very little storage - no cupboard or drawers and though there were hooks for hanging they were crowded on top of furniture.
4.5
Staff & breakfast were great - all lovely but bedroom rather too light at night & too warm but this was partially rectified quickly with a fan
It wasn’t a large shower but worked well
Black out blinds needed to be more affective

Lovely stay at Rathfinny, tour and food was great!
We weren’t able to change the temperature in our room so it was quite at hot at night trying to sleep but wasn’t a huge issue.
4.5
Lovely stay at Flint Barns! I would definitely recommend it if you are looking to escape for a night! Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. We had lunch at the Tasting room which was amazing and it's a 5min walk from the barn. We also had dinner and breakfast at the barn and the food was very good!
4.5
Nothing to dislike. Great location, food and staff were very friendly.
Nothing

I don't have the breakfast

I had scrambled eggs and smoked salmon for breakfast and it was delicious. The evening meal was also well presented and very good. I really liked the decor in both public and private spaces.
My room was very hot and the controls are set so that the temperature can't be altered. The heating was also rather noisy.
4.5
very quiet
the poor quality of the road to the property

Such a lovely setting and the interior of the communal areas are lovely. Grounds fab and all looked clean and well kept
The bedrooms are small, neither blind would open in the morning, so no natural light or view to see. The shower was honestly so small not more than a cupboard. Lots of towels and soaps etc and the room was pretty but very small up in the eves, so a couple of bangs on heads !. There was an electric heater but we didn’t use this and both of us woke in the night cold. There was an extra throw type blanket on the bed but this was thin and a bit scratchy. Pillows very hard and uncomfy so unfortunately a bad nights sleep all round. I think the room is not good value and price is set to reflect the setting.

Beautiful setting, very cosy. Staff attentive. Room was high quality. Great breakfast!

Expensive for tiny room , bed , space . TV would be welcome

Everything.
Wine was very expensive.

A beautifully converted barn with tasteful interior in a fabulous location. My single room (the only one in the ten bedrooms) was perfect with great attention to detail.
Nothing it was all well thought out.
4.5
Beautiful place to stay. Views are amazing as well as the decor.
Breakfast was ok. Not excellent.
4.5
The setting was lovely, food really good, staff were most accommodating, would love to stay there again.
Plumbing! Very noisy, woken up every time some one in neighbouring rooms turned on a tap or flushed the loo
4.5
A great property designed in sympathy with the environment. The story of the vineyard and how they work to be as sustainable as possible and with the community was fantastic. The best English vineyard we have visited and great facilities , service, food and wine.
4.5
Rude day staff (however check in lady lovely). Really poor customer service- on-site guests take less priority than day guests.
4.5
The location is fabulous with amazing views and v therapeutic. The staff were all quite outstanding - a very friendly and efficient welcome , competent and attentive restaurant staff , and very polite and professional house staff. The room was immaculate , clean and well presented. Car parking v easy and bear at hand.
The only one observation I would have is that accommodation is overpriced. Happy to pay over the odds but this was excessive in my opinion.
4.5
Booked dinner and had the breakfast which was excellent
Was hot and stuffy in the room only one small window and although there was a free standing fan on in the room it was not that effective giving the heat
4.5
I didn't have the breakfast so unable to comment. The staff Lucy and Kit were really attentive and thoughtful communicators who looked after all my needs for which I was grateful. Would certainly wish to visit again perhaps with a more spacious room with a view - my small window looked out over the restaurant roof and being high didn't allow me to see the lovely countryside which was rather sad
Room was too small. If the weather had been hotter with such a small window I believe it would have been uncomfortable
