Christmas decorations were lovely! Really made for a super special trip.
Nothing!
1.5
The cleanliness was quite good.
It lacked the basic amenities like, glassware in the room, shower gel and shower slippers.
5.0
The location was close to the city. Easy to drive to. Breakfast was very tasty.
4.0
Hotel location, facilities & cleanliness
Breakfast could be better. replenishment of the items was a bit poor.
2.0
Bed was very comfortable room very clean and quite. Breakfast was disaster. There was so many people waiting for food.
There was no glass for juice and cups for tea or coffee, No orange or apple juice, No fried eggs no hash browns even though no bowl for cereal.
Staff have no clue. I went to reception to complain and they have also no idea

The staff were awesome! Absolutely lovely. Thank you for making our Eid celebrations so special and making us feel very welcome. The hotel was clean. Had a nice chilled vibe in the lounge/lobby area, it was nice to relax there for a while sometimes. The view was lovely. There was outdoor seating and we enjoyed having breakfast by the trees and greenery outside
Sadly there wasn’t much vegetarian options on the hotel menu. As halal eaters we can eat fish or vegetarian. The pizzas weren’t available and the fish and chips were beer-battered (we don’t drink alcohol). It was a bit of a struggle to meet our dietary requirements with the lunch and dinner menu. The breakfast was ok, eggs beans mushrooms cheese yoghurts fresh fruit pastries cereal etc.
The hotel was close to the airport, but far from city centre. 50min bus ride for £2 from the bus stop 5min walk away.

This is a beautiful hotel and the rooms were beautiful with big comfy beds.
Only thing I didn't like was the small pillows but that's a personal preference
4.0
Great location, free parking, comfortable bed.
Design of the bar and breakfast area. It’s small and kind of not very well thought through. You have to walk past the area to get to lifts. Small area of breakfast buffet. I expected more from the breakfast tbh. But it was ok.
4.0
friendly and helpful staff in hotel and restuarant. comfy big bed
The heating only works when the room key is in the slot and takes a long time to heat up, so in a cold snap you can be sitting in your coat for a while. Heating instructions could be better.
4.0
3.0
The room was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was fine
The room was cold with a summer duvet. I waited 1.5 hours for my main course at dinner, despite reminding the staff.
4.5
I stay here fairly often now, and it never fails to be good. The rooms are great, the parking adequate, the food very enjoyable and the staff are very, very helpful and courteous. It's location also makes it very handy for those working near Edinburgh, but looking to be accommodated outside the city itself.
No complaints at all.
4.0

The breakfast was cold both mornings

Schone kamers en een lekker ontbijt.
Het hotel ligt op een fijne locatie, heerlijk rustig.

Clean spacious rooms with a King Size Bed!
Thought there would be more of a variety for lunch or dinner menus.
5.0
Bright hotel in lovely location. Easy access by bus into Edinburgh stop outside of hotel. Short walk to Curriehill train stop for Edinburgh to Glasgow train, Good breakfast. Comfortable bar/restaurant area with good reasonably priced food and drink. Hotel on edge of Herriott Watt university. Friendly staff
2.5
Modern and smart.
Very expensive at £299 for one night! Half this would be more like it! Not even breakfast included.
2.0
The connection with the city center is good, a few buses directly to the center and that's all.
Everywhere is not quite cleanly,, especially the chairs in the restaurant - you have to be careful to seat l!, besides the awful smell in a bathroom was really terrible.

There was mould in the shower, the water pressure was low and the bathroom sink blocked up all the time and only slowly drained.
